LOVE IT. I had the absolute BEST experience here with Tina and Kim. Tina is an absolute delight…read more She is so charming, funny, likable, and she does such a great job with the massage + prep. I highly appreciated her kindness and great service she provided. To top it all off, my pedicure came out SO PERFECT *heart eyes* and it is sooo beautifully done. Kim painted my French style pedicure with a tiny gold glitter lining trim, love that it was beautifully done. My entire experience here was luxurious, so relaxing, and overall lovely in every way. Tina even helped me take cute fresh pedicure photos after my service, how very sweet/thoughtful of her. :) I was lucky enough to score a pedicure by calling an hour ahead, yay me! lol. (It's definitely best practice to book a few days ahead of time *whoops*.) The salon itself is absolutely pristine and beautifully decorated. You can definitely tell that the owners put a lot of love and care into their salon decor. Everything looks absolutely lovely. The Kitchen Nail Bar salon itself provides such a luxurious, lovely, and relaxing experience. This is hands down the BEST pedicure experience I've ever had and I have literally tried TONS of places so that's saying a lot. lol. (However I will say it's a bit pricey but if price doesn't matter to you, it's so worth it) lol. I also really like how they have hot tea and other beverages available during the service. I enjoyed a nice green tea that helped me relax even more. :) Side note: the parking lot here is very busy and packed. However finding parking is definitely doable. Just be careful in the parking lot because cars don't seem too mindful of pedestrians.

I usually don't go to chain salons like this but desperately needed an appt while my normal nail tech is out on maternity leave and figured this would be a good option given all the great reviews. I got my nails done just under 2 weeks ago and normally at this point, my nails have grown out but the polish is typically still in good condition. However, after coming here, the polish lifted so much I just peeled it all off. I know it's not ideal to peel off gel, but I had no choice when it was lifting and getting stuck in my hair. It obviously left my nail beds in poor condition too. After peeling the polish on my pinky nail, you can even see that the polish underneath wasn't ever fully dried. After paying $65 for a simple gel removal and gel polish, I can't say it was worth it at all. Also, my appt was at 9am right at opening and the place was packed. Good for their business I'm sure, but it seems they only care about quantity and getting as much people in, as opposed to focusing on the quality of their services. If you need something quick and don't care about your nails lasting long or the health/quality of your nails, then come here. Otherwise, I'm very disappointed and will not be back.

Hana was gentle, detail-oriented, and gave an amazing massage. She checked in throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Tim was quick, efficient, and did an excellent job with my cuticles. I also appreciated his recommendation to try Gel X since it may help with my gel polish allergies. I'll definitely be back to try it with him. The salon itself is clean, spacious, and has good air circulation. The massage chairs are also very comfortable and seem to have been upgraded, which made the pedicure even more relaxing. Overall, I loved how efficient they were without sacrificing quality. My nails turned out great, and I'll definitely be back!

This was probably my fourth time here to Kitchen Nail Bar. I had came here alone maybe twice and…read moreone of the last times with my best friend for a nail day. The previous time where we came here together, we had an amazing nail spa day with sweet nail ladies, so I'm not sure what happened here this time around. My best friend was in town and wanted to get our nails done, so we came here last Friday morning. We booked a mani and a pedi. We checked in and didn't have to wait long for Mymy and Tina to start on our toes. Honestly, our whole pedicure experience well because our ladies were nice and just did their jobs. Here comes the bad part of our experience of when we were getting started on our manicures. We had originally booked two gel pedicure and one gel manicure and one gel builder. We asked if they can do gel builder for both manicure, which they said yes but one of us would have to wait 15 minutes which we said we were fine with. I had Tracy who started on my nails first and for the most part, she was quiet and just did her thing, which I preferred. Sadly, my best friend got Kandy who at first asked my best friend what she wanted for shape and length with the builder gel. My best friend told her she wanted to do a short almond shape. Kandy told her if she wants to do that then she would have to do a longer length, so my friend agreed and said a medium length is fine. I don't think Tracy or Kandy knew this, but we are Vietnamese and can understand everything that is being said!! Because Kandy later proceeded to complain in Vietnamese the ENTIRE manicure about how she doesn't know how she's going to my friend's nails because of what she picked, how she's going to be stuck doing it for a long time, how my friend "insisted" on doing this and how my friend's nails/fingers aren't straight and keep swerving. Tracy was fine for most of my manicure, but there was a couple times she would agree and say "yeah, this lady's fingers too". Halfway through, my best friend and I just stopped talking to each other because I was getting so annoyed of Kandy's complaining. I wished she would've just told us she couldn't do my friend's nail so we could've had another nail tech who would've been happy to do it. I didn't say anything because it was my first time seeing my best friend in months and she really wanted to get her nails done, so I bit my tongue but her complaints started giving me a headache. After Tracy was done with my manicure, she asked me if we were paying separately or together. I told her together, so she punched in the numbers and gave me a total of $295. I gave her $300 in cash and was going to ask for change, but I heard her saying in Vietnamese about how she had little to no change. By the time I looked up after I paid, she had left the table. **I turned over to my friend and told her I had a headache, so I was going to wait outside in the car. I gave her cash to tip everyone after she's done telling her I overheard Tracy saying she didn't really have any change, so my friend can ask her nail lady for change.** When my friend was done and came out 15 minutes later, she told me Tracy came up shocked and complained about how I walked out and didn't tip on a $295 service and how she couldn't believe it - repeating it over and over. I wished she would've waited until my friend was done with her nails, so she could've seen that we were going to tip... My friend said they were a little nicer when she pulled out the cash I gave her to tip, but the whole experience put a really bad taste in our mouths. I won't be back here again.

Recently, I came in with a group of four adults for the manicure pedicure combo, and it was truly one of the best salon experiences we've had. The team went above and beyond with attentive service, flawless nail care, and an incredibly relaxing massage that included head, shoulders, arms, and legs. It honestly felt like a full spa experience. After moving to this area, I can confidently say this is one of the best salons I've ever been to. Vy was exceptional from the very beginning. She helped pick a color that perfectly matched my skin tone, and the entire appointment felt relaxing and personalized. She definitely gained a regular customer in me. I also want to give a special shoutout to Brandon, Moon, and of course Vy. These three have consistently been exceptional every single time I've visited. That said, I've now had the chance to work with almost the entire staff, and everyone here has been wonderful, professional, welcoming, and talented. You can truly feel the care and effort they put into every client experience. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service and a relaxing atmosphere!

She has built a reputation for being meticulous, especially when it comes to shaping and intricate nail art. Many clients here note that her work holds up exceptionally well. Sets often last 3+ weeks without lifting or chipping, which speaks to her preparation and application technique so I had to come for myself. And after 3 weeks, I can write this review in confidence. They have been holding up super well. Because she is so thorough, she may take a bit longer than a standard service even without the nail arts. It's best to visit when you aren't in a rush so she can focus on the quality of the set. The place is like any other nail salon but very spacious with high ceiling and big windows. 2nd visit: I came back for a pedicure with Rose recently, also very detailed and thorough. Had a great experience with her. Maybe the blue color I chose was still good but my sister, who got the classic white pedicure, said her paint already chipped by the she got home from work that night. The top coat wasn't holding up well. There was a new employee that day so I give them grace but she was not professional and need to be trained with the same TikTok lounge skills & manners! Overall still a good nail salon to go to.
