It's right across from Sweet Escape Nails which I had been going to for sometime but finally decided to stop since I found this place. Sweet Escape cut my nails in several places because they are always not careful when removing cuticles and rush when using tools on customers. This place is the exact opposite. The ladies were so gentle and did an excellent job. They even gave me a full massage and even set a timer to make sure I got the time advertised in their services booklet. If you'd like a place that gives services with more care and is cheaper for shellac/gel nail services than most, try this place out. I stopped by on a random Friday on my way to Target and was delighted by this newly remodeled and clean nail spa. I was greeted by Jo Ann, and she immediately made me feel very welcome. Everything is brand new and super hygienic. The massage chairs are wonderful and height adjustable. My technician, Helen, took the utmost care in keeping my relaxed during my deluxe pedicure. I got an overlay on my nails and a basic pedicure and my eyebrows waxed all for $90. Make sure you bring cash to tip if you can, they prefer it that way but you can still add it to your card if you wish. They also have a rewards program after your 10th visit you get $10 off. The lady doing my nails hurt me several times with the electric file. My nails now have the indention of where she pressed too hard with the electric file. Totally not happy with that. I was looking for a new nail salon in Sugar Land and a friend recommended this salon so I decided to check it out without reading reviews. The technician doing my nails was so incredibly rude, making fun of my nails and laughing how short they were. I've always kept my nails short and usually get comments about it but don't mind it cause it's just how I prefer my nails, but at this place the comments and laughter went on and on the entire time my nails were being done, even holding up my hand once she finished to flaunt to other technicians around while she laughed. As a paying customer, I have never been treated with such disrespect and will never return here. Additionally, both colors I picked out from the swatches were not the same colors that made it to my chair even though I was assured several times they were the same colors. It's hidden so it's not packed on Saturday afternoons. No wait. I love it. It's very nice inside, there's a hostess to greet you. They offer your drinks (non alcoholic I believe). The ladies are very nice and professional, they don't speak in Vietnamese to each other or talk about their guests. Very clean place too with plenty of seats for pedicures. My mani/pedi experience here was so PAINFUL! I received 3 cuts during my manicure.. two on my cuticles and one under my nail (still so painful), but that isn't the worst of it. During my pedicure, the lady sliced open the side of my big toe with the smoother (cheese grater looking like tool). My toe was bleeding profusely and continues to hurt so bad today (day after visit) that I can barely walk or put on shoes. All they said was sorry and I still had to pay full price for getting my hands and feet bloodied and butchered. I will NEVER return to this salon. Please beware. read more

I've been coming to the salon for about 2 years now. this is the only salon I would let touch my feet. Sadly I have to find another spot.... the new management and workers are sloppy extremely slow and charge for every little thing I've never paid more than 60 for my pedicure I end up paying $80 the work was not worth 80 I have polish over my cuticles I add acrylic to my big toe for a square effect. Longest toe nail.. after asking her to cut it down several times... on top of being there for 2 hours I got there at 12:45 I was the only person in the shop didn't leave until 2:30... ridiculous I will not be back ever again read more

And they even have shellac color with matching toe polish too! So you don't have to go searching for the same color, and they speak super good English. So there's never a misunderstanding. They also have the The nail dip, chrome nails, powder nails, facial, waxing & also eye lash extensions. They have over 200 colors in powder & over 200 colors in shellac too. First I wanna say that the ladies were helpful and nice so it's nothing against them . Nan ( I think that's what her name was) did an awesome job on my pedicure. I came an hour before they closed so I thought that was enough time for a dip manicure and regular polish pedicure. It was my first time being there and they sat me down quick. I don't know if it was because it was already close to closing time but the manicure ended up not being what I expected. I asked for a straight shape with slightly rounded edges not to be more rounded . Some of the nails looked like I had clubbing going on while others looked decent. Some of my nails still had powder residue (one of my thumbs did have a bandage on it so I'm excluding that one ) but I would say I had 50% of the powder still stuck under and on the sides of my nails. If I'm paying to get them done I shouldn't have to go home to clean them up myself. I will probably go again just for the pedicure but as far as manicures go I will stick to either nails unlimited across the building or revival nails . read more

