This place sucks! They did my acrylics so horrible they already look out grown and I barely got them a week ago

Finally found a great nail place....Hanna is the BEST! She's the new owner there and she is the perfect hostess and nail person ----she is sweet, she cares about your business, and she does a GREAT job on your nails!! I guess I'm pretty picky-- I like 'em thin and not too square, and when I get my nails done by Hanna, I am 100% satisfied! She also does wonderful pedicures and the chairs are very nice. I think the others there must do good ones too, cuz I heard a lady telling the girl that was working on her that she was going to take her home with her! I totally recommend this place, but please give her a break if you have to wait...she aims to please everyone and sometimes bites off a little more than she can chew, ;o) Worth the wait though-- oh and she tries to offer a deal whenever she can-- good business woman! read more

been coming here for over a few months now usually the girls do an OK job. last time i got them done i wasn't really satisfied with my nails, eventually they turned a weird color the lady said probably because of a chemical i use at work or a dye. not to long after i got them done. she was nice and offered to do the color for free as long as i paid for the fill and i thought that was reasonable. after i got my nails done and was about to pay they charged me regular price for both. very disappointing since i go here very often. will be going to a different salon from now on out. read more

Definitely not a place I would recommend for anyone to come and get their nails done. The prices on the wall say one thing and when you ask the nail tech how much everything cost she'll upcharge you. False advertisement and money hungry nail techs that want $5 for every millimeter longer that you want for the length of your nails. I don't know how they have four stars to be honest, I did not have a pleasant experience here. I am particular about how my nails are done because I've been going to the same women for the past 9-10 years. But I tried this place because my friends where coming here as well. I first walk in saying I wanted a manicure, then they ask if I want gel. I say "no, just a manicure." 10 minutes later, they ask the same question, I say "no thank you" once more. I finally sit down after 30 minutes because they have a small staff and small business, the women asks me again. I say "no" again, now it just frustrated me. when I sat down and asked the women how long she has been doing nails for, she said she has been doing nails for 22 years. For someone who has done nails for the last 22 years should know to clean her station before the next person should sit down, heck I knew that and I don't do nails. There were someone else's nail remains on the towel. Immediately, I was turned off, but not wanting to be rude I kinda just sat there. Next she was taking the polish off my nails and she couldn't eve take off She misunderstood what I wanted and starts giving me a polish change. When she thought I was just doing a polish change, she was so rough filing my full nail. It hurt, and I don't have soft nails by any means. I realize what's going on and I say something. She fills a bowl of water and rushes through cutting my cuticles. It looks awful! I see some skin breakage and feels rough instead of soft and smooth. Then she put a dripping wet hot towel all over my arms and hands. I say, "ouch, that's hot." And she kept on doing it. Next she tries drying my hands with the dirty towel with someone else's nails on it. I just got my nails filed, so I know for sure they aren't my nails. Wen she actually painted the nail, she did a good job. Everything else was very disappointing. Never coming here again, they push to much rather then letting you enjoy the experience of getting your nails. read more

Went in to relax a little! Turned out was the exact opposite! Ladies looked like they were miserable in there. Not even a smile. I asked for a gel french pedi and took way to long! I had 3 ladies work on me and take turns to work on other clients that would walk in the door! At one point im alone sticking my foot in the uv light awkwardly for like 10 minutes. till i took it out cus it got so uncomfortable. She still tells me to just sit down and relax for another 10 minutes. Im not the type to make a scene but at that point i was so close to just saying, "you know what, im taking my business elsewhere" but instead i remained silent. NEVER COMING BACK! read more

First time in for a basic pedicure. It was anything but basic! Very relaxing atmosphere with exceptional service. Nails 4 You is the BOMB. This is my new favorite place all of the girls are so friendly and nice. I called for a same day appointment, when I arrived they got me in at my requested time, no waiting like the other places around town. The color selection was above and beyond so many unique colors to choose from I decided to get a manicure as well. What I like most about this place is that it's clean, the equipment was individually sterilized, the warm towels come out on a plate, the lotion is warmed prior to application and best of all no smell of acetone. My mani-pedi came out perfectly and the tech did an amazing job. Manicure, pedicure with callus removal $30.00 plus tip. I will definitely be back! I've always been very inconsistent when it comes to grooming my nails, so going to a salon every so often is a must. I've grown to understand why you pay what you pay at a salon... Expertise and great customer service. Lien has always done a stellar job for me even though I'm not a regular. To me, that speaks volumes about overall customer service. I'm sad to find out that Lien moved to another shop (Be Polished), but overall I think Nails 4 U will still be a place I'll come back to since it's convenient. read more

Don't do gel here!! I've always had a great experience with the pedicures here. Yesterday I decided to get a gel manicure. My nails were long and healthy and the manicure was botched. Nails trimmed so short, cuticles raw and gel pooled into my cuticles. It looks awful. I will never return here. Now I have to remove the gel and wait for my nails to grow out. read more

