I am by no means a nail girl, I would only get them done for special occasions and was always lost in the sauce about what to get. I've never stuck with one place until I ventured to this salon! Almost every time I've been to a nail salon I've always felt on edge rather than relaxed. Lowkey there was another nail salon in Cerritos whose nail techs I know were talking trash about me and of course I'll never return there. Anyway I digress. I was lucky enough to get scheduled with a lady named Helen and I've been returning to this salon and booking with her. Dare I say I have a nail lady now?! Lol. I like to come to her because she is nice and calm. I can come, sit, not talk, and she doesn't have an issue with me skipping the leg massage lol. I haaate getting my legs rubbed! Anyway, she does great giving me the gel pedicures I get. I never get nicked or walk away loving my toes. She sets the massage chair for me when I forget too lol. The place is nice, clean, quiet and prices are good. Thanks Nail Pro! read more

I'm so pleased with the service I received today from Yvonne. She really did extra work on cleaning and gave a good massage. FIFA games were playing on TVs& there was a constant stream of GOOOOOOOAAAAAAALLLL by the hyped up announcers. Chairs and foot soaking units for pedicures appear to be quite newer. Individually wrapped nail implement sets have been sterilized. I observed all the technicians cleaning up their areas frequently. Had no previous appointment but was able to be seen about 5 pm and still not done by 6:30! This was a longer time than usual but I didn't mind since it was end of day. I did not encounter any issues today with my nail technician. Plaza parking is plenty but oftentimes packed. The H Mart here is pretty busy all week and all times of day. read more

This place gave me a great pedicure but they seem to be understaffed. I had an appointment for a 6:15 pedicure hoping to be in & out to pick up my son from practice by 8pm. I arrived early at 6pm and didn't leave until 8pm, for a simple pedicure. I should have left before it even began, but I was desperate and wanted to try and new place out. 2 hours I was there and I didn't even get the massage that came with the pedicure (the best part!) bc I couldn't sit there any longer. The worst part is that I was eaten alive my mosquitos while in there. Big one! The ones where they when they land on you, you can see all the blood inside their translucent bodies. One landed on my hand and my nail tech told me "yes when it's hot we have mosquitos. If I were a business owner I'd wanna get that checked out, maybe out some repellant or something. I left with 10 mosquito bites on each leg! I'd only come here if you've got a lot of time to waste / wait. Everyone however was very friendly and the pedicure was good, I'd give 3 starts but going down to 2 because of hours of itching I spent in the middle of the night last night rather than sleeping. read more

Very professional and skillful workers. Ngan (Nancy) and Lien (Lisa) were very nice and thorough with our manicure. Very clean inside and spacious. Pricier than other places for a nail salon, but ladies did a great job so would recommend. Same plaza as H mart. read more

My friend and I went here as a treat for her as she is pregnant and a month away from her due date so it's the last time she can really get her nails before labor. The pictures online looked nice and when we got there it was a few construction here and there so not exactly like it but not terrible. I had Nancy and she did a good job and was professional. Unfortunately my friends nail tech was not. I believe her name was Yvette or Yvonne but first she was kinda yanking her feet everywhere and my friends like hey I don't want give birth here let's be a little more gentle. And then for context we went in for mani pedis it was clear we said this multiple times. Halfway through a woman comes in with like a designer purse and her tech instantly locked in on the other person and she's starts asking my friend only pedicure right? No manicure for you. And I'm like no we want mani pedis and she's like oh but she just pedicure and finally my friends like yeah fine just pedicure because she didn't want this rude woman doing her nails anymore. I was super confused and my nail tech was like no don't worry I'm still doing your manicure but I felt really bad for my friend. I got satisfaction though that my friends nail tech didn't get to do the other persons nails because other techs got their first loll but yeah overall Nancy was good but the experience was bad enough I definitely wouldn't return. read more

Gel x nails did them on 7/20/2024 on 7/24/2024 my nail came off clean...paid 160 for mani and pedi. I flew out international so I couldnt come earlier to see if they could fix it. I sent a message on IG wednesday and no response came to the salon and the guy said that the nails only last 2 weeks thats bullshit. Gel x last 3-4 weeks all my nails are coming off Like nothing its crazy and i tipped them 20 bucks. Horrible what a waste of money. read more

