Just don't go here. She cut my nails short after I told her not to, didn't polisy my full nail then the next day one started chipping. She made the edges so sharp cause she curved the inside of my nail for some reason. Idk just don't go. My pedicure was trash and I got the deluxe package. I'm so upset. read more

This is my third time visiting this shop and each time I felt unwelcomed. This particular visit, I requested a regular pedicure, even made an appointment and it was rushed, the polish job was done crappy, no shine to it. While my toenails were drying I watched the same technician that did my nails doing a pedicure on another patron and steps that wasn't done to me was being done to that patron. I was heated. Paying for a service isn't a problem but I would like what I paid for. I paid for the service and tipped but I will not be returning and will never refer anyone to this shop. read more

This place was recommended to me by two different people and I am glad I went. I did not make an appointment in advance but they worked together to make my last minute request happen. Staff was super friendly and so were the patrons. It was the most positive I have had at a nail salon. It was also evident that people keep coming back; everyone knew each other by name. I went in for a gel manicure and design. Miranda's husband started with the orange nail color and was very meticulous, he requested feedback on the shape of the nail and took extra attention at my cuticle (they were a hot mess). Miranda followed up with the design; she worked from a picture I had and was able to reproduce it perfectly. She was also very quick! I am in the process of getting my first pedicure here! So far it has exceeded my expectations 109%! When one searches for "X near me", y'a never know what you ate going to end up with. My technician SOI gave me a wonderful (and long) leg massage complete with hot stones and hot towels. The massage chair found all my knots and my pedicure was en flaque! I will be back! The staff seem friendly enough and the finished look is nice. I get only basic manicures and pedicures. However with the manicures, they file the nails by sawing back and forth roughly. I'm pretty sure the correct method is to file in one direction so you don't damage the nail. I tried to show the manicurist that but she didn't understand; just started sawing back and forth more gently. Unfortunately my nails started breaking a couple weeks later and for more than one month I had to wait to grow out my nails because the nail tips kept breaking. They saw like that for pedicures too. My nails are otherwise healthy. Not sure the prices and friendliness are worth this. read more

I moved back to Dedham. I've gone to Wrentham nail Sensation for years but I just can't get there on time. I'm always late and it's not fair to the Jenny Who is the BEST nail girl ever but I'm always running in late. So to be fair I'm trying different places in Dedham so far I did try Lux. I'm not cheap by no means but to pay for everything they do is crazy. When they said it cost to cut down my nails I thought you charge more than anyone we'll try you but it will be one and done. Then tried the one on Rte 1 next door to Cosmo prof. They were good and they lasted. So there on the top. Then went to nail Pro in Oakdale square on Tue on Thursday one Broke I called went in Friday she charged me $5.00 ok she put on top coat on Sunday the same one broke and 6 of them were peeling that means she's using old polish I asked her to open a new one I said I would buy it she said oh no it's the only one I just opened it. Lie you don't have to bend it over if it was new. I'll call them tomorrow but I'm sure they will charge me the full price another one and done. Who's next don't go there read more

The staff was friendly, but the technician was constantly picking up and hanging up FaceTime calls during my manicure. They gave me the wrong color wheels to pick from for a dip, instead giving me the gel color wheels. I did not get the color I wanted, I requested a shimmery nude and got a pink color, they weren't understanding me when I told them it wasn't right but I got it anyway as she had already stripped my nails and began working on them. My nails are all different shapes and the dip powder is visible, my nails are dull and not shiny. I will not be coming back to this salon, instead I will go to Oasis down the street. They are a bit more expensive, but worth the money after seeing how this salon is. read more

I used to love this place until it got new management. Since then I have been twice. First time I had a 12 o'clock appointment. I walked in and the salon was completely packed. I waited until 12:30 at which time they asked if I would mind waiting for another 15 minutes. Unfortunately I couldn't wait any more so I left receiving a service. The second time I also had a 12 o'clock appointment. Again, I walk in and the salon is packed. They sat me in a pedicure chair for forty-five minutes before anyone came over. At this point the water was cold. Meanwhile customers are coming in and inquiring about the wait time and are told 10-15 minutes. After I complained I received the most rushed pedicure I've ever received. It seems that they just take any appointment and any walk in regardless of availability and the service has suffered greatly. I will absolutely not be back. read more

I have been there before and had regular polish done and had good experiences which is why I can't give 1 star for this....I went there and decided to have the gels done. I had never had them done before and told them I would only want for 2 weeks then I would want to remove polish. They told me no problem, just soak in Acetone for 10 minutes and they'll come right off. I took me 3 different sittings in a week to do this. I had to file the tops and use a knife to chip away. I finally got 1 hand done. The other hand was 1/2 done. The chipped polish was getting caught in my hair when I brushed it back. I was never told there's a special gel polish remover. This whole process destroyed my nails. Also 2 of my nails were filed Crooked! Horrible experience. Nail pro, educated your customers properly! Follow-up review: After such a concerned response from the salon I've upgraded to 3 stars. I had to cut my nails to get the rest of the polish off and it took 3 weeks to grow out. I could not return because I was on vacation for 2 weeks. I would like to return at some point. There prices are good and they are caring. I just didn't appreciate the information I got. I've spoke to many people who have told me it's very difficult to remove the gels! read more

I wiil NOT be going back! I dropped by on a Sunday afternoon a little after 3:00 p.m. (they were open) to get a gel fill with one tip that needed replacing. There was one person working and the shop was completely empty. I was told "no tips today!" It was obvious to me that she really didn't want to be bothered. I told her I would go elsewhere and she didn't seem to have any concerns with that and seem relieved that I was leaving with NO regard whatsoever. I went to another salon that was very accommodating and was done within an hour. Nail Pro is conveniently located to where I live, but after what happened today, I will GLADLY take my business elsewhere... they have permanently lost me as a customer. read more

I began attending Nail Pro when they first opened , it was convenient because I lived a block away . The service was absolutely amazing!! Do you ever feel like an outsider when you go to a nail salon? They barely talk to you ? OR even speak in their native language and completely ignore you? Well, this is not that place!! The service always exceed my expectations, ALWAYS . They are a family owned salon, where you bring your kids and they play with them or give them toys to entertain themselves. They always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. They interact with you! They want to know you . If there is something that you perhaps don't like or want to change , they are always happy to accommodate. Never have I had a bad service , never have I felt like they were rushing me .You feel at home, and they genuinely care about their service. Once, after medical treatments my nails were very thin, and the gel kept braking because of how thin my nails were from radiation. I went there and they fixed it , removed the whole thing and applied something that would help and DID IT ALLOVER again. Now, that is SPECTACULAR! Not even in Manhattan did they do that ! The massage they give is usually over 5 minutes, I can feel the knots on my legs going away. Plus they feel very smooth .. specially when I have a date night :) Jen and Vinny are truly amazing !!! I now live over an hour away from them, and after not being able to find a place like theirs, I travel all the way to Dedham just so they can do my nails. Wouldn't go anywhere else!! A long time customer interupted my pedi and the technician took time out of my scheduled time to talk to the customer. This nail salon is a hidden gem. Miranda was the first to greet me and ultimately did my nails. Miranda paid very close attention to every detail. She confirmed the length and shape of the nail before shaping the others, applied the the acrylic perfectly thin and was very patient as I neurotically picked my nail color.
