I don't understand how this salon has such raving reviews, however, I will not be returning to this salon. I came in for a manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately both technicians were extremely rough on my hands and feet throughout the service. The simple polish application turned out very uneven and messy. Another technician had to step in to try to fix it, but the final result still looks poorly done. My acrylic fill is also unacceptable, there was little to no blending near the nail beds, so the acrylic appears bulky and unnatural. I'm now having to spend additional time and money getting everything corrected the day before I leave town for an event. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time. read more

Good Nail Work, But Some Concerns With Cleanliness and Service I've been looking for a good nail salon and decided to try this one. It's a large salon in a strip mall that looks clean from the outside, but once you sit down, it's not quite as spotless as it first appears. The lady who did my nails was very kind and did a great job. I didn't catch her name, but she was gentle, professional, and my nails came out really nice. I even posted a picture of her in my review because she deserves the credit. However, there were a few downsides. They were constantly pressuring me to try their new head massage service, which I didn't appreciate -- it made the experience feel less relaxing. The prices were also a bit on the higher side. Lastly, I believe I left my headphones there, and when I called back within 15 minutes, they said they hadn't seen them. It was the only place I'd been, so that left me feeling uneasy. Overall, I'd give this salon 3 stars -- great nail work and a sweet technician, but cleanliness, pricing, and service follow-up could be improved. read more

I have been here twice and had pretty good experiences today. I had a lady that would not look at me or understand one thing I said please do not file my nails please stop cutting my toenail short. They hurt if you do that .I literally am going out of town and cannot walk because my toes were cut so short and she wouldn't stop cutting my toes skin off. my husband had his feet done next to me. His lady was unbelievable. We had the same service done both of us. My lady did not use any cuticle oil any cuticle remover. I watched my husband getting exactly how you should your feet soak your cuticles cut cuticle remover everything my Lady did none of it. All she did was use nippers she didn't even push back my cuticles on my feet or my hands or use cuticle removers on my hands, she just would not. I said please don't file my Nails with with the drill. It ruined your nail bed. She said Yep, and she kept drilling my nails with the nail file. I don't understand. I had to have a lady come over and speak to her, and I asked her to stop filing my nails and she still filed my nails down to nothing on my hands. I'm so sad I spent over $100 for a regular manicure pedicure with gel and she painted all the way to my cuticles and the gel is peeling off. I don't think this is fair at all. my hands and feet hurt and i am leaving at 5 am tomorrow so by the time i get home on sunday and if i call they probably will do nothing about it . but if you want amazing pedicure, I would go to Ashley any day of the week don't go to Tonya because she'll ignore you and you'll walk out feeling handicapped like you can't walk your feet are in so much pain and your hands and she was very rough.. I am so sad i had to leave a review like this. read more

Overall experience was about 3 ish stars. The place is massive and open 7 days a week. I walked in on a Friday around 5:30pm. No wait at all and about 6 techs with no clients and it stayed that way until closing. I had one cut on my toe and at least 3? On my fingers. Not huge cuts but deep enough im still in pain 2 days later. I didnt like all the upcharges. Charge for credit cards. Charge of over $8 to fill a acrylic toe nail. In total my bill was over $100 for a regular pedicure and powder over my natural nail. For me it was over priced for the experience. Brief leg scrub/massage that was nice. Very minimal attention to hands, no massage with the powder dip just a dab or two of oil. I would come here again based on availability. Its easy to walk in w/o an appointment. read more

Staff was friendly, and the salon itself was clean with a nice atmosphere. However, my experience was disappointing. I had scheduled a full set and a gel pedicure in advance with a specific nail technician based on Yelp reviews. When I arrived, the staff pressured me to have my gel pedicure done by another technician, even though I had booked both services with the same person. I was flexible to have it done by another technician, but I later noticed that the technician I had scheduled with took in a walk-in client instead and that's why she couldn't do my pedicure. After my gel pedicure, I then had to wait nearly 30 minutes before my full set even started with the tech I scheduled with. After applying my nail tips, my technician paused my appointment to finish the walk-in before returning to me. At that point, what is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if a walk-in takes priority over someone who booked ahead. The salon itself was nice and the staff was friendly, but the way my appointment was handled was frustrating and felt disrespectful of my time.
