Horrible service. I just tried to go in for a pedicure and a polish change on my nails... was a little pricey but I was willing to give it a try because I literally live a block away and was willing to try to make this my regular spot because of convenience. I waited a few minutes which was fine. When she told me to sit down and soak my feet, I sat down and realized the water was cold. I asked to have it hotter, the water became cold very quickly. I told her and she tried to come fix it. She said then that there was no hot water left... I said ok. I moved to another pedicure station and waited there for hot water for 20 minutes. She turned the water on and immediately it was cold again. I waited another 15 minutes with my feet soaking in cold water. I wasn't even acknowledged at all when I said it's still cold. The lady that was doing the pedicure next to me shrugged her shoulders and said "not my customer, not my problem"... she said those exact words to the lady that was getting her nails done next to me like I couldn't hear her or something. So I grabbed my purse after waiting a total of 45 minutes just to sit my feet in cold water. When I was walking out she said "no more pedicure?" And I just looked at her. I was shocked she even had the audacity to ask me that. I pay good money for my nails, and I tip very well. The lost a potential good customer. Stopped in to get Mani Pedi, they got me right in. Did good job on both but the next very day the nail polish started peeling off my fingernails...bad prep to nail in my opinion. Called to see if they would do anything, they said NO. Being a small business owner I understand complaints and customer service, if they had wanted to keep my business they would have spent the small amount of time and polish to repaint my nails at no charge. I stopped by for a quick Pedi before work and my experience was okay. The shop is easy to find, the shop itself is super small! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and promptly seated in one of the Pedicure chairs. The lady doing my pedi was quick and efficient. She didn't really try to have a conversation with me (not even small talk) and as I looked around the shop I noticed that the other Employees were the same way. Maybe it was because it was too early in the morning or they were concentrating on their work?I'm not too sure...The quality of work and prices were good, just the customer-employee interaction was a little off. Usually I'm pretty patient. Came in without an appointment and there were several people in chairs and one walk in ahead of me. After being bounced around from chair to chair with two techs leaving me to assist walk ins that came in after me, my nails still aren't done. Got back from washing my hands to find my tech serving someone else. This has been the case now for two hours. Unless you're a regular, which ironically I happen to be, go elsewhere. This is unacceptable service. And being a historical good tipper doesn't seem to get you anywhere. Never coming here again! read more

This is truly the best nail salon! I have been getting my nails done here with Peter (Owner) for about 7 years. Prior to coming here, I lived in Kirkland and have gone to salons in Seattle, Bellevue, etc. and my nails never looked as perfect as they do now. I work in a conservative environment and even with a little length to my nails, Peter makes them look natural. I've never had any issues at all. I even got my mom to start getting her nails done here and she's been a loyal customer for years now too. All of the girls are very nice and I would trust any of them to do a great job (I've seen their work). They are always accommodating to walk-ins, but they do get busy on Saturdays so make an appointment. read more

Went in today and left so disappointed! Went for a regular pedi since I just needed a polish change. There weren't too many people, but the person doing my pedi seemed to be in a rush. After I paid and finish drying for a little bit, I looked at my toes and the nail polish on both my big toes were smeared and bubbled. I could still see some of the color from my previous polish that she didn't take off completely, and parts of my nails didn't even have top coat. I didn't even want to deal with it, so I just went home and fixed it myself. Going to find a different nail salon! read more
