I'm a cancer survivor and because of this, I have limitations with manicures that I typically have to explain over and over (and over) at every nail salon I visit. And I don't mind. I don't expect people to know all the ins and outs of living with cancer. But... Hannah has lots of clients who deal with this already... and I didn't have to repeat a thing. It was INCREDIBLE. The second you walk into her space, it's impossible not to smile. It's colorful, welcoming, and full of happy energy... and then she works her magic! The is available street parking or 2 hr retail parking spaces. There is an elevator or stairs to get to the second level, so it is accessible. The salon is clean and bright. There are three hair stations, one nail station and two pedicure bath chairs, in addition to some retail. There is a friendly upbeat vibe in the salon and it is quite busy for being such a small space. Noemi is amazing. She is friendly, professional, warm, knowledgeable, and uses active listening skills to ensure that each client gets exactly what they are requesting. She made me feel so welcome and pampered. We began with a conversation about my nail so she could learn and troubleshoot and I was offered hot tea and a warm neck wrap that was heavenly. The pedicure was beyond thorough and my feet are baby smooth due to her attention and the cutting edge urea products she uses. Not only will I be back, I purchased a gift certificate for my daughter's teacher as a class gift for her upcoming birthday and will recommend Noemi to my mom as well. I've been able to call a couple days before just to secure and get an apt. It does seems like others make apts for day and get them. I love that Tip2Toes is in PB- the people watching is great, and makes the time go by fast. The first time I visited, they simultaneously worked on both my feet and hands- I felt totally spoiled and definitely a life you can get used to. The second my nails were done first and then later my feet. Either way works. I'm happy the staff is nice and professional. The spa chairs are very comfortable and there is nothing like getting a pedi while getting a massage on your back.
