They offer a loyalty card - get 6 services, then get something for your next visit (I forget specifically what the offer is). I thought that was a great idea because nail salons rarely offer something like this. The first couple of times were a standard nail salon experience for a pedicure...however my feet weren't as smooth as I'd like them to be. I always make an appointment for any nail service at any nail salon because I enjoy the convenience of coming into the salon and being serviced immediately. I made an appointment here at 12.30pm on a Saturday. I walked in at 12.29pm. At 12.41pm, one of the employees said it'll be a few minutes. At 12.55pm, my nail tech was ready for me. Not one single employee apologized for the delay, nor did they acknowledge how long I had to wait. That was absolutely ridiculous and insulting, to say the least. And yet again the service I received was no big deal as my feet were still pretty rough. Seems that customer service is not a founding pillar of excellence for this salon. read more

Honestly, this place is a hidden gem. It's full of young employees that are so kind and friendly and bubbly and they know what they're doing, all of them are great and amazing and one of the girls she's an artist, in drawing on nails. The butterfly on my nails looks like a sticker, but she actually did it herself and deck is so amazing he also did a great job on my nails. Honestly, I love the new management and I love everything they changed in there. I definitely recommend them and their nails are long-lasting. I've been looking for a great place like this for years. Overall it was a great experience! I was visiting out of town and was very impressed by this nail salon. It is very clean and loved the open space. It is very well maintained and looked very new. I liked he massage chair while getting a pedicure. The nail techs were very professional and friendly. Th only thing I found a little confusing was picking out the nail color. They had samples colors available but the actual color on the sample we had to go and find ourselves, which was not very easy. Still great experience and 5 STARS!! read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. Don't even want to go here anymore! So I called to get an appointment and the rude male jerk that answered the phone has no manners. I asked for an appointment and he said they are closed and they take their last appointment at 5:00. It is 5:30. So Ok I get it. So I simply suggested that they may want to post a sign since their hours are incorrect on the door. He said that is why you call 1st. If you drive by and see a sign for a pedicure for 19.99 you just assume the hours are right. The door says they close at 7:30 and so does google. The place probably does awesome work but after that experience I would prefer to skip the attitude and stupidity. I frequently come here but as of today this will be my last time . I was asked to sign in as normal, I let the owner know that I would like to receive mani/pedi. My pedicure was completed when a group of 4 arrived. I was left at the bowl to dry for a few. All 4 workers assumed position to take care of the party of 4. After waiting for about 10 minutes I beckoned the male owner that my services were not complete. I declared again that I told him specifically of my requested service and more importantly I signed the book of the same request. He says to me that he didn't know and then tried to pass it off to me saying he doesn't know if I don't say anything. I told him that I do not have time for games so please do not play. I can not believe his nerve and lack of integrity. Soft skills along with humbleness is needed at Organic Nails & Spa. read more

As a owner she was very unprofessional and i've never experienced someone so money hungry like this place. we went out of desperation because the place we usually go to was fully booked. it's funny it's called "organic" when not even one polish was organic. Dont waste you time or money going here. save your money and go somewhere else - especially for a pedicure. 1 star for being a clean salon. My friend and I went for the first time and it was empty of customers. Not busy at all! We chose the $43 deluxe pedi. Nothing was deluxe about it. 10 second massage if that on the legs including the hot stone. The fastest pedicure ever. I think it was faster than a fast food drive thru. They charged you $1 for paying with a credit card. My nails have bubbles on them from poor painting. My friend's polish chipped in 3 days. Pedicure for $19.99 is nothing but a soak and nail trim. So i choose the $35 pedicure and that only included soap scrub, hot towel and a timed 5 min massage. I had pedicure at this salon, when i get home notice glitter polish looks dull. I go back and owner or manger tells me glitter should not get top coat. All polish should have topcoat. I'm not really sure about this place. I walked in around 2pm on a Saturday for a pedicure. There was no wait which was awesome and the place seemed very clean and pleasant. They advertise that you get a free beverage with all services $26 and up. I sat in the pedicure chair and as the tech was about to remove my nail polish, he kept asking me if it was shellac. I told him no, I never get shellac on my toes, always a regular pedicure. He insisted he couldn't remove the polish and it would be an extra $5 to do a shellac polish removal... I didnt know what to say so I just said ok that's fine. Anyway he did a pretty good job on the pedicure. I wasnt offered a beverage at any point so towards the end I asked if a beverage was available. He only offered water to me, which was fine I guess but it seems odd to advertise free beverages with services and then you get an 8 oz. bottle of water if you ask. I was hoping for some tea or something :) overall my experience was fine, I'm just a little confused about the polish removal charge but it's a nice salon. read more

