Before coming in, I spoke with Jenny about whether the salon was wheelchair accessible and ADA-friendly. From the very beginning, Jenny was incredibly kind, positive, and accommodating. She immediately reassured me that they would figure things out and help wherever they could. That conversation alone made me feel comfortable choosing this salon. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly. The salon felt cozy, welcoming, and comfortable. We didn't have to wait at all, and the staff immediately helped us get situated. They walked us to our pedicure chairs, and there was plenty of space for us to transfer comfortably. The pedicure chairs were also wide enough to accommodate my wheelchair if I needed to back in, which was reassuring. My daughter had her toes done by Tammy, and she was AMAZING! She was such a perfectionist and paid close attention to every detail. My daughter's toes came out beautiful! I had my toes done by Holly, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, understanding, gentle, and very careful. She even helped support and hold my feet during the pedicure to make sure they didn't slip, which made me feel very comfortable and cared for. And I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Jenny. Her customer service was outstanding from the very first phone call. She made me feel welcomed before I had even stepped foot inside the salon, and that meant so much to me. I would 100% recommend Peacock Nail Salon, especially to anyone with mobility challenges, someone who uses a wheelchair, or anyone who may be nervous about whether a salon can accommodate them. They were so understanding, helpful, and willing to work with us. Today, the quality was lacking but I know that's not usual. I was quoted a 15 minute wait time and waited 25-30. They were really nice and gave me water. I also had to have gel paint removed from my toes, so that took an extra 10mins (no extra charge). Although, the menu says a pedicure is 25 mins, I was there an hour not including my wait time. In the end she didn't massage my legs or do lotion, just some oil and a hot towel. They didn't even help me put my sandals back on, she just went straight to the desk to wait for me to pay. If the pedicure process has changed, I'd prefer the menu description options reflect that. I noticed a difference in customer service as time went on and I declined a manicure. Oh well.

The woman who did my service was nice and quiet. I'm not generally a chatty person when I'm getting something done somewhere so I had my headphones on watching dramas. She was gentle with my hands which I appreciated. I've been some places where my wrist hurts afterwards. The only questions she asked was how short to cut them and if I liked the shape. The shape is different than what I came in with but it doesn't look bad. They have a bit more of a rounded apex when you look for the side and I like them more flat but it's not a big deal. It's just preference. I also got my eyebrows waxed. There's a small room right are the beginning of the hallway that is overcrowded for its size but serves its purpose. She was quick and efficient with my eyebrows. No complaints. The general feel of the place of slightly crowded because they have a lot of stations and pedicure chairs. The staff that didn't have clients were just scattered around doing their own thing. It seems like a nice place. Calm. I would go back if I needed to in a pinch and my regular person isn't available.
