I don't understand how this salon has such raving reviews, however, I will not be returning to this salon. I came in for a manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately both technicians were extremely rough on my hands and feet throughout the service. The simple polish application turned out very uneven and messy. Another technician had to step in to try to fix it, but the final result still looks poorly done. My acrylic fill is also unacceptable, there was little to no blending near the nail beds, so the acrylic appears bulky and unnatural. I'm now having to spend additional time and money getting everything corrected the day before I leave town for an event. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time. read more

I come here every once in a while if my regular nail tech up the street is on vacation. The shop is clean, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. I don't have a set technician here, but on this visit I had Kathy. She got started right away and was friendly. She spent some time on her phone, which I didn't mind since I was doing the same. Everything was going fine until a man who I assume is the owner walked in, and the atmosphere noticeably shifted. Kathy got off her phone, not abruptly, but noticeably. The man began handing out envelopes to each station. Kathy didn't open hers while she was working on me, but I assumed it was her paycheck. As he went around, I heard someone say, "Daddy's home," which already felt uncomfortable. He circled back to Kathy, stood over her, and commented on her earrings before lightly tucking a piece of hair behind her ear and asking if they were new. The interaction immediately raised a red flag for me...it felt forced and unnecessary. I also noticed a woman named Nikki (possibly his spouse) watching the entire exchange from across the room, which made the moment even more awkward and hard to ignore. That encounter left me feeling uneasy, and I genuinely hope the staff are treated respectfully. Kathy was very sweet and had me in and out quickly, and I appreciated her service. read more

Good Nail Work, But Some Concerns With Cleanliness and Service I've been looking for a good nail salon and decided to try this one. It's a large salon in a strip mall that looks clean from the outside, but once you sit down, it's not quite as spotless as it first appears. The lady who did my nails was very kind and did a great job. I didn't catch her name, but she was gentle, professional, and my nails came out really nice. I even posted a picture of her in my review because she deserves the credit. However, there were a few downsides. They were constantly pressuring me to try their new head massage service, which I didn't appreciate -- it made the experience feel less relaxing. The prices were also a bit on the higher side. Lastly, I believe I left my headphones there, and when I called back within 15 minutes, they said they hadn't seen them. It was the only place I'd been, so that left me feeling uneasy. No wait at all and about 6 techs with no clients and it stayed that way until closing. I had one cut on my toe and at least 3? On my fingers. Not huge cuts but deep enough im still in pain 2 days later. I didnt like all the upcharges. Charge for credit cards. Charge of over $8 to fill a acrylic toe nail. In total my bill was over $100 for a regular pedicure and powder over my natural nail. For me it was over priced for the experience. Brief leg scrub/massage that was nice. Very minimal attention to hands, no massage with the powder dip just a dab or two of oil. I would come here again based on availability. Its easy to walk in w/o an appointment. read more

I am in no way suggesting you as a business should not pay your employee. If one missed payment (which was due to the business fault) prevents your employee from being paid their wage that suggests even shadier business practices at play here. Three different employees were unqualified to provide their job duties at your establishment. I did express feedback during my appointment to my technician. Your solution is for me to spend more time and money in your establishment, neither of which were acceptable to me. As I stated I went to a trusted establishment immediately the following day. The pictures speak for themselves in regards to "detailed" and as far as an $84 bill is concerned. I came into this establishment on Friday. I was reached out to the same day. I left the review Saturday. I was reached out to again on Sunday. To which I responded directly. The pedicure was not more than an hr. This is the 3rd nail salon I have tried in the area and I must say the best! I get my nails done in Summerlin and have been the last 6 years, but sometimes I just don't want to drive all the way there, so lately I have been trying different nail places near me, and this one wins. I called around 11:30am Tuesday December 3rd, 2024, and asked if they had availability for a soak off and gel manicure, the gentleman asked for my phone number and name and advised me I could come in, I don't live far so I headed that way, I got there around 11:50am and was greeted upon entering. I sat down and they asked what I had wanted I advised that I needed a soak off and a gel manicure, but I ended up inquiring for hard gel instead, the whole process took about an hour the girl who did my nails was super quick and caring, I asked for white tip but she ended up asking if ombré was okay and it ended up being very pretty. I was very impressed with the speed of service and quality of work, I paid $90 for a soak off, manicure and hard gel set with gel polish and ombré, I tipped $20 as well. However, the last time I came my experience was off; rushed - nails looked mediocre at best - but I chalked it up to an off day. That happens, no big deal. However, after today I'm not going to return. The guy who did my pedicure finished so quick. I paid for a gel premium with massage - got no massage. When he was cutting my nails it was was somewhat painful. Then when polishing, that hurt - he was taking his finger nails and running them under my toe nails, scraping the sloppy paint job of my skin... every toe. However, the reason I will not return is because this guy made me feel very uncomfortable when he asked out of the blue, not even half way through my subpar pedicure, to pay him his tip in cash!?!? I was so caught off guard that I thought I had miss understood him. He then went on to say: Dude: "you pay my tip cash, okay?...when you pay on card I don't get for two weeks wait. So, you pay my tip cash, yeah?" Me: "ohhh, well I'm sorry that happens to you but unfortunately I don't think I have cash." Dude: "You check!?" So here I am mid subpar pedicure digging in my purse to get my wallet to check if I have cash - I didn't. Me: "no, like I said, I don't, sorry." Dude: "ahhhhh, that's okay, you tip my Apple Pay, you have?" *****What in the actual fuck?**** Me: "Umm, sorry, I am paying in one transaction like I always do at the register and tip will be placed then." Dude: "ahhh...(taps my feet) next time you tip cash yeah, no wait 2 weeks." *Uuumm, no next time dude.*** I just actually called the location because I was so upset with my experience . They did confirm that this place changed the ownership in January and that they've also been having a lot of complaints about this guy.. to which I told them if you're having a lot of complaints and he still works there that's not my problem. I got a hard gel fill on my real nails, the shape is almond, cat eye on every other finger, and one line (literally one line,I'll add picture) as a design. They charged $99. I feel taken advantage of. No one told me that it would cost $10 to shape my nails. TO SHAPE MY NAILS. She told me she was going to cut my cuticles but failed to mention it was $10. Same with the pedicure I told her she could just file she asked twice if I wanted gel color I told her no. The atmosphere was not very welcoming I got more stares from the staff than anything barely got any conversation. When I was finally done with what was supposed to be my relaxing self care morning I proceeded to pay. Sarah asked cash or card I said card the price went from 101 and change to 112 and change. She asked if I wanted a receipt I told her yes. So I looked at my receipt and I see they charged me for shaping my nails. I asked Sarah why I was being charged for shape if I kept my same shape. She asked Hannah to come to the front and Hannah said it was for shaping and the length. I had asked her why if I didn't get a cut down and I kept the same shape. Sarah was not helpful at all, and Hannah tried to argue with me. Hannah gave me back 5 bucks after the whole situation. INFECTED TOES AFTER $80 PEDICURE. Extremely disappointed. Long time customer, happily received and raved about getting my pedicures here. Recently contracted a bacterial infection that has only worsened over the last couple of weeks. $80 for the service, plus another $80 in medical expenses. Was not initially going to file a complaint or ask for a refund, simply because the artist i booked with is wonderful, and I've come to know a couple of the others aswell. Finally decided to call, got a call back from the new owner "Lee" about the infection and was not only dismissed, but accused of contracting it somewhere else (symptoms appeared less than 24 hours after receiving service), belittled for not calling sooner, and offered 15% off a returning service. HAH! Get f*cked. Sounds like a rich white man who has single handedly ran this place into the ground just to make his pockets fatter.
