I did come to Spa Fiori a couple of years ago, but because of the distance, I decided to go somewhere closer. My first visit back then was heavenly, and I definitely should have stayed. The facials I received elsewhere made me feel relaxed and my skin feel softer, but I never saw any major improvement. Olga is my facial guardian angel. She goes the extra mile to help you relax, educate you, and focuses on not just the superficial layer of your skin, but targets what may be causing the issue--for me this was a problem within the deeper layers of my skin and older hyperpigmented scars. She discovered it for me, and with just one visit, the quality and tone of my skin improved dramatically. Even through mediocre FaceTime quality, my mother told me that she could noticeably see a major change to my skin. In between peels and layers, she will do my eyebrows, do some dermaplaning, give me an upper arm, shoulder, and neck massage, and we will just talk about everything. Recently, I moved from New York and have been looking for a new brow salon because the one I…read moreinitially found in Georgia was farther from my house and the results were just okay. I was really hoping to find someone who could recreate the style I was used to back home. I found this salon a few months ago and had been seeing one of the brow stylists, who was fantastic. She understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and helped me gradually get my brows back to the shape I loved. Since eyebrow growth takes time, we've been working toward that goal over multiple appointments. Unfortunately, her schedule has been a bit inconsistent lately, so I stopped in today after the gym hoping another stylist could help. Before we started, I explained in detail what I had been working on with the other brow artist and asked several questions to make sure she was comfortable maintaining that same shape. She assured me she understood and told me to trust her. Unfortunately, the result was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. It felt like my concerns weren't listened to, and months of progress toward growing my brows back have now been undone. Brows take weeks to grow back and often months to reshape, so it's incredibly disappointing to feel like I'm starting over. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I spent a significant amount of time explaining exactly what I was trying to accomplish because I wanted to avoid this outcome. I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and the progress I'd made over the past few months. It was simply a very inconvenient experience that could have been avoided if the stylist had been upfront about not being familiar with the technique or shape I was looking for. I'm sure this stylist may do a great job for clients looking for a different brow style, but if a client is asking for a specific approach that you're not confident you can achieve, it's much better to be honest than to promise you can. Setting the right expectations is so important. I wondered if I was just being overly critical, but when I got home, my fiancé immediately noticed the difference and even commented that my brows didn't turn out as well as they had before. I'll continue booking with the original stylist because she truly understood what I was looking for, but I wanted to share my experience so others know to request the stylist whose work aligns with the look they're trying to achieve.

I never have any issues scheduling services, and you can always request a specific esthetician and try to get on their schedule if it works with yours. I think they also take walk ins if you are spontaneous like that, but I have always scheduled my appointments ahead of time. I want to give a special shoutout to Jo and Luci who I always try to see because they are simply the best! The lobby and service rooms are so clean and organized, and I love the authentic, high quality wax they use. My skin has never had a bad reaction to it.
