I had a great experience with Nailory from the very start! I messaged them through yelp to set up an appointment and they got back to me within 5 minutes and got me scheduled for the next day. Vy was my nail tech and she was fantastic! We text a little the day before and I sent her my inspo. I got gel x and she took her time and made sure I really loved my shape and length before adding the gel polish. She did a great job with my design too, it looked exactly like the inspo pic I sent her! I got a gel pedicure as well and that was very nice, comfy massage chair and again Vy did a great job with shaping and painting my toes. This is definitely my new go to nail salon! read more

I went in for a gel X removal. My nail tech was pretty friendly, but the method of removal was a little off bc I've gotten gel X removals before. Anyway, the issue was that she didn't completely remove the gel layer on every nail. A few fingers still have the thick slightly opaque gel coating and two of my cuticles have cuts on them from her drilling too high. I won't be back. read more

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Went in for a mani pedi for my birthday. Lady started on my toes. I showed her what I wanted (milky French) and the shape I wanted my nails cut (rounded). She cut them square so I asked to make them rounded like the photo. She then just rounded the corners, causing boxy points in the middle -- still not the shape I wanted. I had to ask her two more times to fix it. After that she put no effort into the massage portion. She also was extremely slow in all her movements. At this point I had been there for a little over an hour she still had yet to start painting my toes. When she finished the base coat, a dad and daughter walked in. She got up and went and started on the dad without saying anything to me. As that happened a customer who had left from her mani/pedi when I got there came back in wanting a wax. It was then that a different nail tech came by and told me she'd take care of me after doing the lady's wax and she called the lady to the back. I waited, getting more and more frustrated that I sat there with just a base coat on, still no progress on my mani at all, and had been there almost two hours. Even my past experiences at other places only having one tech for both mani & pedi I was completely out of there sooner than this tech is even getting to painting on just my toes. And to top it off this is how she was willing to leave the shape of my toes before the last time I asked her to fix them (see pic). Mind you, there was another tech who had been sitting on her phone since the other lady left until the dad and daughter walked in. I am so disappointed about my experience that I wiped the base coat off in tears and went to the counter to pay for the little services I did have. This was supposed to be a fun treat to myself for my birthday and I felt completely uncared for. I have the whole set up at home to do gel and I typically do them myself but I wanted to make them extra special by getting a French mani this time around, and also only had a two hour window to do them but I usually take longer to do both so it {should have been} a win-win coming in. Coming into this salon was a complete waste of time -- neither my hands or feet are painted for my birthday trip and that window of time to do them is gone. I am extremely frustrated and outraged that I could have done them faster and how I wanted just doing them myself, which is a terrible way to feel about a service you're paying for. Also, I was charged the full price for the pedi even though I didn't get the service of getting a color - and not by choice. I do not recommend this place in the slightest. Anywhere is better than here Lastly, the towels they use do not look clean-- they are spotty like bleach was used but not on the whole thing; literal rag level. read more

This nail salon was one of the best I have been to. Lolly, the owner accommodated our whole group of girls for three pedicures, one manicure and a child's pedicure. I will start by saying it was clean, relaxing and in a nice location. Lolly did my moms and my little daughters pedicure. She did a great job on both but my biggest compliment is how she treated everyone in our group, including my daughter. She gave her the VIP treatment and did not cut corners just because she was little. May did my pedicure which turned out okay but she did not put effort into the massage at all. I asked her to have a little more muscle put into it and she tried slightly harder but not enough for a good tip. Thats a big deal to me.