So I can say I officially found my new nail shop I didn't want to do a review toll after I hit my 2 week mark by this time my nails would have been lifting and popped off right now but my nails are still in good shape and it's going on day 16 one of my nails chipped but I am pretty sure this is from working. Nail 4 u.. No Thank you. THere was only one girl actually working and the other two were talking. I asked for a fill b/c i didn't want to go back to the girl who did my nails the first time. They looked at me and ignored me at first while they talked. Without actually looking at me they said 1 hour. I repeated them b/c i thought for sure i missed understood. Nope one hour and she said it even meaner then second time. I just wanted to find an actual shop that will do my nails right the first time. After being new to the area and searching high and low for a good nail salon I finally found Hanna at Nail 4 U. Love this place. It's clean, they offer tons of services and all at a low affordable price. I found their prices a lot cheaper than standard chains in the area. It is a friendly group of women who do great work. I recommended making an appointment cause there's only 3 ladies and they can get pretty busy. A plus side is they are open early and stay open late. I had Lien doing my nails, I wanted the pink and white tip with gel. Usually most places I've gone too do not always take the time to make sure they are all equal length. Or even ask if I like the length. She even asked how I wanted them shaped, which is something I'm rarely asked. She made great conversation, and did a gorgeous job on my nails. I love them! Went to get a pedicure with my daughter. The person that did her pedicure was great, mine not so much. She didn't get the skin around the nails, did a terrible job at painting my nails, cut the nails but didn't file them so they were totally uneven. I pointed out the issues and she started taking off the polish on all the nails. The owner came over and took over so that the girl doing my nails could go finish her lunch. The owner did a much better job but was rude and very short with me. I guess when a place is empty on a Saturday is a good sign that they are that great. On the bright side it is only $18 for a gel manicure. The lady cut my cuticles so deep that I bled on four of my fingers to the point that she had to wait until the bleeding stopped. Instead of patiently waiting she put glue on my bleeding cuticles without asking me in attempt to stop the bleeding. In addition to this my nails are painted horribly, I wish I would of checked Yelp before coming to this place. read more

I scheduled an appointment earlier today at 1 for 4:30.... I came in at 4:30 and they told me I had to wait 20-30 minutes. So I left. There's no reason they should even take appointments if they aren't going to be available at that time or if they are just going to take other walk-ins knowing they have somebody coming in at a scheduled time. If you're looking for a place that has very poor customer service and tells you to "just choose another color" when you specifically asked for a certain color come to this place. My experience here was horrible and I was mortified by the actions of the owner (she ran out grabbed me and tried to "explain the situation".) I walked in asked for something specific both ladies in Vietnamese said some horrible things and proceeded to tell me to pick another thing. I'm most certain they assumed I didn't understand Vietnamese because of the horrible things they said. After I decided to pick another color the owner kept egging me to do something else because maybe the French tip I wanted was too hard? I'm not sure but after hearing enough of the bad mouthing they were doing in Vietnamese because I wouldn't pick another color the second time, I decided to leave saying thank you in Vietnamese for their time. The best part the owner runs out grabs me and tries to tell me they weren't talking about me but another girl,after learning that I understood the everything they were saying. read more

I saw that this place had 5 stars on yelp so I wanted to try it. I went by on a Monday and found out they were closed. I finally went today and got gel manicure. It cost me $18 plus tip. My nails came out so perfect! I am really OCD with my nails. There is nothing I can say negative about my nails. The owner Hannah did my nails. Although I had to wait awhile because I didn't make an appointment it was well worth it! I would really recommend this nail salon to anyone. The price is great the ladies are nice and funny. I have been coming to this salon quite some time and the only reason I did was because of Dawn. When I realised Dawn had relocated I allowed another technician to do my nails and it was one of the worst experiences. My nails where so uneven, the nail polish looked terrible and it was due to the employee rushing to do them. Not once did any of the ladies seem friendly or even attempt to make a conversation unless it involved a conversation amongst themselves in vietnamese or them letting me know how much I owed for my manicure. Thankfully I was informed that Dawn opened up her own bussiness right next to better buzz coffee. Ofcourse I followed her & took my bussiness back to her. Worst nail salon ever. We went in on Saturday to have pedicures and my daughters acrylic nails removed. They got upset when my daughter complained the technique, using an acrylic nail to remove the ones on her fingers, hurt. They tried to talk me out of getting another set stating they didn't have time to put a new set on. The whole time speaking or complaining about us in their native Vietnamese language. They didn't do our pedicures either. We walked out! Complete waste of time. These people are very unprofessional. Steer clear of this place! read more

Talk about a spiritual experience.........Hannah and her staff at Nail 4 U aim to please and have hit the mark! Hannah and her husband have totally remodeled their business. Everything about the place is calming, welcoming and an experience that you want to keep coming back for. Hannah is an excellent business person (not too many of those around these days); she observes that her priority of quality service is carried out by her staff. When you walk in the door, if she is not with customers, she will offer you a cup of tea, you can watch a big screen TV while relaxing in a wonderful spa chair, having a massage, and having your feet and legs massaged. HEAVEN. What a great escape! Note: the "other" salons may give you a 2 minutes massage, I was there yesterday and Tina gave me a pedicure that was impecable along with a foot and leg massage that seemed to last an eternity........try to get that anywhere else.
