By Wednesday night, even more nails were lifting, and the ones that had started on Tuesday had gotten significantly worse. By Thursday morning, 8 nails had more than half of the gel polish peeled/lifted off. At that point, I ended up peeling the remaining gel off myself because it was practically falling off anyway. A gel manicure should absolutely last longer than two to three days. I paid for a professional manicure and expected professional results--not gel polish that starts lifting the very next day.

The staff also wears gloves when handling our nails. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is decent. They share the lot with several other establishments. Parking spaces are decent as well. Staff: The staff here are very nice, friendly, and professional. My friends and I got the gel manicure and regular pedicure. We actually wanted nudes colors for BOTH our mani and pedi, but the person who did our pedi gave us a gray-ish looking color one. It did not match our mani, and we only realized it a couple of hours later. We had told her we wanted #488 for both our toes and fingers. The colors on our fingers were correct, but not our toes. That's why I removed one star. Thankfully, many of us wore long dresses for the wedding, and people were not paying attention to our toes. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

I came in at the time of my appointment and wait 20 minutes to sit down for my pedicure. Who ends up doing it? Joe. I don't make a fuss, I give him a chance, he's a very nice man and we make small talk about our kids and lives. However! Tell me why he was cutting my cuticles after he had painted my nails? I look down while my painted toes are drying and see a piece of toenail dangling from the top of my big toe that he had not managed to cut off. I sat and waited and waited to see Anne for my nails. Joe comes over and starts to take my polish off of my acrylics with a tool while I'm sitting in the pedicure chair. Not only did I not make an appointment with him, both my appointments ran so late and I'm still not seeing who I requested. Joe ends up cutting the side of my ring finger with the tool and I immediately stop him, tell him thank you, and that I'll wait for Anne. After sitting there a while longer, I decide this place could care less about me, who I booked an appointment with and being on time. I grabbed my things, paid for my pedicure, and walked out. DO NOT LET JOE TOUCH YOUR NAILS, LADIES! Trust me on this! And if you make an appointment with Anne or Annie, do not let them ignore you and put you with someone else! It's really unfortunate for them considering I just made a huge sale on a house & their tip would've been amazing if they had honored the appointments I made. Luckily, I managed to book an instant appointment with Cindy at Star Nails, who immediately took care of me by removing the chipped and messy polish from my toes (as well as cut them properly and removed the hanging toenail!) and gave me a pedicure, as well as a gel fill. She couldn't BELIEVE the pedicure I walked in with! Definitely do yourselves a favor and don't go to this place. So disappointing.