Lisa did an amazing job with the pedicure. I also had a full set acrylic done, not worth the price, the color wasn't done professionally. It began chipping two days later, when I called to have it fix I was told it would be $25. I went somewhere else to have it fixed. read more

One of my top 3 nail shops to go to for acrylics. Place is clean and techs are friendly. They do a pretty good job providing their services. Usually you get a couple really good techs and the rest not so good. Here, it's all around decent. A good selection of color, they seem to be able to keep up with the trends. Nice location but can get really busy. Not a large waiting area so sometimes you have to wait outside or in your car. I would definitely recommend! read more

I have been coming to the nail pro for a little over four years! I drive about 20 mins to get here, and it's worth being a little out of the way. So I was looking for a new nail place since my nail tech left my previous place & i Stumbled across this place while driving home so I called to make an appointment. & I'm so glad I found this nail salon! The ladies all did a good job. The shape and attention to detail was amazing! Sandy was my nail tech. She was so sweet and really did a good job! The price is OK. I think it's a bit more expensive than most places I've been recently but honestly it's worth it when they actually take their time to give you what you want. Girls Day with my pals. Very affordable and not at all busy for a Sunday afternoon. Located in the busy Hmart lot, it's easy to miss this spot if you're not paying attention. Business is neat, clean, and friendly. The colors available are plentiful for regular and gel polishes. I chose regular polish in deep green today and selected the classic pedicure for $30. Cindy was very patient and accommodating of my requests. She listened and did what I asked which was NOT cutting my toenail cuticles AND not trimming my toenails more (as I had already cut them short prior). A nice exfoliation, hydration and massage for my feet felt really nice. A splurge I got to enjoy in the company of good friends. You can pay with card but they prefer you do a cash tip. I would definitely come back again when I'm in the area and in need of some pampering! read more

Walking in, it was very busy. Maybe because I was just being a powder/gel mani (no pedi), I was able to be seen within 5-10 min. ANN was amazing. Super efficient and friendly. I expressed my concern about the nail drill because I've been burned before and she lowered the settings and was very gentle. She was also very patient with me picking a color, then changing it completely to the design I attached to this review. Overall, great experience and I'll be coming back for a fill. (Also, no other nail tech ever asked/recommended me to come back just for fill. I normally just wait until they looked ratchet af. So I'm glad she mentioned it. I'm still a newb) read more

My rating is strictly for gel x application and overall salon experience, not the nail design I was…read moreunsatisfied with because that is mostly on me. Came here to get short almond gel x nails with a French tip design for my wedding nails. I showed inspo pics and requested that the white not be super stark white compared to the pink. My nail tech started off with a thicker French tip to cover the natural nail peeking out under the gel tip. However that did not fit my vision so I asked for a thinner tip. She did mention that you would be able to see the natural nail under the tip and I said it was ok. I realized after I got home that the pink base coat was essentially clear and the natural nail showed in an obvious way in photos even though I thought it looked ok in person. I did not bring this up to the salon because I figured I just chose the wrong design and decided to just go somewhere else to just get a solid color all over. While getting my polish changed at the other salon, the nail tech noticed that my cuticles were completely covered in gel and had to take an extra 10-15 mins just drilling all the gel off my cuticles otherwise it wouldn't have grown out smoothly. She also fixed the nail shape because it was super pointy for almond in my opinion. My reason for my rating is because gel is not good to constantly get on skin. I did notice my original tech at moongirlnails used a brush to wipe off the gel after each tip application which I didn't love since other places I've been to have known how much gel to apply to avoid overflow. Using excess glue and going back to clean up is not good technique in my opinion. And seeing that the excess was not even fully wiped off and left on my cuticles, I cannot in good faith recommend this salon if you want to avoid developing a gel allergy.

Old lady pirate did do a good job, but then announced a $7 charge at the end of the show. I dropped a ten on the towel and she simply said "Thank you....". Not, "let me get you change" or "I just pirated your honky @ss". So bà essentially ripped me off for $5.....a small victory for grannie, especially when you consider that SOME of you nice ladies out there may think this reflects poorly on the ethics of "Pro Nails and Spa" and think twice about coming here.
