FIFA games were playing on TVs& there was a constant stream of GOOOOOOOAAAAAAALLLL by the hyped up announcers. Chairs and foot soaking units for pedicures appear to be quite newer. Individually wrapped nail implement sets have been sterilized. I observed all the technicians cleaning up their areas frequently. Had no previous appointment but was able to be seen about 5 pm and still not done by 6:30! This was a longer time than usual but I didn't mind since it was end of day. I did not encounter any issues today with my nail technician. Plaza parking is plenty but oftentimes packed. The H Mart here is pretty busy all week and all times of day. read more

My friend and I went here as a treat for her as she is pregnant and a month away from her due date so it's the last time she can really get her nails before labor. The pictures online looked nice and when we got there it was a few construction here and there so not exactly like it but not terrible. I had Nancy and she did a good job and was professional. Unfortunately my friends nail tech was not. I believe her name was Yvette or Yvonne but first she was kinda yanking her feet everywhere and my friends like hey I don't want give birth here let's be a little more gentle. And then for context we went in for mani pedis it was clear we said this multiple times. Halfway through a woman comes in with like a designer purse and her tech instantly locked in on the other person and she's starts asking my friend only pedicure right? No manicure for you. And I'm like no we want mani pedis and she's like oh but she just pedicure and finally my friends like yeah fine just pedicure because she didn't want this rude woman doing her nails anymore. I was super confused and my nail tech was like no don't worry I'm still doing your manicure but I felt really bad for my friend. I got satisfaction though that my friends nail tech didn't get to do the other persons nails because other techs got their first loll but yeah overall Nancy was good but the experience was bad enough I definitely wouldn't return. read more

Usually you get a couple really good techs and the rest not so good. Here, it's all around decent. A good selection of color, they seem to be able to keep up with the trends. Cindy was very patient and accommodating of my requests. She listened and did what I asked which was NOT cutting my toenail cuticles AND not trimming my toenails more (as I had already cut them short prior). A nice exfoliation, hydration and massage for my feet felt really nice. A splurge I got to enjoy in the company of good friends. You can pay with card but they prefer you do a cash tip. I expressed my concern about the nail drill because I've been burned before and she lowered the settings and was very gentle. She was also very patient with me picking a color, then changing it completely to the design I attached to this review. Overall, great experience and I'll be coming back for a fill.
