From the moment we walked in, the experience felt very rude and unwelcoming. While I was on the phone, the staff were talking loudly right next to me and practically in my ear. My mother only wanted polish on her toes, and when one of the workers looked at her feet, she made a disgusted/gross noise. My mom laughed it off, but I personally found it very disrespectful. When I got my nails done, the experience got even worse. She was bending and pushing my fingers around very hard and pressing her nails into my skin, which was uncomfortable. The finished nails were chunky and looked rushed, and overall it felt like they were trying to hurry us out because they were close to closing. I understand that we came in at 6:10, but if you are open until 7 and agree to take customers, they should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism. I will not be returning.

I had to go back to have somebody else blend it in and was forced to have it cut shorter to blend in the top. Just FOLLOW DIRECTIONS! If the stylist has a concern or unsure, please communicate!!!! This is especially true for new clients like myself. SOOOO PISSED because I thought that if I paid a lot for a supposedly prestigious hair salon, I would get top notch service that I paid for but sadly no.
