Kinda shocked and unsure even what to say, I saw amazing reviews and decided to come here for a day to relax and get my nails done for a festival. It took awhile to explain what I wanted but that's okay, but what shocked me was she didn't say one word to me or acknowledge me. When she needed me to do anything she tapped my hand or hit it with her brush to move or use the UV light When we were done, which ended up taking quite a bit longer because she kept watching the game and turning around, she didn't even say finished or bye or thank you she just got up and moved my hands off the towel and left... I sat here thinking do I get up? What do I do? I have never gone anywhere where there was no etiquette with customer service or even just being cordial. I'm still kinda in shock and confused. I didn't get offered any drinks like the other women around me and felt like I was on a factory line. I don't see any quality customer service in my experience and left feeling like my nails were okay but lacked any customer service or quality at all in my experience. It was rushed and then after sitting down long enough confused I was tossed a receipt and I guess that's my cue to leave I'll have to ask who to book if I come back, drove 25 min to experience this salon. I guess if you wanna come here ask who actually says hi and acknowledges you. I'm still like appalled never ever had this happen. This time I got a Gel-X set with the shade Bubble Bath, and my nail tech was Jesse. He was great throughout the entire appointment, checking in during the process to make sure I liked the shape and length before moving forward, which I really appreciated. A year ago I mentioned in my review that the fills didn't work out well for me, so I stopped doing fills altogether and now just remove the Gel-X and get a fresh set each time. Called earlier in the morning to book an early afternoon appt with Holly for a pedicure. The reviews for Blush were all over the place. But reading reviews, Victoria seems to be the go to for a manicure. Holly came up for pedicures for people who get mani/pedis. When I arrived they had a seat ready to go, but the water was cold. I like my foot baths steaming hot! When the tech came by, she asked about the temp of the water and warmed it up quickly. Just waiting the few minutes for the tech, sitting in the chair I can feel there was a giant bar hitting my lower back above my butt. It was super uncomfortable. Not sure how new the chairs are, but I didn't bother to try to use the massage chair because the remote didn't look like it had been cleaned in forever. It wasn't wrapped in plastic, wiped down or anything. Definitely didn't want to touch it. When I arrived the salon was about half full with customers by the end of my service approximately hour later, most chairs were seated. They offer different types of drinks, water, coffee, maybe even alcohol... I really didn't pay attention after seeing the Folgers coffee can on the counter next to me. Thankfully I had grabbed a Starbucks just before my appointment. The service I got was the Sport pedicure for $51 which included exfoliate, callus removal, mask and massage. My tech mainly chatted with the employee working the chair next to me the entire time. This review started out with two stars, but will give the minimum one star because my pedicure chipped just a week later on my big toe which was super noticeable. I haven't had a chipped toe nail in forever... I literally can't even remember the last time. The staff working the check-in counter were all super young, chilling in super cozy sweats. The salon is actually kinda hidden as you enter the side driveway so parking is limited to the drive isle, which was near completely full. My service was done in just over an hour. They didn't allow for the extra dry time before letting me know I was done and can leave. Was slightly worried just hopping in my car to drive away immediately. Definitely a burn and churn location. They offer a slight cash discount. Definitely will not be coming back and I wouldn't recommend coming here either! Beware! 2026: 6 read more

You couldn't pay me to return. I have been to nail salons who charged me significantly less for better service and cleaner design. My nail tech was constantly disapproving of the colors I was choosing along with my designs. I showed her a design that had nothing special on it and she quoted me SIXTY DOLLARS on top of the $60 for the acrylics and then proceeded to tell me she can't replicate it exactly. So you're telling me that this design will cost $60 but you won't be able to make it look like the picture?! FURTHERMORE, once we finally decided on a design and color scheme which was a lengthy and difficult process, she has her manager charge me WHILE I AM STILL GETTING MY NAILS DONE. MY NAILS ARE WET AND SHE IS ASKING ME TO PULL OUT MY CARD AND PAY FOR MY NAILS BEFORE THE SERVICE IS FINISHED. I am assuming they were under the impression I was going to leave without paying which I would never do despite the pricing disagreements. I felt insanely discriminated against because they did not make a single other customer pay before the service is finished. This place is a sick joke. $115 for french tips with swirls. They didn't massage me, they didn't even cut my nails beforehand, NOTHING. The service was so mediocre. I don't mind paying a high price tag if the service is good and I am working with a kind and respectful nail tech, but this nail tech and management are absolutely ruthless and unprofessional. Unless you are trying to get scammed and discriminated against don't come here. read more

