Second time getting my nails done here and Chris and his staff are amazing!!! Love this place it's clean and welcoming. Pictures don't do justice to how adorable my nails look. 10/10 go to nailfile!!! For the first time here I asked Chris to do some designs on my nails and he delivers. ( three photos) the second time I wanted to keep it simple but still beautiful there is a shine on the nail color.

This is my third time coming and getting my nails done by Chris! By far thee best nail tech in the SGV! Always gets my nails looking right. His technique in the way he shapes and applies the acrylic is one of the best. Prices are reasonable. He listens to what you want and recommends options as well.

2nd time getting my nails done at Nailfie!! I was impressed from the first visit so I definitely wanted to get my nails done here for my wedding. This time I set an appointment with Chris and had my nails done by Sofie - super sweet and has THE softest, gentle hands. It really is the little things for me, so I appreciate that they paint the nail to the edges and that it's not thick! Just a heads up! They're going to be switching to cash only, but prices are reasonable and worth going to the ATM for.

Chris never disappoints. I have been going to his shop for years and I always get acrylic. Chris makes the best nail designs and they come out perfect, literally. Anything you want he creates it and it looks even better. I have never met such a talented nail artist. He takes his time and makes sure that it comes out perfect. I'm so happy I found this place! It's been a while since I've had my nails done due to the fact that it's so hard to find a good nail tech who can shape my nails. Chris did an amazing job! He takes his time and makes sure everything looks great. He mentioned multiple times that if I wasn't happy with something to please let him know and he would fix it. I don't believe any nail tech has ever said that to me and they usually rush through my nails. I felt comfortable getting my nails done here with Covid going on. Everything was disinfected including the chair I sat on. I will definitely be going back! read more

If you want good service and pretty nails, come to Nailfie!! Pedicure is a must every time!! The ladies that do the pedicures make sure they take their time and gives a good massage. After coming to Chris for almost a year now, and then cheating on him with two different people for a couple of months haha, I can definitely say I prefer Chris' work over others and will keep coming to him. He's very knowledgeable and experienced. I don't have to keep monitoring him to see if he's gonna make a mistake or do something to make me uncomfortable. I trust his judgement and know he will always do a great job. I have nails that naturally curve a lot and he's been able to give me acrylic overlays without them breaking in just a few days or making them too thick for my liking. This was my first time here and didn't know what to expect since the place was sort of hidden in the shopping center. I was lucky enough to arrive a few minutes after they opened so I was the first customer of the day. The place is clean and organized. I got my nails done by Chris. He took his time with my nails making sure they looked great and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole time. I will definitely be coming here again. read more

I have been getting my nails done religiously for over 25 years. I have had my long time "go to" salons I went to over the years. I found out about Nailfie through one of their clients and came to give them a try. Chris, the owner does amazing work, and they last!! I was able to go 3 weeks in between fills and for the last 20 years I have been having to go after 1.5 to 2 weeks max. I drive from the San Dimas area which takes sometimes 35-40 mins, but it is worth it. Thank you Chris for having passion in what you do and ensuring that your clients are 100% satisfied. read more

Definitely found my new nail technician! Chris is definitely the best. He truly cares about his work and what his clients want. He is one of those rare artists that take his time when working with you. Was in the area and saw this shop on a whim....decided to stop and get my nails done...really new furniture and they take their time. Which came be long but the work is great so the time spent is worth it...Chris did my bails. He made great recommendations and did amazing work! He took what I wanted into consideration and was honest when he felt that something might not work which is better in the long run so when I go home I will still be happy and have a realistic outcome... overall I really like this place and will be coming back and would recommend! They are awesome,they are will fit you in when you are in( I am a full-time mother of three little ones without time for myself) and try their best to make the style you want. Not able to include a picture unfortunately. I am happy with my nails and relaxed when I leave. Reminder I mostly have babysitting so work hours so feeling relaxed is miracle.lol read more

