Today, a new (to me) receptionist further enhanced my visit with her positive demeanor. My nails consistently look great, reflecting excellent attention to detail. I always book with Tracy or Vivian for a gel pedicure. My only minor feedback is regarding the online booking system. I've used it multiple times only to face significant waits past my scheduled appointment. After inquiring, I was advised that calling directly for appointments is preferred, and I've had no issues since adopting that method. While prices are on the higher side, they are comparable to other higher-end salons. The salon itself is consistently clean and boasts a luxurious feel. I had a really mixed experience here. The salon itself is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. My nail technician was absolutely fantastic! so sweet, kind, and did an amazing job. I genuinely loved her work. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was a little disappointing. The manager, Kelsea, didn't come across as very warm or welcoming, especially as a first-time customer. I noticed others were offered drinks while I wasn't, which made me feel a bit unwelcome. It's a shame because I would have easily given this place 5 stars based on my nail tech alone, but the overall experience matters. I'm still deciding if I'll return, but I truly hope the front desk experience improves because the service itself is wonderful. read more

I recently visited Nailoscope for the first time, and after trying several other salons, I was thrilled with the attention to detail they provided. Hellen was amazing! She took her time to ensure my nails were perfectly shaped and trimmed exactly how I like them. The salon itself is spotless, cozy, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. They even offer complimentary drinks, although I noticed the lady offered them to everyone except me. It wasn't a big issue for me, but it didn't come across as very professional. The day I tried out nail scope I fell in love with the cleanliness. it's quiet but at the same time everyone is welcoming/ outgoing and available to your vibe. Thanh is the tech that did my nails the first time and I will continue to go with her. I show her photo references and she does just that. They are seriously the sweetest! While I was getting my nails done, I had a really horrible hot flash/ nausea (6 weeks pregnant) and they Provided me with water, orange juice and a wet towel. They made sure I felt better and even gave some tips to help the nausea throughout my pregnancy! I absolutely love my nails and the service was absolutely wonderful. High recommend them! read more
