I have came here two times so far and have had such a great experience! My acrylic nails came out amazing, and the pedicure was absolutely wonderful. The quality of the work was great, and I left feeling so happy with how everything turned out. I actually walked in early in the morning without an appointment, and they were kind enough to take me in. I was especially grateful that they were able to do my acrylic nails with Tracy and pedicure with Kim at the SAME TIME. Not many salons offer that anymore, and it made the whole experience so convenient and saved me so much time. AVOID THIS PLACE! I got a pedicure here but the technician was very rough on my cuticles, cutting back too far under my nail and causing a lot of pain. They broke skin and the acetone burned a lot when they applied it before polish. My toe continued to be in pain and get red and swollen over the next several days. The salon itself seemed a bit dirty and the pedicure chairs were old and worn down. I reached out to the salon the next day and provided a photo as they requested but they refused to refund and did not respond at all after I provided the information they asked for. Absolutely terrible customer service, they do not care about the health and safety of their customers. Please avoid at all costs, this is at best a waste of money but at worst a health risk!!! read more

I have gone here a handful to times and having gone to other salons, I have to say I always keep on coming back to this place. They've renovated too! I have done pedicures and regular gel services here and I always love it! The only thing is that it is a drive from home. Now that I'm off on Fridays, my husband goes to mission barbers next door and it's kinda like our bonding /self care/ pampering time The past few times I've gotten Yvonne to do my nails and she always does an excellent job! I went in for a "Lemon" pedicure which is one of the deluxe pedi options that they offer, and I had such a great experience! I've been to many nail shops and this was hands down one of the best experiences with a very good price. Typically you associate affordability with less quality experiences, but nope, not Nails 4U! The staff were attentive, thoughtful, and kind from start to finish. My lady (I forgot her name sadly) worked efficiently without ever making me feel rushed, and the massage and paint job were both amazing. The massage is especially a plus because a lot of places aren't as intentional with it. They even include a complimentary drink, which made everything feel extra relaxing. The salon is under new management & was recently renovated. I met the new owner, she is so welcoming and friendly! Overall the new space feels so clean, new and inviting. I noticed they have a ton of new polishes and offer many of the trendy colors and design styles including a lot of cat eye polishes. Right now they're offering 10% off from 12/7-12/17 all services so I definitely recommend checking them out. I'll be coming back for sure to do both a mani and pedi. read more

This place is okay, but I am not planning on returning. I had passed by this shop a couple weeks ago and asked how much it was for a gel pedicure with french tip. I was quoted $42, which is similar to what I pay at my normal salon. So I made an appointment I went in today. After in the chair, they told me it was $60... $35 pedicure, $18 gel, and $7 French tip. I was already seated, so I went with it but did mention the quote I got before. They didn't care and wouldn't budge on the price. I massage chair was horrible. Only 1 mode worked, it was ridiculously slow, and the intensity was low. The foot massage was good. However, it said hot stone was included, but they did not use the stone. There was a sign that said the 3% credit card fee was included in the price. So I paid with cash, and they said the sign was wrong so I didn't get a discount. Very misleading and going against their own sign. The pedicurist did check with me at every step to be sure I was getting the shape, color, and length of french tip I wanted. It came out really great and I would recommend this place for the quality. Overall... Now that ownership has changed twice in less than a year, service has gone down hill but of course prices have now gone up twice. One with each new ownership. I have gone her for over 7 years and absolutely loved it when Hannah was there along with the ladies that worked there when she did . I recommend everyone to this nail salon prior to the multiple new ownership but I will no longer be recommending this place. Got a deluxe pedicure with normal nail polish (cost is $45 before tip). The hot stone massage and the aroma of the products they used was just awesome. The selection of colors is great. Located conveniently next to a Safeway. You can ask to put on the massage chairs while you get your services done. I was thinking of booking online but the only time slot for a same day appointment was a bit too late for me. So I called them up and got an appointment right away. I accidentally wore sneakers for my pedicure and they were kind enough to give me a set of disposable slippers. Overall great nail salon! Definitely coming back. read more

I have been going to this salon since 2019, when we moved into our house, and unfortunately my experience has become consistently disappointing since the recent leadership change in December 2025. Every time I go in now, there seems to be an issue with either unavailable products, old polish, or staff not being prepared to deliver the service they advertise. Today was especially frustrating. Before making my appointment, I specifically called and asked whether they offer cat eye polish. I was told yes, so I booked and came in expecting that service. Once I arrived, they showed me a sample card and I selected a color. The technician then came back and told me they actually did not have that color because it had not arrived yet. I was then given another sample card with less appealing options, and I reluctantly chose a dark red shade, number 35. The technician returned with a completely different color. When I pointed it out, she insisted she had chosen the correct one. I asked her to bring the card back, and it turned out I was right -- I had chosen 35, and she had picked 32, which was an orange-red color I did not want. Even then, instead of simply correcting it professionally, another technician came over and there was yelling in a different language, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. At that point, I gave up and went along with the wrong color. Then, when she tried to create the cat eye effect, the magnet was clearly not working. She attempted it a few times and then told me, "Cute, nice, right?" and claimed the effect was there but just could not be seen because of the light. That was simply not true. In the end, I paid for the full service, including gel, cat eye, and a massage add-on, and none of it felt worth the money. Even the massage felt rushed and more like random rubbing than an actual service. What made this worse is that when I originally called, I spoke with a woman who communicated clearly in English and confirmed the service. Since December, this has been a recurring issue: the person answering the phone and making appointments sounds knowledgeable and professional, but that does not match what is actually available or happening in the salon. After my appointment, I called back to share my experience. After two voicemails, someone finally answered. Instead of taking accountability, she was defensive, made excuses, and only said she would "talk to them." No meaningful resolution was offered. After being a customer for years, I am extremely disappointed. This was unprofessional, misleading, and a complete waste of time and money. I will not be returning. read more

