I am used to do with another professional but she's in vacation what led me to find this place. I really wanted to love my nails, but unfortunately I left disappointed. She made my big toe nail rounded without asking me first. The finish also feels rushed, with uneven edges and details that don't look polished. For a $120 service, I expected much more attention to detail and better craftsmanship. The nails look okay from a distance, but up close the imperfections are noticeable. I wish there had been more care taken with both the shape and the overall finish. The staff was kind, but the quality of the work did not match my expectations. read more

First and last visit here. I chose the Organic Pedicure with regular polish, which is one of the more expensive pedicure options on the menu. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jenny was very kind, and I appreciated that.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]About 45 minutes into the appointment, I had a legitimate family emergency, so I had to leave immediately. I asked if I could pay and come back to finish the service, and they told me yes. I paid in full and still tipped 18%.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I returned later for my scheduled appointment expecting to complete the remainder of the pedicure. Instead, I was simply seated in a chair and my toes were painted. There was no soaking, no lotion, no oil, no massage, and none of the other treatments included in the service I had already paid for. I noticed the before I left before that the previous callus treatment hadn't really done much, as I still had a lot of dead skin on my feet, and I also never received the hot stone treatment that is included with the Organic Pedicure when I did return. I left with painted toes and very dry feet. Super weird. I appreciated being able to come back. However, I paid full price for an Organic Pedicure and ultimately did not receive several of the services that were advertised and included. That was very disappointing, and unfortunately I won't be returning. I tried this place out while visiting my family in roseville, and their okay. It was honestly a last-minute thing I decided to do since my nails were so long already. It's clean, they cover the pedicure tub stations but unfortunately their work isn't the greatest. The photos speaks for itself. Especially for white polish, it is very crucial for it to be clean because it shows all the blemishes. I had a guy do my pedicure and I got the $40 one with the wax and massage and all that good stuff. Everything in the package was good except for the final results. He also didn't file my nails properly were my bedsheets was getting caught cause there was a sharp nail that should've been trimmed. He didn't even put the spacers on while putting the nail polish which is probably why his work wasn't as clean. He definitely didn't clean the sides of my nails. So if you want a quick okay nail job their okay for that work but don't expect high end clean detailed work. I also can't speak for their manicure as I only did my pedicure. read more

I've been to this salon twice. The first time was good, so I went back for a fill and I will never be going back again. The shaping was terrible, thumbs are two completely different shapes. They did not clean up under the nails. You can see my cracked natural nails under and there is some weird brown specks in the polish. My old review was 3 STARS.. I changed it to 4 stars since I returned to get my nails fixed on 2/26.. Pls scroll down to read my updated review (^_^) 2.25.24 - My mom gave me a gift card for my daughter & my nails to get done. I chose to just get my fingernails done for a fill since it's been growing out. I also decided to try charms on my nails for the 1st time and had asked if their shop does it. Thankfully, they do, but I had no clue what or how to make the charms look on my nails. April brought out a whole bunch of charms to show me. Meanwhile, as I got my nails done, I noticed there were more male technicians versus females. There were about 5 male nail techs & 2 females. I came in on a Sunday. This is my 1st time to come in here and try their shop out. I normally do not come to this location, but since my mom gave me a gift card to try this place, I gave it a shot. I'm not sure how I feel.. the nail technicians definitely do things by the book, but look like their still gaining experience. I love the layout of the shop, the tables too. Great lighting and their very professional, especially to greet in walk-in customers. I am not too happy about how my nails look towards the powdered gel. I noticed the way it was placed on. It was placed onto my nails like a huge blob and then spread onto my nail carefully, but I feel like their still new at doing this sort of thing. My daughter was next to me, and she had her nails filed down so hard where one of them, the male nail tech, literally filed to make her finger bleed a bit on the side. He did stop and apologized, as well as showed me that he did do that to her when he was shaping her nail. They at least have good service where they offer bottled water and also check on you if you're okay with the color of choice is on your nail, as well as being satisfied with 5 of the nail. If I had to give this place a scale from 1 thru 10, I'd give them a 7 for effort. I'm really happy with April's services, though. She came through for my nail charms to put on, as well as adding a random star pattern on my pinky. I think that's my only favorite part of my nails, aside from the color shade that I chose. I love the colors between the pink I chose and the green color shade for my daughter's nails. I'm glad they didn't do a bad job with applying the color on the nails. And the shape of how they filed it, I'm satisfied with that as well. I always pick almond shape, but I want my nails a bit pointy at the ends so it doesn't feel dull to my skin if I'm itchy. Especially now with mosquitoes all flying about. That's also something I didn't like.. so many mosquitoes flying at the entrance of the nail shop! It's that time of year (-_-) EDIT ** I AM HAPPY CUSTOMER ** 2.26.24 I HAD A CHIPPED PINKY NAIL SO WENT BACK!! I called in prior to coming in to address the issues and Lily picked up. She listened to my call and agreed to help me. She made sure she would be the one to fix this this issue... I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS! My bow charm fell off as well on both my middle fingers, so we decided on getting a simple design instead, which is the 3 little hearts. I have new photos posted w/the dates showing which 1's Lily worked on. Overall I am extremely happy & will definitely come back to Lily to do my nails!
