I've been coming here since I was 6 years old, specifically seeing Lisa (who is the sweetest human being on the planet), but when she's not available I've seen other people like Hellen who have all been wonderful. Anytime I go anywhere else because the location is closer to me or because other people are raving about it, I instantly regret it and find myself coking back to Elegant nails. Especially when it comes to my eyebrows which is what I come here the most for. EVERYTIME I come, people compliment my eyebrows, even strangers, whereas if I go somewhere else or try to do my eye brows myself, I don't get nearly as many complements, if I get many at all. Worst nail shop I've ever been to. Charged full price even though they messed up on my manicure and my fiancés manicure as well. His fingers wouldn't stop bleeding so they had to put nail glue to stop the bleeding. Charged more than what their prices say on their paper. My gel polish lasted 2 days, it's already chipped and peeling off of my toes and my hands. I'm in disbelief that we spent $240 for our hands and feet to be sensitive from excessively cutting cuticles and for my GEL polish to chip after two days. Will NEVER come here again. Walk away don't enter if you need dip nails. It truly bothers me when places are pricey but have unexperienced technicians. Wasted 3 hours here for a pedi aMs dip fill and it was a disaster. I now need to go to a 2nd shop and spend money again to get the dip fill redone. They left my nails grainy, changed shape when I requested to keep same and applied the powder incorrectly I now have bubbly nails that still appears that I need a fill because they didn't properly apply the powder at the base by cuticles. I gave them feedback along the way but got excuses back. Horrible job. read more

I visited this nail salon while visiting family in Vegas and decided to get dip powder on my fingernails for the first time because the manicurist told me that it lasted longer. It cost me $55. But within less than one hour of leaving -- without being rough on my hands at all -- the polish completely came off one of my nails. So I had to go back to the salon, and when I asked the owner if there was anything she could do, she told me no. Given the terrible service after a mistake they made, I will not be returning and I would never recommend this shop to anyone. read more

I just went to Elegant nails to see Julie to get my nails redone. I love the builder gel with Rock star polish! I sat for the spa pedi with hot stone treatment. If your out in centennial center stop by to see them and tell them Jimmi sent There are Tons of colors to choose from and I change mine every visit. I get sooo many compliments on my nails. I don't know what the hell some of these people are talking about. I have come to this shop for over 14 years. I take my grand daughter and my daughter sometimes. Phoebe did a lovely job on my ugly, dry cuticles, and then applied the gel polish perfectly. She was attentive, friendly, and her station was very clean. My friend and I came in to get a full set of acrylics with french tip, we brought reference photos and they look nothing alike. Not only do they look choppy, but we also didn't get the shape (coffin / ballerina) we had asked for, or the design. Here is a picture of our nails and the reference photos that we got brought in. I came in as a walk in they took me right away. They removed my old nails and gave me a whole new set. I got matte black coffin shaped nails. Eric was my nail person. He was very professional and nice. The only thing I can say was a surprise is they charge 20$ extra for gel polish. My total was 60$ for a full set coffin shaped gel and removal of old nails. 35$ for full set 5$ for removal 20$ for gel. read more

Great nail shop in the Centennial area. I always make an appointment with Eric or Lisa. They are the best! Other nail techs seem to be okay. I see they have a lot of regulars also. Make sure to call ahead or be prepared to wait because they can get pretty busy on weekends especially since it's sandal season! My mom, sister & I have been coming here for 5+ years and they never disappoint. Eric usually does my gel mani/pedi & it's great! My gel nails can last up to 3-4 weeks without breaking. This nail salon looks OLD & DIRTY. I couldn't even see the prices on their board. This should've been my first warning. I came here cause I was already at Walmart & didn't have time to wait at my regular nail salon. I only got a fill, & somehow my nails ended up being extremely uneven. I asked her to fix one, but ended up saying forget it & fixed it myself when I got home. I didn't want her to mess them up more! They are supposed to be coffin shaped. 2 ended up coffin & all the rest rectangles/who knows what shape?! Her hands were gentle & she was kind...which are the only reasons why I gave 2 stars. This business has to clean up & get new equipment. Imagining them digging in your skin on your hands & feet makes me feel so uneasy. The dust on everything was so thick. I have been going to Elegant Nails with my mom for years and we have always been happy with our nails. I always go to Eric and my mom goes to Lisa and they both do an amazing job. We have gotten both manicures and pedicures from Eric and Lisa and I have to say I have never been displeased with the result. They are such nice people and they are so accommodating to changes in appointments. If you are a walk in, sometimes there will be a wait, which you should expect as a walk in. Make an appointment if you know you're on a time crunch. Common sense. They do dip nails, gel nails, and regular polish. I have done all 3 over the years and my favorite has to be the dip which is new to the shop. Gel is also really nice and lasts long... I usually get gel on my toes. I go for a pedicure today. While I'm getting it I watch one of the employees stand in front of the sink looking towards the room with her finger in her nose. She picks a booger out and then puts on a napkin. Then goes in another room and gets some food stands at door eating it. Its after doing all this she decides to wash her hands. So I used to go here twice a month, for three years, to get fills for my nails. Kevin & Eric were my favorite. After I moved to Summerlin, I stopped driving over here. Fast forward two years: today I decided I wanted to go somewhere to get a mani/pedi, for a great cost and not have to go to a casino. So I called them and learned that Kevin moved to Hawaii. So I asked for Eric. Eric could take me at 1:45pm. Perfect! After not being there for two years, I didn't know if they would remember me. I walked in and Lisa, the owner yelled "LINDSEY!" and then I see Eric and hes like "LINDSEY! Long time!!" How nice that these people remember you! Eric has always been my favorite for pedicures. He is VERY detailed. For an extra $10 you can get the "deluxe" pedicure- salt scrub on your feet and legs. Then a paraffin treatment with a hot towel. He like bangs on your legs and feet. Sounds strange, but feels amazing. I am always happy when I leave here. They are fast and efficient for a great cost. $45 for a mani and deluxe pedi. I was there for an hour and a half. They are a little rough, Eric actually clipped a little too close today and I bled. But it doesn't hurt. He cleans you all up and you are good to go. It only happens once n' a while. They like to get in there as close as possible. They were really busy in there on the weekends, so call ahead and make your appointment for Eric or Lisa. Everyone else in there seems really good too (repeat customers), so I'm sure you will be taken care of. They also do waxing there too. Never had it done, but they had about 8 people come and go from the waxing room when I was there. read more

I went in with a full set I wanted taken off, which they charge like $5 for. I can't understand why or how they can charge $5 to take my nails off when all they do is use a small tool to separate the old acrylic from my nail bed. Not to mention I was getting a brand new full set with gel. Once the lady found that out, she didn't charge me for the removal of the old nails. She did a pretty good job, and I spent $55 including tip on gel nails. It is a bit pricey though!! I don't appreciate shops that try to nickel and dime you for every little thing. read more

My coworker always ask me where did I get my nail done, and this is the place I would go to get my nail done. I would always call to make appointment with Lisa before i come in. She always do my nail. It takes her apprx 45 mins to do the fullset, and around 30 mins for fill. I always satisfy with her work on my nails, that's why i've been going here for 4 years already. I also come here to do my pedicure and eyebrow wax. Once time, i took my sister here to do her mani/pedi as a birthday gift, and her daughter was also tag along with us.