Took her a little while because they were thick and she had to file them down to a nice shape. She was patient! She was considerate of my sensitivity around my cuticles. I came here because it's close to where I live and it had good reviews. I made an appointment ahead of time to get my gel nails removed and a basic manicure. When I got there I told them what I was there for and when they asked if I was going to get gel nails again I said no and their mood kind of shifted. They sat me down and removed my gels super quickly but left some gel on it. Then they applied the nail polish but it's full of bumps and you can see the remaining gel. I have been Hanna since before she and her brother opened this place. I followed her from the last salon she worked at. When she told me she would be opening up her own place I was ecstatic for her. It was due because she is such a hard worker and needed to have her own. I was even more excited when I found out her new salon was only 10 minutes from my office. This place is brand new. They did an entire overhaul on the place. I don't know what this place was before but I do know many..and I mean many because I'm talking 30+ years ago this place was a pharmacy. Anyhow, it doesn't matter what crazy ideas I come up with Hanna is willing to appease my crazy and execute whatever color scheme/style I want. She always makes me feel brand new and we all know how important that is. She knows I type a lot for work and that I have a busy home life and can't be dealing with frail nails that can't handle my lifestyle. I hardly every have issues with lifting or breaking. There are times I have been so bad as to not be able to visit for 4 weeks and they've hung on. I don't recommend that by the way. You should be filling every two weeks..lol! The place is super clean. Their pedi chairs are brand new. They line the pedi tubs with plastic and rinse and wipe them down after every use. You are offered a beverage upon sitting. They also have wax rooms in the back although I've never used that service. All the ladies are nice greet you with a simile. You don't feel like anyone is talking bad about you like some salons have gotten the bad rap for. There are a few places to eat within the same shopping center as well as a Safeway so you could very well get your nails done, grab a bite to eat and do your grocery shopping and only need to find one parking spot. If that isn't an efficient use of your time I don't know what is! I think it's safe to say I'd follow Hanna to the moon if she chose to open up shop there next ;-)! So yes, you should try this place out and tell your friends. You could even bring your bridal party here to get all your nails and waxing needs done and make a party of it because Safeway is right next door so you could buy a bottle of bubbly and get your bridal party girl time in. I never write bad reviews but I'm shocked this place has good reviews. My initial complaint about this place is that it's full of weird hidden fees. It's not written anywhere but they charge you $5 to take your gel off before doing a new manicure/pedicure which I've never ever heard of. I called to ask about being overcharged and they offered to have me drive back and give me $5 which seems not worth it. Then the sign up front says that the cash discount of 3% doesn't apply to credit/debit but what that actually means is that they charge 3% to use credit/debit, again just be transparent and say there's a 3% fee for credit. I went in expecting to pay $40 for a gel manicure and $45 for a pedicure but it's another $18 for gel so after all the extra fees, I paid $111 BEFORE tip. My manicure is just okay, my nails are pretty lumpy and some nails are not filled in all the way but my other concern is that I now have an infection on my toe two days after getting this pedicure. I feel like their business model feels sneaky with the fees and between the infection and the lumpy manicure, I'd recommend going elsewhere. read more

The second photo was taken two days later, showing the state of my GEL manicure. The quality of service was not satisfactory as they did not require hand washing after filing nails. Although I appreciated the nail art design for my first time, the overall workmanship was of low quality. I cannot justify spending $65 on such a subpar experience. They do great work here. I met one of the workers through a mutual friend and she's always so nice. I make an appt directly with her or you can call in. They have you sign a book and put your info down and they were checking temperatures at one point but the scanning machine broke. They all clean cuticles and paint well. This is going to be a lengthy review because I feel like it would be worth it if you're trying to find a consistent salon. So if you're interested, keep on reading. First off, the owner of the salon, Hannah, is out on the floor working almost every single time I am there. She puts in hella good work and I feel like that should be noted. Her husband can usually be found hosting the salon, helping people get situated into seats and scheduling appointments. We love a working couple! Second, if you're looking to get a full acrylic set this is the place to go! I've gotten a total of 4 refills from this salon and not a single nail has ever fallen off! Not one! Now, my nails aren't just any nails. They're short, bitten, brittle nails that acrylics don't bind well to. Acrylic nails often just pop off or lift a few days after getting them. Since my nails didn't even budge after 2.5 weeks, this lets me know that Hannah prepped them the correct way. Not only that, but they were evenly filed out and shaped the way I wanted (coffin). Cuticle work is on point as well. Third, if you're looking for an acrylic overlay, this is also a really great place to get it done. Once I got tired of fake tips, I decided to get them taken off and get an overlay with a gel manicure on top. I completely forgot to get the name of the lady who did mine, but she was probably the most gentle anyone has ever been on my nails. Quite refreshing to experience this because I've had nail techs bruise and make my nails bleed because of being too rough with fake tip removal. She constantly asked me if there was pain to make sure I was okay. There was no pain at all and the manicure came out great. So to counter all of the positive stuff here, I will provide one negative- their prices. They are higher than your average salon in the area. $40 for full set is average, but theirs is priced at $45+ and $5+ for a simple coffin shape. It is also a whopping $35 for a refill, this is what shocked me. But at the end of the day, you get what you pay for and I still go back there every time. Also, if you've read this far, you probably already have some form of salon etiquette. Don't be mean, make sure you call before or schedule days in advance (if you can). It really helps their service flow since everything with COVID. In order to ensure a safe and pleasant experience, please call to schedule. They will appreciate you. Would highly recommend this salon to anyone who is serious about getting their nails done! read more
