I will say i have been here before for pedicures and they have always turned out perfectly. never had an issue. but when i got nails put on here....thats a different story.... I told the girls right away that i was getting nails put on for my engagement photos the following day and couldn't wait to show off my ring so i wanted pretty nails on.... Three ladies working there but only one ACTUALLY doing nails one of the girls starting putting on my nails and I asked her for airbrush and she said she couldnt do that i HAD to wait an hour or just have white tips, whats the point of calling ahead and having an appointment?!? And two of the nails popped off while she was glueing them on! She had no idea what she was doing! So finally the one girl who did actually do nails put mine on, the glue was all over my fingers! She told me I was done and my nails were still sticky. I left hoping I could just wash it off...nope, I called them and she told me to use rubbing alcohol...didn't even concerned that I wasn't happy.. read more

I don't understand why do they have the space open they should immediately shut it down these people are so are so rude and don't know how to do their job... the first time I went I went to do a full set and I even reset my myself pay for a full set of nails.. I gave them a second chance so I went back to do a pedicure and I cannot believe that I was waiting there for one hour just to get my pedicure done ,then I got up and I told them nevermind I will go somewhere else can't believe that I have to wait so long, and then she told me you should have done an appointment we are only taking people that have an appointments.. read more

I have only ever come to this place exclusively since my first visit 3 years ago. Hannah is very sweet and remembers her customers, and Dawn is very talented and patient at designs! I recommend this place to everyone and have brought at least a dozen friends here who are all pleased afterward as well. Not only the customer service, but the quality of the manicure is great, and it's the best price I have found at $22 for gels! I make the drive out to San Marcos even when it is inconvenient to get my nails done here. this place! read more

The last time I was there the service was awful, first they speak another language which make us feel uncomfortable, then she kept complaining that she was tired and it was getting late. I appreciate that they stayed there and extra hour but it was terrible read more

I visited this salon for the first time last weekend. The atmosphere was fine but the techs spoke in Vietnamese which was very disturbing as no one seemed to understand their loud laughter and comments to each other which I assume was directed at one of their clients. read more

Came here for the first and LAST time. My pedicure was really good by one lady but my almost pink and white tip was horrible. The lady who started kept trying to talk me into just getting the white tip painted I kindly said no I would like the pink and white powder. I'm a customer I should get what I pay for without it being an argument. As she starts putting on the nails I notice that the nails being applied are not as wide as my actual nail so it's obviously too small for my nails and I told her she talks in her language to the other girls. Then ask for my other hand and does that one where the fake nails were the correct size but doesn't go back to correct the entire other hand! So again I ask her to fix then and she said she will with the powder. I ask her if she can fix it correctly because the powdered acrylic needs the nail as a good base and she gets rude so I ask her for the clippers and that I'll finish my pedicure but I rather go somewhere else for my nails. From the moment me and my best friend stepped in here it was insane. The table fell dropping the nail polish and soda all over our shoes and Michael kors purse (authentic so it's expensive) we instantly asked for towels to get the bright pink polish off of the grey Mk purse. All they do is rush to clean the floor ignoring our multiple request for towels to get it off of the purse. I do not recommend coming here unless you have been previously and have had a good experience. read more

This used to be my favorite place until they really disappointed me. I came in and asked for matte black coffin shape nails on my birthday, I sat down and the lady told me she had a new powder she wanted to try so I said okay, she ended up leaving my acrylic nails just clear sparkly and I was upset because I thought she was still going to do my nails matte black regardless of the new powder she was using on me, I told Hannah if she could please paint them matte black, she ended up coating my nails with gel nail polish about 5-6 times and I'm just very upset at how she let me leave the nail salon with such a bad set of nails. I left very upset and crying and went to get my nails done at another place. This was not a good nail job for charging me 40 freaking dollars and I'm surprised she thought that was ok for me to leave the nail salon. It was my first time going to this salon. The only reason I went there was because it was right next to the place where I get my eyebrows threaded so it was a matter of convenience. The lady that did my pedicure was very difficult to communicate with and did not speak much English at all. I told her I want my nails cut square tip and she told me that that would cost four dollars extra. I told her that I've never heard anyone charge extra because of my nail cutting preference. I finally asked another woman who spoke better English about this extra charge and she told me that there is no such charge. After getting that confusion cleared out Vivian who did my pedicure continued working on my nails. The pedicure was nothing amazing and very average. I had picked two colors and I told her if I if she could quickly try both of them on my toenails so I can see which one looks better. She put the first color on and I told her that I do not like that color let's go with the other one. Yet she continued painting all of my five toenails on 1 foot when I kept on telling her please stop. That is how bad her English was. Finally after the 10th time of telling her to stop she finally understood me and proceeded to use the other color. Just as I was about to get done another customer came in and she tried to rush through painting my nails. The result was a sloppy sloppy job. My big toe nail polish was all gloppy and smudged. She did not even tell me that I was all done and started working on her other customer. Again I had to get her attention and tell her that one of my toe nail polish was completely unacceptable. And mind you I did not even smudge my toe this is what she left me with and this is what she thought was acceptable. She then fixed the polish but even after she fixed it it was still the same. The gloppiness was because she had put too many coats on the toenail and instead of removing the polish all together and repainting it, she just put a gloss coat over it to get me out of there. I attached a picture to show you what I mean. My two-year-old girl could paint better toenails and that. Needless to say I will never ever be going back to this place again and wasting my money. if this is a sloppy job that I want I could just do my nails myself. read more

ive been here before, i was always a pleased costumer, this was my 2nd best nails place. i went in on Saturday for a fill and gel top coat i choose white. With this in both ring fingers i payed for nail art.(i loved it ) that day i had a party didn't look much at my nails,about Monday i realized they look like the gel coat was sloppy the strikes of white. Aswell as a thumb nail broke of a edge ???? never before so i called it in Thursday due to my long hour shifts as a clerk in a medical office. they were nice over the phone told me to go in and i did. I m told them situation they sat me down examined my nails, told me i quote my nails were dirty im like no i dont do nothing. and we continue she tried to clean what was not dirt with nail polish removal. At this point i was mad, they kept trying to blame me so she fixed my nail that was chipped. and then continued to say maybe my hair that i dyed it, im like no, and she kept saying it was me. A she fixed i was annoyed at her remarks but pleased with the correction, i was like ima tip her , even though i tipped her Saturday. Then she finishes and iim not even mad at the fact she didnt replace the art work that i originally paid for, she has the nerve to say after i say think you. i only fix for you this time for free next time you, it was your hair color or your nails dirty.. This place is a rip off! I asked how much for a pedicure and was told $16. I knew french polish would be extra, but was schocked at check out when I was charged $5 to have my "regular" nail polish removed! I understand extra for gel, but why regular? I will never go back there. My pedicure went from $16 to $25 I almost didn't tip, but refuse to drop to their level of integrity. read more

I really do, but I went in and lin did my nails this time. yikes! they were not even and the mattern didn't match. and the worst part is when hanna did they them I didn't need a fill for the usuall three weeks but this time I need a fill after only a week, NOT KOOL... now I have to spend another 33 dollars in a week I shouldn't have to spend to make sure my nails don't freaking pop off and there sore, so that sucks. However lin is very sweet and talkative I really like her too but not when I have to repay so dang soon !!!!! read more
