If it looks like a service won't begin within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, I believe customers should be notified so they can decide whether to wait, see another technician, or reschedule. During my most recent visit, I arrived 15 minutes early and checked to confirm if my technician would be available at my scheduled time. The receptionist mentioned they should be finishing up with a walk-in client shortly. Unfortunately, I wasn't seen until nearly 30 minutes after my appointment time, resulting in about a 45-minute wait overall. Had I known there would be such a delay, I could've easily stepped out to run an errand and returned without issue. A little more transparency with timing would go a long way. That said, I still enjoyed my visit and would recommend this place. My advice for anyone on a tight schedule is to be proactive and assertive when confirming your appointment time. I asked for a luxe pedicure she gave me a rush job. At first she stated she couldn't do it, due to an incident that happened at her home. I was getting ready to leave. Then, she stated she could do it. I got a shellac pink on my hand and feet. Wendy basically stated that African American people do not pick a light color. They like brighter colors like blue, green, orange basically a bold color. I felt it was very stereotypical. All people get all colors. I came back the next day for the manicure. I had to ask her several times to get the skin off of nails. She did a horrible job. She kept saying she would get the dry skin after. I feel like if you don't want to do the job right.
