UPDATE: So, it's been a little over two weeks (16 days) and my nails started lifting toward the end of last week 11/21. Very disappointed. I had my nails done at a different location and it didn't lift this early. I don't know why they've lifted this early but unfortunately I won't return back. I have been going to Nails Boutique for a few months. Jennifer has done an excellent job with my nails. She shapes them the way I like and she helps me choose nail polish colors that compliment my skin tone. Also, on one visit, Tyler polished my nails and he did an excellent job as well. I keep it simple and wear regular polish on my hands (not gel) and the polish lasts at least a week, sometimes longer. I wear gloves when I wash dishes. Oh, I can't forget Tracy! I come to Cerritos,where I grew up, to see my mom as often as I can. Nearly each visit includes a visit to Nails Boutique. I am a very happy customer of this salon. My first visit I got a French Manicure, which was so meticulous, I went home and got multiple inquiries as to where I got it done. This was years ago now, but while in Tucson I carry their card with me. What initial really stood out, was the shop preferred Venmo or Zelle payments. Cool. In my last view visits the staff was been so at ease and kind. My mom really wanted a French manicure with tiny stars, and they figured out how to make it happen. This weekend my mom and I were back, and the ladies were playing Vietnamese love ballads, and were singing from the heart. I was delighted and had a great experience. I highly recommend this place. Plus if you give them a review in store on Google or YELP they give you a gift. I haven't redeemed that offer, but it did get me wanting to share my high regard for Nails Boutique. They are in a strip mall next to Subway. Parking is limited but I've never had trouble. If it's your first visit just look for the Subway and park nearby. This has been my go-to nail spot for the past 10 years. They're always consistent and they take their time to do quality work. Every time I visit they have multiple customers that come in that they know on a first name basis which shows how well they treat their customers, like family and friends. Their prices are very fair, compared to other nail salons I've tried and they even offer complimentary drinks. They always also seem to have the newest products for popular nail trends as well as a huge assortment of traditional polishes and gels. Upon entering you are graciously greeted and offered a beverage. Like-- wait, what?!! It's usually done when you are seated they offer you beverages. Coke products, hot tea, water and coffee. I have the privilege to be serviced by Tracy. She delivered amazing nails for my gel manicure. I have cancer and treatment causes my nails to get damaged and become brittle etc. Tracy is a magician at this trade. Truly compassionate and understanding. Jennifer did my pedicure and the good Lord knows how atrocious they looked. I promise these two I mentioned are true magicians. Both were kind and patient with me. I'm incredibly picky and request three coats of gel color. The inside has been remodeled and looks amazing! Wood flooring, new stations for both manicure and pedicure stations. It is truly a diamond in the rough. Don't overlook it. Trust me-- I'm incredibly picky of how my nails turn out. They're currently cut short due to chemo. Me and my daughter went here for the first time yesterday. The salon was nice and the service was great and affordable!

First time at this salon. Made an appt for 9am for a dip mani, regular pedi. Entire process took 3 full hours, which in my opinion was FAR too long. Typically this takes 2 hours max. The first hour was the pedi & starting to remove my previous manicure. Didn't start the dip mani until 10:15, didn't finish until noon. I will say the pedicure looks fantastic. Much attention to detail & a painful hangnail situation was professionally handled. Likewise, the cleaning & shaping of the dip manicure was great. But it took nearly an hour to do. And - this isn't a gripe specifically on this salon, since every one seems to do it - even though she cut my nails to a length I was pleased with, by the time she filed and buffed them, they were significantly shorter, which I was not pleased with. The dip mani itself was above average quality. Edges were clean, shape and length was consistent. A little thick maybe, but otherwise pretty please. However, the biggest test is always how long they last. Will update later! read more

I usually never do this but I feel like this could be a learning experience both for the business and myself personally. I've been coming this place on and off as I don't get my nails done very often but when I do, I usually come here. I never had any issues with this place and the quality is usually really good. This time however, I had my nails done on Sat (dip manicure) and by Tuesday two of my nails were chipped off (no big deal) I called the place and told them the situation they told me to come the next day at 7 because I had asked for the latest they can see me since I have work and school. While on the phone with them i asked how much they charged for dip manicure they said $40 (if squared) and extra $5 for any other shape (I got almond shape) and I realized I was overcharged! I paid $86 and I had only done a regular pedi which was $29 + $5 or $6 bucks for french tip. Whatever that was my fault for not paying attention but then I come back on Wed to get them fixed the woman who did my nails wasn't there so they asked me what was the color I had picked and at this point I don't freaking remember! They told me to come back the next day- and that was the last straw. Time is a luxury and gas is not cheap. I called the day before and they didn't mention anything about the color! Oh and by the way, the people there didn't even know I was coming to get my nails fixed! Thank god I went in earlier because that leads me to believe that I would have got there and the place would have been closed (they close at 7). read more

I called a week in advanced to get a pedi with my mom for her birthday at 9:45 we get there at 9:30 they say they don't have my appointment in their system and I'm like what I called a week ago! They told me to come Back an hour later which I made no big deal about and we come back an hour later and they're still not ready for us. Finally they sit my mom and give me a hard time about wanting to sit next to her.. like what's the point if we can't sit next to each other. I've gone many times to this salon and I won't be back! Do not go to this shop unless you want to be overcharged for mediocre service. I got a basic gel pedicure with white gel, they charged me $51 and dip on my natural nails, no take off or manicure, which cost another $40. Plus tue woman chose the wrong color on my nails so instead of milky white, it came out pink clear. I usually always get gel acrylics with a gel pedicure and never pay over $80, including the tip. Poor nail job and robbing people of their money, what's this economy coming to. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else. read more