This is the only place I go for my nails and waxing now. Kathy is fantastic. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. I really like the pedicure massage chairs - very comfy and relaxing! Price is great for the quality services you get. The spa is clean, they change the liner and water for pedicures between all clients and you take your file and buffer home with you. I always make appointments when I go in for nail services, but I frequently walk in without an appointment for a wax and they have never turned me away. The price for waxing is incredible compared to other salons of lesser quality than this place. I'll continue to frequent this place! read more

Beautiful interior, terrible management, & poor customer service. This spa definitely did a great job with creating a nice ambience. If you're lucky enough not to get one of the male techs, then you can enjoy a nice, relaxing experience with, or without, a girlfriend. I've had both of the male techs and don't recommend. One is the owner, and the other his friend. Both are rude. They eavesdropped on conversations, commented about our car (apparently watched us come in??), made fun of clients, and didn't have patience and good customer service. The management lacks much to be desired. Every time I've been there (4 times) something was wrong. From the bathrooms not working to their phone lines being broken, there were issues impacting day to day business that they didn't care much about & shrugged off. The other major issue I have with this "spa" is that they claim to be organic. Let me make this clear. Organic lotion does not make for an organic pedicure. The remover and polish are equally important. They do not use organic for these. That being said, why would I pay 2.5-3x the cost???? If it was 100% organic maybe, but it is not. They are definitely profiting hugely and it's not because of outstanding service, its because people are ignorant. Don't drink the koolaid. There are plenty of cheaper, friendlier places to go in the area. read more

I have been here twice, first time was when the first opened and advertised a 20 dollar pedi. I loved that my pedi lasted me longer than a month( I always get french so I can go a month no problem) I had a very nice experience and it was actually 20 dollars. I went back at the beginning of flip flop season this year and was so disappointed at how things had changed. No more rose petals in the water (kinda dumb but a cute touch anyway) the staff was rude, prices shot up so much for what they offer, they never offered me a beverage and my tech couldn't understand English when I asked her so I just sat there. They are not organic at all which really doesn't matter that much to me but if you claim to be organic then be organic. The tech smudged my big toe when she put the flip flops on me and did not offer to fix it and when I pay 55 dollars for a pedi, I want it to look decent as I walk out of there but again, she didn't understand English. I will not go back as there are so many salons in the area that I need to discover. read more

Worst pedicure I've had! There was nail polish around my skin not cleaned up and my cuticles were not removed well at all. The polish job was sloppy as well. I paid for a deluxe pedi and it might as well have been a regular pedi. I wish I would've just gone to my regular place, Penelope Nails, but they were busy and couldn't fit me in. Clearly organic nails was not busy for a reason. I'm not even sure how they call themselves "organic". If you've ever been to Eco Nails-they are organic. It was the fastest and most unsatisfying pedicure I've had in the area, not worth $43! I could've done a better job myself, however I go for the relaxing experience as well. I've gone twice and I was very happy with the quality of my pedicure the first time I went. The spa is very clean and they use top of the line chairs and products. They also serve a complimentary glass of wine. However, my second experience wasn't so great. The second time, I had a pedi and a shellac mani (which totaled to $86). The nail tech started laughing after she applied the first coat of shellac to my nails and said she needed to redo them. Her coworkers also joked with her about her ability to apply shellac in front of me, which was a little unsettling. After she reapplied the shellac the second time, it turned out decently, but it wasn't perfect and definitely wasn't worth what I paid. The pedi started chipping the next day, and by mid-week, I was already in need of a pedicure. Really wanted to like this salon, but I'm not sure if I'll give them another try after my last experience. read more