I have been going to this place for over two years now with the old owner and staff every one was much nicer and seemed like they enjoyed they're job a little bit more since the new management took over and hired new staff they are rude and don't do they're job right. I went in with my 6 year old daughter she got a "manicure and pedicure " and the lady who did her nails did not even wash my daughter's hands or feet so she just painted her nails that was not what we asked for. Also for me I wanted a full set and pedicure I mean the best part about getting your nails done is the pedicure right? This guy did not do a pedicure for me either he did a color change only did not clean my nails or wash my feet. Both of the employees just seen really annoyed and look like they didn't want to work. Let me start with saying that I desperately wanted to like this nail salon. Dropped in on Wednesday 8/8 for a manicure and pedicure. The salon was very nicely decorated and had a very wide selection of colors. Lisa (the nail tech) convinced me to get shellac because it would last longer. The pedicure was average minus the fact that my feet were not rubbed. The manicure was great, Lisa spent alot of time shaping my nails and they looked beautiful after I had left. The very next day (8/9) before noon my nails had chipped. I went by after work and Lisa fixed them. All was in order and yet, the next day (8/10) they had chipped again. Bottom line? I wish I knew her name but she seemed like the manager when I got in. As soon as I arrived, the nail lady asked me several times if I wanted to upgrade to a more expensive treatment- over and over and over again. The nice manager had to clarify that I was just in for a basic full set. My nail lady seemed disappointed and carelessly did my nails. All of my nails are different lengths, she had an awful attitude that made me feel like I was annoying HER, she cut me several times, and now three days later, two of my nails have broken off. They're thin, soft, and easily breakable. The nail tech name is Tiffany and she was only nice after I paid and tipped her. Came in for dip a few weeks ago since I had engagement photos that afternoon. The lady did a terrible job. Dip powder is way too thick and it's not even thinned out at the cuticle so now that they're grown out a bit they get caught in my hair and everything. The filing job is bad also. Biggest issue is that when she was cleaning under my nails (to get excess out) with the drill, she actually poked me deep and caused me to bleed. I pointed it out to her and she said a brushed off sorry and didn't even put alcohol or anything to disinfect it. I've gone to this place a few times before and it was never extraordinary. I've been here twice, once for a pedicure with my mother in law and once on my own for a shellac manicure. They did a pretty good job both times. My MIL's toes were a little uneven on color bc she forgot to do a double coat on two of her toes. But both of us enjoyed and appreciated that the women we were with took their time while massaging our legs and scrubbing our feet. Hopefully they will do this regularly and not just the first time to keep you coming back. I'm definitely going to be trying them again for my next pedicure and will upgrade to 5 stars if they remain consistent! read more

This is not my experience, this is for my friend! She has been going to this place over a year now. She went and got her nails done Friday by (Ms. Tina) she asked for a design on her nail and they decided to put a cheap gold strip on her nails and she told them that will not stick to just keep in plain. The nail lady stressed that it will not. My friend went back the next day because the strip had peeled and the lady told her to come back another day because she is busy. My friend decided to wait because she had time and the nail tech was rude and told her not today. She didn't understand why she could not wait. She was mad because for her to get her nails done Friday and already had an issue she felt it was necessary to get it fixed instead of waiting for two weeks. She never got it fixed. After leaving my friend decided she will not go back if they did not treat her right definitely after coming for a year. Let's not say she been having issues with this place the last three fills. Hi i live in missouri city and usually ill go all the way to nails club pasadena to get my nails done and theyll last me as long as up to 5 weeks but this time they were done so poorly i REALLY needed to get my nails done again. I was eating at the Panera Bread near Fresh Nails and Spa so i decided to stop by. I needed a full set and i had to wait like 5 minutes. I picked a color and i wanted to do like broken glass on one finger each hand and it was kind of difficult communicating with the lady doing my nails but a lady who im assuming was the manager(?) helped us out and she was very nice and helpful. First they offered to use something they called foil and i said sure and then eventually the same lady i think manager found something better that had the effect i wanted so we went on to use that material instead. The lady doing my nails didnt seem to know how to work with it but eventually she figured it out and although it took a little while i appreciate the fact that she took her time figuring out how to make it look nice and just how i want it. She shaped my nails nicely and they came out looking so much better than my set done at nails club pasadena. It was only about $3 more than what i wouldve paid in pasadena but it was so much closer and a better job that i really didnt mind. They even offered me something to drink but i just asked for water. I paid with card and it was no problem for them but i tipped in cash hopefully i can remember the ladies face for next time so she can do my nails again, i wish i got her name! read more

The staff here (well one lady) is RUDE AF! I was a first time customer & I was barely acknowledged when I entered. I waited for her to look at me and told her I needed my nail fixed. She hounded me about why I didn't just go back to where I got it done & I told her the place had closed down & I didn't mind about the colors not matching. I spent about 4 minutes looking thru colors & although this one lady was not doing anything, she claimed they were too busy to fix my ONE BROKEN NAIL. It doesn't matter that they were busy, it's the way she spoke to me. It doesn't take much to say "there is a wait, do you mind waiting?" Instead she turned me away as if they would be too busy all day long. When I called to speak to a manager, the same lady was rude again. If you don't want my money, just say that! read more

Not only did Julie take her time to do my nails, but she also took the time to get to know me and make me feel comfortable. She stayed after closing, which is more than enough to ask, and did such a good job. She also reassured me that if I needed to come back and get something fixed then I could.