I love going here since they opened .. i am very picky with my nails.. I have never had any kind of issues at Nailfie with not liking my nails..it's always clean and I love the massage chairs .. with the whole COVID protocols I admire how they follow guidelines .. my nails always look awesome and I get plenty of compliments on my nails all the time. Chris is not an average nail technician. He understands what nails need to be healthy and strong. Chris has been doing my acrylic nails for years. He always gives me the best advice when it comes to my nail care. He takes time for each client to ensure the nail application is flawless. Proper application of acrylic nails is essential to ensure healthy nails. I've had my current nail set for over a year and never have had issues. Going to someone who is trained and professional makes such a difference. He recently relocated further than where I live but I don't mind the drive. Chris is definitely worth it. I love coming to Nailfie everyone is very friendly. The place is always clean when I come in. I ask for Chris he is very good with my full set he always makes sure I like it and making sure the shape is perfect. So I just got my nails done and I was hesitant at first being the past business it was under different management and with a different owner ... but my mom had went in last week and her nails looked amazing perfect shape all even and perfect polish so I decided to give it a try and it was by far the best salon experience I've had ! I got a spa pedicure and gel ombre acrylic nails! Chris really takes his time and is very detailed after my appt with him I am never going to another salon ! I have been getting my nails done with my mom since I was about 13 years old, i am now 25. we have been to so many different nail locations , we have paid so much and they were HORRIBLE. Until we came to nailfie! Chris is AMAZING . His work is great. Our nails stay on and they look amazing after so many weeks. He's consistent with his qualities. Just opened and they were short handed on a Saturday. So my friends and I had to wait an hour despite having made an appt. It was a girl's outing but they separated the three of us and did one at a time so most of us just had to wait. Eight days after that $180 set, one nail completely fell off with no pain. Anna said she didn't know why it happened, booked me three days later to fix it, and charged me $20. Four days after the repair (about two weeks after the original set), 9 out of 10 nails were lifting from the sides. Again, Anna said she didn't know why and initially told me to come back in three days. I explained I was concerned about moisture and possible fungus, and suddenly she had availability the same day. That was frustrating. When I arrived, Anna didn't examine my nails or apologize. Another tech removed and reapplied a new set, and I was charged $80. Within two weeks, I had spent $280 total. I was only given a $20 gift card. Eleven days later, my thumb nail fell off again. When I reached out, Anna once more said she didn't know why. After spending hundreds of dollars here, I'm very disappointed with how this was handled. The customer service was poor, and I would not recommend this salon.

Got my nails done with my girlfriend for her birthday and the customer service was genuine and kind. Chris was very polite, checking in on my girlfriend if she was okay, if she liked the design, and if anything was hurting to let him know. Also, he didn't charge for one of our designs due to being a little backed up and we had to wait a little longer but he was very kind and apologized for being backed up (not his fault). The ladies here were also very polite and have a soft touch. The Nailfie here is very pristine, clean, and very well put. He was very upfront about the pricing so no surprise charging and was also recommending some good designs. This is by far the best nail spa I have ever been. I've always had a hard time searching for the perfect nail spa until I found Chris. He is by far the best nail guy I have came across. I have been with him for years. He takes his time with you and always makes sure you are happy with your nails. Even sometimes when I have no idea what kind of design or style I want, Chris is there to help. I just give him a color and he does the rest. First time coming to this salon since the new owner came in, and I love it! The old owners were not very friendly and it all felt rushed and weird, but with the new owner everything is so friendly and time is taken to ensure that your nails are perfect and to your liking, the owner makes suggestions and I so recommend that you take it! I LOVE the nails he recommended to me and personally I would have never even thought to choose them, but I'm so so happy he introduced them to me because they are a new favorite, for sure. My birthday is tomorrow so I wanted to get my nails done ! So I yelp like always and this place popped up near me. I called to make an appointment with Chris who I saw nothing but great comments! He took me in and I must say I have NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH GOOD POSITIVE ENERGY. He was very patient and asked so many times about my nails if they're okay! Nailfie Salon is a great place for everyone's nail needs! I had a very hard time looking for a good, clean, and great customer service nail salon especially with my medical condition and i finally found it! Chris and all his staff were very welcoming from day one! I have MCTD and my hands and feet have been affected by the arthritis and the staff there have always made sure they are very gentle and take care of all my concerns. If you haven't been to this nail salon i recommend you do. Friendly staff makes you feel comfortable. Get you nails and feet done while listening to some good music. As for Chris the nail technician he is the best. Ive been going to him for 3 yrs and not one complaint what so ever. His nails dont break or fall off. Plus he helps you choose what color you like. By far the best nail salon I've been to in El Monte. I recommend this place 100%. You mention what you're looking for & they will bring you're vision to life. The combination of the colors chosen are a perfect pick for the upcoming festivities. This is my 3rd time coming back. BTW they worked with my natural nails only adding a small touch of acrylic. I went in about a week ago and had a really good experience. The place was super welcoming. My pedicure lady was great, she took her time and did an awesome job. Only thing I didn't love was that the ladies kept chatting with each other in their own language the whole time, which felt a bit awkward. Not a huge deal, but it did take away from the relaxation. I am normally really picky on where to get my pedicures. My normally lady just retired and is still more time with her family. Which forced me to find a new pedicurist. I looked up reviews on nail salons and although this one is new it has the best reviews. So I decided to give it a shot and I loved it. Their spa chairs are new and very clean. Found a nail salon with reasonable prices and fantastic service. After COVID-19, nail salons are charging an arm and a leg, but nailfie is the place to get your nails done. Chris is tentative to your every need. Chris takes time doing nails and is not done until you are happy, which is why I come back every time, in addition to the prices. read more
