I went to nail alert on Monday for no chip, not only did I waste my money but my time .3 chipped by wensday, so I went back on Thursday. They added another coat and by Saturday 2 more chipped. They did a decent job on my nails not amazing but not awful either they did sanitize their stuff but they gave me a bit of an attitude and kept trying to make me do a no chip because my mama was paying and then she said I needed to get my brows done which first rude. Second it's my first time in here and you're going to badger me to do my brows. And third I do my brows with one lady and one lady only please think before you try to push a new customer into something not coming back here. read more

OMG Detail oriented Liz is incredibly professional and my feet are the nail tech test. Schools shluld hire me as subject for comp exam! I'd not had a pedi since summer! Also I do African dance and she knew to address the callous as a necessary element in my work as it is protective. I told her what I do and she suggested that consideration. I go to this salon twice a month to get my nails done. I love it here, Ruby is the best! she always does a great job with my no-chip manicure. they are now updating the interior to make your experience more enjoyable and relaxing. they have a huge selection of polish and colors. and Free parking! I recommend making an appointment otherwise you end up waiting longer than you want. read more

Live close by and am thrilled that they opened a few years back and I go for a spa manipedi as often as possible. Tenne is a miracle worker and has tamed my ingrown toe nails that plagued me for years. And yes love the massage chairs and have brought my young daughter there several times so she can see how this tomboy how to take care of her hands and feet. If they r not working on clients they are constantly cleaning and sanitizing and they will definitely have my business. I have referred other people and they have also taken very good care of them as well. read more

This place is OK! I started going to them when they first opened. The very first experiences were ok, the nail techs seemed some what inexperienced and the end result was ok also. The staff is very friendly and always very accomodating. They have a variety of colors and brands to choose from. Ruby is such a sweet heart and her work has greatly improved over time. They also have a discount if you do cash which always is a plus because hey , who wouldnt want to save a few bucks. They are open late which is another plus. They just started doing nail art and progressively add new things to their "menu". I am still on the search for a place that will give me the "OMG" experience. While I really liked this place - fun to go with a few girlfriends and/or daughters at the same time - I was disappointed when I got my first no-chip manicure from them. It chipped on three fingers after ONE week and by the time I called a few days later, they said they can only guarantee no chipping for 10 DAYS!!!! ANY other no-chip manicure I have gotten has lasted AT LEAST 3 weeks - won't be going back! read more

I have been a customer of this salon for over 4 years. EVERYONE, including the nail tech photographed Friday is EXCELLENT!!!! The staff is always accommodating, welcoming, and willing to do what's necessary to keep their booming clientele happy. The young lady photographed below looks like she did not complete the process to have her nails soaked off. That process does not cause bleeding but requires patience. read more

The lady who did my nails was shouting and directing staff on where to sit and who's nails to do my entire service. With that said, she was paying very little attention to my hands and how hard she was filing, etc. when I paid with my gift certificate which I'm glad I had (bc I would have not wanted to pay with my own cash) she looked at my sideways. read more

Really disappointed with my second no chip manicure. My nail tech did a beautiful job and I left feeling very pleased. Tonight I left Nail Alert feeling annoyed and less than satisfied. My nail tech did not say more than 2 words to me and did a sub par job. He didn't even bother to clean under my nails or file them evenly. There are bubbles and dirt caught under the top coat. My nails were getting caught on the fabric of the chair as I left because he did not file them clean after the top coat was dried nor did he put the oil on that they usually do. Bottom line I would NOT have paid $32 for this no chip manicure and he did not earn the $5 tip that I gave him. read more

Not everyone seemed friendly and welcoming whenever I walked in. The regular pedicure was way too fast, they need little something extra instead of just dipping your feet in warm water for $25. I don't remember the girl who did my nails but she cut too much of my cuticle off and made me bleed. She also tried to tell me my card wasn't working with the machine so I could pay her in cash, after sitting there trying to figure out how to pay for my nails for 15 min an older woman working there walked over and swiped my card and it worked. I probably won't go back unless I'm in desperate need. The paint job looks nice though. read more

This place isn't what it use to be. Been coming here for a long time. I gave my nails a break during winter season and returned to find it to be a horrible place. Not as clean as when they first opened, they did not keep up with it. They did a horrible job on my no chip manicure, bulky and sloppy. Place has really gone down. I would not recommend this place anymore. Or will I go back. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!! read more

I used to go here all the time and never had a problem. I went there today for a basic pedi and no chip. I sit down just wanting to relax with my sister and the two nail techs we're talking none stop and mine was barley even doing anything to my feet! I patiently waiting growing more frustrated that my feet were not being taken care of while she was chatting away and I clearly made a face and my sisters nail tech said " um do you have a question" I said "ya I'm wondering why my toes aren't being done" and after that she finally started to do my feet with out stopping to look at her friend and chat and they were clearly talking bad about me in their own language which is so uncomfortable because hello we all know you talk about us! And after all that she still got up to go answer the phone. She then did my nails and then half way through said someone else is going to paint them. I was happy I didn't have to deal with her anymore but now I have to tip 2 people! The man who finished my nails was very sweet and fast. I was there for an hour and a half mainly because of the lack of respect for my time with the pedicure service but still way too long for basic pedi and no chip. This place is close to home but I doubt I'll go back after she ruined my treat to myself which I never do anymore since becoming a mom so thanks for that! When this place first open they seemed so nice and decent. Of course family owned, older lady is mom, Mimi is wife of son who is owner. His sister works here too. And boy can she act as if she's God's gift...not always the best customer service. Her mom I'm sorry awful job. Wants to rush all work and even had the nerve to tell a cust not to worry about bubbles and if she had top coat at home to just throw one on..um no how about you remove your crappy rushed work and do a better job. Prices are just ok. Pedicure doesn't include a hot towel around feet , that's extra?! I've never experienced that ever. This place will buckle and dime you hands down. Oh and best part so they have this card that they stamp for every mani or pedi. And when you've reached max , the discount that you're getting is from what they have titled "original price" from some bs laminated card?! Huh. If on a reg basis one pays $12.00 for a mani , 50%of that should be $6.00....correct? Nope they have some scam and say oh no it's half off of $14.00! Lol. Really? Where the hell do you think you are... I don't mind paying for good work , but don't pull off scam bs. Just not cool!! And of course whenever you challenge their work , the foreign language kicks in . Just rude.
