The place was clean and looked very up to date and the workers were nice. Here's the downside, after waiting 30 minutes just be seated at the pedicure station to wait another 20 for someone to help me, I told the lady I wanted a regular on my feet and a no-chip on my nails. Then later asked if I want a no chip on my feet, I told her no but she kept pushing for me to get one. I later asked to change my nail option from no-chip to powder. I asked how much powder was and she said she would tell me when we got to the nail station as if it was too hard to tell me in that moment even though she had the pricing paper right next to her. Then, we got to the nail station and I asked again and she said one moment then glued to fake nails on then told me the price so I couldn't go back and tell her no. After up selling everything to me I ended up spending over $110 just for feet and nails. Overall, the place is nice but they try to up sell you and try to force you to get more expensive options. I will start out by saying I do not hate this place by any means. I go often because it is convenient, and I can usually get in and out in the time slot that I have put aside. That being said, I am thinking about going elsewhere, just because you never know what you are going to get. Everyone is very nice and professional, but the end result is better some days and worse others. I've gotten great no-chips and bad ones. I had one chip w/in a week and a half of getting it. Some people give great massages, others barely touch your legs. Some people scrub your feet and take the extra time to make sure that your heels are baby-soft, others, not so much. I have been trying new nail salons and have seen this one for years but never stopped inside. Customer service was excellent however I wish I could say the same for my no-chip manicure. The very next day it started to chip which was disappointing since the nail tech did a fantastic job on the neat and clean application. read more

Currently getting a pedicure now. I agree with all of the previous reviews-service is inconsistent. I came at opening time in order to receive a decent pedicure, and that didn't happen. The polish job I received was sloppy and basic, and the pedicure was nothing to write home about. If you do come here do not let the older lady in the shop do your nails. She is not good! read more

I've been coming to Nail Spa for a few years and always received good decent service. The past year the customers service has been horrible! You not allowed to voice your opinion about the services that you as a customer pay for without it being taking out of context. The customer service that I received today was horrible!! They used to be much better. Like others have stated, I've been coming here for years and it does make a difference what technician does your nails. I got a pedicure today and she did a very lack luster job. I should've known something was wrong when she said she was only going to use one coat. Me: no, I prefer two. Well it looked as if I pained my toes. The polish was think and uneven. I asked that it be redone and three people came over to Alexander my feet. They proceeded to tell me that some polish "just looks like that." Sir, that was OPI, their polishes are consistent. I did not have one of those extra bright or glittery colors, where his logic may have made sense. They spoke to me as if I had never had a pedicure. After realizing that I was not backing off, they conceded and repolished my feet. I was disappointed because I had to choose a different color but at least it doesn't look like someone was practicing on my toes. They continued to attempt to explain to me how it was the color I chose until I told him about her one coat attempt. He walked away looking puzzled. Maybe she was new or tired but that's not my issue. There is too much competition in the area for inconsistent service. This will be my last visit. read more

I was given a $100 gift certificate to Nail Spa from my daughter who was a customer there. It was mistakenly placed in the wrong envelope hanging on my bulletin board, so unfortunately it expired. When I discovered it recently I stopped in to see if Nail Spa would honor it as many places will do to maintain a good will relationship with clients. I knew it was a long shot, but surely I figured they would honor half of the amount, or at least some percentage of it. NOPE! NOTHING! NOT A DIME! ....Now they've lost 2 customers; me and my daughter. read more

I agree with another post. I don't hate this place, but you really don't know what you're gonna get. I've been going for quite some time, and always liked the job I received. Just recently they have "levels" of pedicures, and since doing so, I choose the "basic". That is EXACTLY what you get. The last two times I received a basic, the job done was not that great and left me disappointed, especially because I would boast on how this place is better than others. It could very well so mean the people who did those pedicures didn't do a good job and others can. I've been looking for a new salon. read more

I've been going here for a while. The service is OK - they're always crowded, especially for pedicures. I have my podiatrist cut my toenails because I am a diabetic. On 6/2, I went in for a pedicure I specifically told the tech NO DIGGING. As he started the pedicure, he asked if I wanted my toenails cut (I got them cut 3 days prior-they didn't even have time to grow yet!). I said no. Then he got to messing with my cuticles. I told him to stop - don't touch the cuticles. He didn't seem to understand, so I reached down and told him again - no cutting! But the damage was already done. He had cut very close to the skin, and had nipped the skin. He finished the pedicure, and I left. Within couple of hours, my toe was swollen. On Saturday I put some Neosporin on it because it was even more swollen. On Sunday, I couldn't put a shoe on-I had to wear flip flops to church! Had a Drs appointment on Monday morning and had my doctor look at it. She said it was infected! I would be very careful getting pedicures here. I don't know if they sterilize the tools they use, or if they disinfect the bowls that you soak your feet in! They're supposed to do both! But I guess they don't care about the welfare of their customers! read more
