I truly love this salon, and Susan is always my go-to for pedicures. Unfortunately, my last few experiences have left me feeling disappointed. Back in September, I came in to get my wedding nails done. Susan did my toes, but another nail tech worked on my hands. I don't remember her name, but I explained that I have shorter, wider fingers, and I immediately noticed she was applying very small nail tips. I mentioned my concern before she continued, but she dismissed it and assured me she knew what she was doing. Once the acrylic was applied, it became obvious to everyone that the tips were far too small. I was then sent to another tech to try to fix them. They did the best they could, but because the original tips were too small to begin with, the final result still wasn't what I had hoped for, especially for my wedding nails. After that experience, I honestly started questioning whether the 30-minute drive was still worth it. A few months later, my friend and I decided to come back for birthday pedicures because I really did want to see Susan again. However, once my pedicure was finished and Susan stepped away, my friend's nail tech, Rena, told me to put my socks and shoes on and get up to leave, even though my friend's nails were still being done. It made both of us feel rushed, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. I've always loved coming here, which is why these experiences have been so disappointing. Called earlier in the morning to book an early afternoon appt with Holly for a pedicure. The reviews for Blush were all over the place. But reading reviews, Victoria seems to be the go to for a manicure. Holly came up for pedicures for people who get mani/pedis. When I arrived they had a seat ready to go, but the water was cold. I like my foot baths steaming hot! When the tech came by, she asked about the temp of the water and warmed it up quickly. Just waiting the few minutes for the tech, sitting in the chair I can feel there was a giant bar hitting my lower back above my butt. It was super uncomfortable. Not sure how new the chairs are, but I didn't bother to try to use the massage chair because the remote didn't look like it had been cleaned in forever. It wasn't wrapped in plastic, wiped down or anything. Definitely didn't want to touch it. When I arrived the salon was about half full with customers by the end of my service approximately hour later, most chairs were seated. They offer different types of drinks, water, coffee, maybe even alcohol... I really didn't pay attention after seeing the Folgers coffee can on the counter next to me. Thankfully I had grabbed a Starbucks just before my appointment. The service I got was the Sport pedicure for $51 which included exfoliate, callus removal, mask and massage. My tech mainly chatted with the employee working the chair next to me the entire time. This review started out with two stars, but will give the minimum one star because my pedicure chipped just a week later on my big toe which was super noticeable. I haven't had a chipped toe nail in forever... I literally can't even remember the last time. The staff working the check-in counter were all super young, chilling in super cozy sweats. The salon is actually kinda hidden as you enter the side driveway so parking is limited to the drive isle, which was near completely full. My service was done in just over an hour. They didn't allow for the extra dry time before letting me know I was done and can leave. Was slightly worried just hopping in my car to drive away immediately. Definitely a burn and churn location. They offer a slight cash discount. Definitely will not be coming back and I wouldn't recommend coming here either! Beware! 2026: 6 read more

So, this was my first time getting a pedicure on the West Coast. And yes, I came onto Yelp to do my research. We narrowed it down to this location and a veteran on one on the other side of town. We ended up here. I must say, the place is a hidden gym. When you walk in, it's really clean looking and pretty. We arrived around 6 o'clock and it was packed. The lady had us to follow her around the corner to find a whole entire different section with amazing decor! We actually set right in front of the bar. I think any and everyone will be mesmerized by how much effort went into the interior design of this establishment. In regards to the price, there were a few hiccups with pricing. Nonetheless, I proceeded on to get my gel fill as well as the sports pedicure. There were additional prices, tacked on to my gel manicure, but since they had already started the process, I had no choice, but to comply. The pedicure, felt really nice. But, it was definitely different than pedicures back on the East Coast and definitely different from the ones in Texas. Minus a few hiccups, everything went well. overpriced for quality of work and customer experience. i came here to get my nails for graduation, i didn't have time to go back to my usual nail salon back home. i wanted french tip with blue dots on top of it, and i was quoted $90. i ended up saying to forget the dots, and then was charged $80 for plain french tip acrylics. i could excuse the price if the quality was good, but the base color does not look good, the french tip is crooked on almost every nail, and there are bubbles throughout the nails. besides this, the customer service i received was pretty surprising. i arrived to my appointment 5 mins early, checked in (my appointment was 11:00 AM) and i was not helped until 11:15 am. then when i was quoted the outrageous price for the design and i opted for the cheaper option, i had the following conversation with the worker: worker: "i can do the blue for 90" me: "i cant do 90" w: "yes you can" me: "no i cannot afford that" w: "anywhere else would charge you $100" me: "no, actually my usual artist only charges $65 INCLUDING design, and she works out of a nail salon too" then the worker was acting in a way like she don't believe me about the cost of my usual salon, acting like she was doing me a favor by overcharging me. i didn't appreciate her basically arguing with me and assuming i could afford something i already firmly said no to. then, when she started the french tip, i asked her if she could fix them because all of them were crooked. she then said it was because of the "way my fingers were not straight" (???) and did not fix them i wouldn't come back here. if you don't care how much you spend on nails or are willing to be overcharged it might be okay, but i still don't think the quality speaks to the price never cheat on ur nail lady!!! read more
