I went here for the first time earlier today. They had an opening right when I wanted to come in this afternoon. The salon is easy to find. I was happy to see that the salon was extremely clean, I could even see the autoclave where they disinfect their tools behind the nail station I was at. The girl who did my nails was so sweet. She did an amazing job, and was really fast. I was in and out in under an hour. I paid $40 for my pink & white w/glitter nails and she didn't charge me extra to put clear gel on top of them. I will definitely be going back, in fact my friend and I will be going there on Sunday for their deluxe hot stone pedicures. read more

Had my nails done on Saturday evening 2.5 days ago (2/8/2020), for my engagement photo shoot on 2/9/2020. 1st off, she didn't even trim my cuticles. Did not leave happy. I had a matching light blue pedicure and acrylic almond shape set. The shape was great, but the polish when it was drying became bubbly and left little solid bubbles on the nails. I thought maybe it's be an easy fix so I brought this to the attention of the tech that took care of me that went to go do a pedicure while my set was drying. He noticed the bubbles and tried putting another coat of polish which made even more bubbles. I was just defeated since I had spent so long there and just left. Before they went on to paint my nails they insisted I pay before the set was done so I wouldn't mess up my nails. I wish I didn't because I think it would be worthy of a discount since my nails had little craters and bubbles on them. Disappointed because they were for a special occasion. I don't think he knew what to do with polish that creates bubbles. Won't be coming here again. If they ask you to pay before they paint your nails, insist to pay afterword to save yourself if they mess up! read more

I'd give them 7 stars if I could. They have great prices and attention to detail. My daughter had a full set done for her banquet for the first time and they did a great job. Polly did my shellac manicure and did a fantastic job--very detailed. I highly recommend them! UPDATED: We have been customers here for the past few months and I can honestly say that we have not had a bad experience or mani/pedi to date. We have had several nail technicians and all of them have been great. They pay attention to whether or not the polish is too transparent and offer to put on a third coat or put a white underneath it so that it is less see-through--without me me having to say anything about it. I have been to "higher-end" salons that charge double and don't bother to pay this close attention. We got another shellac manicure today and had the two gentlemen. I can't say enough great things about them! The employees here treat you like a customer should be treated. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment today! read more

Zero stars for terrible service. I will NEVER return, and every person I have ever recommended this place to will be receiving a message from me detailing their unprofessionalism. I came in to get acrylics removed PROFESSIONALLY, so my nails wouldn't be damaged. To my Horror the man RIPPED my nails off, taking off enough of my natural nails I can't even shape them! My nail beds are ruined. Completely ruined. When I asked why they don't soak them off the answer I got was "It's just quicker to do it this way, soaking takes longer." At this point he offered to soak my other hand, but my nails were already ruined on the first hand and I told him to just get it over with and I'd go home to try to save my nails. At the end, I tell him I want to speak to a manager because this is so unprofessional, to which he said I didn't have to pay and the manager jumped up in arms saying he doesn't have the authority to make that call. I said, I pay for the services I come in for, but I will not be back. And start to explain to her why I was unhappy. Telling her, I come in for a professional service, not something I could have done at home. I didn't want my nails damaged. To which she told me if I had done it at home I would damage my nails. I show her my nails "And exactly what does this look like!? He damaged my nails by just ripping them off himself!" Things then got heated, there was yelling, on my part as well. Gave them my card saying, take my money so I can leave! I'm "not a nice person" because I don't want unprofessional "work" done. My nails are shredded. I'll be lucky if I can make them look even semi decent after this trip. I am not usually one to make a scene, but I also refuse to be disrespected and treated with zero courtesy. To the few strangers that were there, if you read this, I am sorry you had to witness this exchange and I hope your New Year's is uneffected by this display. As for Nails V Angel's, there will be no apology from me. Change your outlook on professionalism. Communicate what and how you are going to do something, and for the love of fuck listen to your customers when they have a VALID issue. read more

I went to this place while visiting the area. The staff was excellent. They have tons of options for color, design, powders, etc. I just powder overlay my natural nails (no added tip) and they did a fine job. Not as narrow as my regular nail tech in Tri-Cities but then again some of that all comes with building the relationship and knowing exactly what a client likes. I think the place needs some sprucing up and A/C unit installed. The portable A/C just isn't enough in my opinion. I would definitely go back if I'm needing my nails done in this area again. read more

First, let me say that I am extremely picky with my nails. Since I moved up to the PNW from CA I have been searching for a great nail place and I found it. Lee did an incredible job. I had a fairly detailed request for the design on my full set and she took her time and made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. This was also probably the best pedicure I have ever had. Even with the basic pedicure I got an incredible message and was completely pampered. She also added a cute flower detail to my big toe with a cute pink rhinestone. I could not be more happy. I live about 40 miles from this salon, but whenever I'm nearby, I stop in for a fill or pedicure (and I bring my friends). Tina and Hoang are a great husband and wife team. They're always friendly and they do great work. (They even gave out Christmas gifts to all their customers - a care package with nail files and a $5 off coupon!) Who does that?? (so nice) Their shop is clean and roomy. They have 6 adult-sized pedi chairs and 1 children's chair that looks like a Panda - so cute! Prices are very reasonable - $25 for a basic pedi but it's more like a deluxe including a heat wrap for your neck, and still $15 for a fill. I love this place! read more

