Had a really great experience here! This was my first time at this salon, and it was great. I walked in, requesting a full set and pedicure on a Saturday evening, not expecting them to have any opening. But they instantly found me a spot, and the manicurist and pedicurist (Rose) both started working. Both of them were very nice and asked me continuously if I liked their work. They are rushing to do nails that it's not quality. You can tell them what length you want and they do what THEY want this was not medium length. The manager arguing with me in front of everyone - to tell her next time- I DID. They applied hard force on me and not giving me time to see them and even then I did tell her medium. The girl FILED them how she wanted and shaped them even shorter. THATS the problem here. It looks like nails for a 11 year old girl not a 30's year old woman. Reminds me of GUM pieces . large is medium and medium is small here in size . My friends nails also very crooked on the pedicure. They did all square and one oval for her pedicure it looks bad. For the prices do not come here. I'm disgusted with my set and the manager gaslighting and arguing . When asking for jade she said the lightening here is bad and didn't bother Instead of offering to do it. Avoid at all cost! The woman here are overworked and it shows! They can careless about quality it's just as many people as management can get into the door disgusting. I have a special event to go to and I'm disgusted with my nails and what was spent for nails that look WORSE than press on. I wouldn't call this a perfect 10. I think the staff are very friendly; however, the nail technician that I was paired with was really rough with the nail filing and my middle finger under the skin was cut. I got nicked. It took 2-3 days to heal but it stung after I came home. I wish she was more gentle. Usually the nail salon I go to finishes filing and shaping before they apply color. Here they apply the color before filing and shaping. I'm left with no color on the sides of my nail and there was no means to swipe the color back onto the sides after the finished the final filing and shaping. I requested an ombré style nail look and the technician had some difficulty spraying the color onto the nail. I think the air sprayer wasn't working so she had to switch to a new device; however, the application didn't turn out so clean. You can see the mirco dots/ bubble in the middle of the nail. I wish she could have used a sponge to dab the color onto the nail instead of using the air brush sprayer. Sometimes simple tools work better than using the electric ones. The application would have came out cleaner and there would have been more control. Also I noticed nobody uses a nail dust collector so I was a bit concerned with all the nail dust flying around. I didn't have a mask so I had to turn my head the other way around so I wouldn't inhale it. For those reasons I can't give this a perfect 10. read more

She was such In a rush and after all that all she did was sweep so she had the time to just do my nails properly and make it calm. I didn't feel the need to tip because of how awful it was and how much it hurt I tried to trust the processes but wow. Pretty mid, but staff here is pretty friendly and you'll get in and out quickly so that's why i come. Not the most relaxing and quiet salon but not the worse. Nail techs are hit or miss i usually come for a pedicure and the work is fine, passable for what i need so no complaints really. When i ask for acrylic on my big toe sometimes it's too thick, but if i let them know they fix it right away to how i like it so I appreciate that. Today i did get a full set, tips with acrylic instead of gel cause i don't like how gel x feels when it's grown out .. service was fast but not the most comfortable since i was in the pedicure chair. At one point the nail tech glued on the tip to one of my ring fingers, a little crooked and realize it after she's moved past it so she just ripped it off without even warning me.. i actually hurt kind of bad but I was so shocked and it happened so fast I didn't really say anything. The biggest thing is There is no Apex whatsoever to my nail. I did request acrylic to be thin and I appreciate that, but if I smack my nail against something I for sure know it's gonna break immediately. So maybe that's My fault for asking for it to be thin? but just FYI to remind them to do an apex still if you ask for thinner nails, but i feel like that's something they should know automatically ? She tells me, "I'm going to put you with Nhi. She's young and really good!" I've gone to Nhi twice, and the best part about her is that I've shown her inspo pics and asked her to freestyle, she does an AMAZING job. I always get compliments on my nails. I did gel builder with chrome, and with designs on each nail it came out to $125. I moved closer to SF and was hoping to find a shop here that could compare and so far, i can't find one on her level. I came by to treat my daughter and her friend to a mani-pedi. This place is fantastic! It's located right by the Almaden shopping plaza, so it's a pretty ideal location. Parking can be a little tricky, but not too terrible on a Friday afternoon. Make sure you call ahead since this place is pretty popular. They have a ton of massage chairs, and I was able to sit in one while I waited for my daughter and her friend to get their nails done. Those massage chairs are amazing! They do have two adorable hello Kitty chairs for little ones that want to get their nails done. The Hello Kitty chairs obviously are not massage chairs, but they are adorable! This place is pretty pricey, especially since the massage doesn't take too long at all, but it was a fun treat for my kiddo and her friend. They charge an extra $10 for design, which I feel is a bit outrageous for a child design, but like I said, this doesn't happen very often. My daughter ended up getting a hello Kitty design, which she absolutely loved. Great place to get pampered, but not sure if I would make this my go-to spot due to the price point. They do accept Apple Pay, which is great, but all tips are cash only, which is a bit annoying because who actually has cash these days? read more

They started lifting and falling off within 8-10 days, even after paying $130 with designs. I didn't even make it to a fill. I know the salon can do great work because I've had sets last 3+ weeks before, but the quality seems inconsistent depending on the technician.