I got my nails done yesterday and I am obsessed. This is honestly one of my favorite sets I have ever had. Jessie did my nails and he was so attentive to detail. He really took his time getting the shape just right and made sure my cuticles looked clean and neat. I cannot remember the last time I went to a salon for hard gel on my natural nails and they actually cut my cuticles. It feels like a lost art at this point, so I really appreciated the extra care. This was my first time at Blush Hour Nail & Spa and they did not disappoint. The salon was super clean and well-kept, and I was offered something to drink when I arrived. We ended up here. I must say, the place is a hidden gym. When you walk in, it's really clean looking and pretty. We arrived around 6 o'clock and it was packed. The lady had us to follow her around the corner to find a whole entire different section with amazing decor! We actually set right in front of the bar. I think any and everyone will be mesmerized by how much effort went into the interior design of this establishment. In regards to the price, there were a few hiccups with pricing. Nonetheless, I proceeded on to get my gel fill as well as the sports pedicure. There were additional prices, tacked on to my gel manicure, but since they had already started the process, I had no choice, but to comply. The pedicure, felt really nice. But, it was definitely different than pedicures back on the East Coast and definitely different from the ones in Texas. Minus a few hiccups, everything went well. I usually get nail art if I do it, and she ended up putting a sticker on my nail. So make sure to make an appointment or make sure the person doing your nails can actually do nail art. All of the technicians who have given me a pedicure always gave a great massage and nice experience. There is an overflow area separate from the front if want to have a girls day out. If you pay with cash you get a 5% discount. You have to tip with cash or Venmo. First time here and overall good experience. I came around mid day and it was pretty busy but I was able to be seen right away. I got a French pedicure that was $65 (w/out tip) and service was quick and good. I wanted to get in and out and I was done in like 50 mins. They are efficient and I like the results! I truly love this salon, and Susan is always my go-to for pedicures. Unfortunately, my last few experiences have left me feeling disappointed. Back in September, I came in to get my wedding nails done. Susan did my toes, but another nail tech worked on my hands. I don't remember her name, but I explained that I have shorter, wider fingers, and I immediately noticed she was applying very small nail tips. I mentioned my concern before she continued, but she dismissed it and assured me she knew what she was doing. Once the acrylic was applied, it became obvious to everyone that the tips were far too small. I was then sent to another tech to try to fix them. They did the best they could, but because the original tips were too small to begin with, the final result still wasn't what I had hoped for, especially for my wedding nails. After that experience, I honestly started questioning whether the 30-minute drive was still worth it. A few months later, my friend and I decided to come back for birthday pedicures because I really did want to see Susan again. However, once my pedicure was finished and Susan stepped away, my friend's nail tech, Rena, told me to put my socks and shoes on and get up to leave, even though my friend's nails were still being done. It made both of us feel rushed, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. I've always loved coming here, which is why these experiences have been so disappointing. overpriced for quality of work and customer experience. i came here to get my nails for graduation, i didn't have time to go back to my usual nail salon back home. i wanted french tip with blue dots on top of it, and i was quoted $90. i ended up saying to forget the dots, and then was charged $80 for plain french tip acrylics. i could excuse the price if the quality was good, but the base color does not look good, the french tip is crooked on almost every nail, and there are bubbles throughout the nails. besides this, the customer service i received was pretty surprising. i arrived to my appointment 5 mins early, checked in (my appointment was 11:00 AM) and i was not helped until 11:15 am. then when i was quoted the outrageous price for the design and i opted for the cheaper option, i had the following conversation with the worker: worker: "i can do the blue for 90" me: "i cant do 90" w: "yes you can" me: "no i cannot afford that" w: "anywhere else would charge you $100" me: "no, actually my usual artist only charges $65 INCLUDING design, and she works out of a nail salon too" then the worker was acting in a way like she don't believe me about the cost of my usual salon, acting like she was doing me a favor by overcharging me. i didn't appreciate her basically arguing with me and assuming i could afford something i already firmly said no to. then, when she started the french tip, i asked her if she could fix them because all of them were crooked. she then said it was because of the "way my fingers were not straight" (???) and did not fix them i wouldn't come back here. if you don't care how much you spend on nails or are willing to be overcharged it might be okay, but i still don't think the quality speaks to the price never cheat on ur nail lady!!! read more

I really hate even writing this because I've had good experiences here before, but my last visit completely turned me off. Rena did my nails and the whole experience was honestly uncomfortable. She wasn't friendly or welcoming at all and came off like I was a burden the entire time. You can tell when someone just doesn't want to deal with you, and that's exactly how it felt. It made what should've been a relaxing appointment really unpleasant. At one point I just wanted it to be over, which is not how you should feel when you're paying for a service. The owner seriously needs to train the technicians on basic customer service and professionalism, because the attitude I experienced was unacceptable.