I love this place! Run by a very gracious couple that go out of thier way to make you feel relaxed and welcome, makes it nearly impossible to consider going anywhere else! This place is starting to become a mother/daughter tradition for mani/pedi day. The first time I went in, my feet were in such bad shape (I'm on my feet for work a lot) and they miraculously transformed them in to something that is summer sandal appropriate! And I'm tickleish, this was not an easy tas for them, trust me! AMAZING! My husband and I just moved to the area, saw the ratings for this place and decided to try them. We both had the spa pedicure - and I have to say it was one of the best I've ever had. their "spa" pedi is like other places "deluxe" pedi. Staff was very nice, brought us water and always paid close attention to whether we were comfortable or not. I have ingrown toenails to deal with, which are sometimes painful, but Phong was gently and took great care to make sure it felt better after trimming. I love French tip acrylic nails. It's just my thing. Came here after friend recommended, came for approximately 5-6 fills. At this point, had so many fill lines and when I brought it up, the techs stated that my fill lines were normal and suggested using a different color acrylic instead of plain clear. They said you normally don't see the fill lines because you paint over it. After a few times of getting them covered up instead of tips, I realized I just wasn't quite so happy and why would I do it if I wasn't happy. If you don't care about the lines because you'll paint over it, this place works for you. They spend a lot of time on them and I don't think I noticed much lifting (not 100% sure though, because I was painting over them!). They are friendly, I'm just picky. Call ahead, you might get asked to come back in an hour otherwise. Final thought. They want you to use the ATM instead of your card. The ATM says it doesn't charge you fees, but it's still quite annoying. read more

The first time I went to this place, I was very satisfied! My shellac nails lasted at least three weeks. I went again and did a light purple shellac in matte. However, in less than I week they already started to chip and "lift" at the sides. I debated for a day or so, if I should come in and have them fix it and finally decided I should. I called and they asked I come in so they can look at it. They said they'll redo them, and I asked if I could change the color (didn't want the same purple, in case that polish was the reason it chipped). They said it will be an additional $10 if I wanted to change the color. I said I'll stick with the purple. 5 minutes later she said I can choose a different color if I wanted only this time, with no additional charge. I was very happy with the result, she didn't rush and spent time on my nails. Hopefully it won't chip this time! Will come here again!!! read more

I went to Angie on the recommendation of friends. I was a newbie at the whole process. But I came away convinced that this needs to be a regular routine for me because my toenails get so scraggly. I wear my own hand-knit socks during the winter, and I don't want sharp nails ruining them! Angie was extremely knowledgeable about my lu'au feeties. The massage she gave me was fabulous, and she pointed out things that I could be doing to improve my foot health. She is 'way beyond the typical salon's knowledge of foot care. I've had one other pedicure, and it didn't come close to what Angie did for my toes and feet. They cut my nails much too short and there simply wasn't the one on one courteous service that I got with Angie... it was more like an assembly line kind of business. Angie talked to me, got to know me a bit, gave me a fantastic pedicure; she also had some really wonderful wood massage tools that she used. After polishing my toenails she put my toesies into a polish dryer thingie, which made sure that my polish was dry before I left. The day I was there, Angie was just finishing up with an elderly woman, and Angie helped her out to her car with so much tenderness and respect, which further convinced me that she is a kind, caring person. Good nails for the price. My nails have always held up the two weeks between fills, and the service is really great. My favorite thing about this place is even though they do accept walk ins they are honest with how long the wait will be and don't start on the new walk in nails until the client they are sitting with. I found Nail V. Angel after looking on Yelp for a nail place by my hotel. This place was just as good as all of the reviews said it was. It's big, very clean, and everyone that works there is extremely friendly. They did my nails just the way I like and they give really good hand massages. A lot of places just give your hands a quick rub but this salon really massages your hands and arms. Unfortunately I am only here for a wedding because I would love to be able to get my nails done here again. It's a little pricier than I'm used to. $15 for a manicure but its totally worth it. While traveling to WA my friend and I had some time to kill. I hadn't had my nails done in ages, and my friend loves a good mani-pedi (well, mostly the massages that come with them), so we looked up nail salons in the area. We were both impressed with the staff and service at Nail V Angel. My French gel manicure has only just begun to fail (chip) which means it lasted nearly 25 days. That makes it a bargain in my book at about $1 a day for nails I don't have to fuss with before during or after work! I only wish I could find a salon like this nearer to home. There is so much competition here that none of the salons care if you return or not. Sad when customers aren't important. Nail V Angel is THE BEST nail salon I've been to in 5 years! The women at this establishment are so sweet and cute, but they take their job seriously and want you to have a nice time. The prices are really great for nails, a full set is only $25.
