Since I'm moving back to the area I decided it was time to find a new regular nail place and I think this might be the one. I can see why this place has a 4.5 rating on both Google and Yelp. The customer service from the moment I entered was so consistently genuinely friendly. I was immediately greeted by a woman and a man. They asked what I wished to have done and asked me to have a seat while a woman prepped the pedicure area for me. I was grateful to have Tina. She was VERY thorough. I typically have to say something about my cuticles and she just immediately went to town and I feel like she took out a lot that may have been built up and left behind from the last pedicure I had two weeks ago! I noticed a HUGE difference once she finished. The prices are all-inclusive and they offer a few different payment options. They of course accept cash and card however, there is a $1.00 charge if you use a card to pay. How to avoid this additional fee? You can Venmo or Zelle them! Don't let this small location fool you. I had never been here before, but after reading the great reviews on Yelp I decided to give it a try. I had my appointment with Tyler for my full set with gel and my gel pedicure with another employee. I have nothing bad to say about my pedicure, the woman working on me was very friendly and she did an excellent job. In regards to my full set with gel, I am satisfied with the quality of work and the job that he did. The only thing I wasn't so happy with is that I had an old set of acrylics on and I wish they would have been soaked instead of just being pulled off, it was pretty painful. But the main thing is that I still don't understand why the price was so high. When I first called, I was told it would be $45 to $46 for a full set with gel. I was totally fine with that. I didn't realize that I would be charged extra just for having different colors on my nails.. I don't think that it should count as a "design" since the same amount of product is being used. I was charged $55 for a new basic length set and shape with gel. On top of that I had a gel pedicure and I like to tip well so my total came out to $111. Very pricey and for that reason I don't think I will return. I also wanted to add that the owner prides himself on customer service and being attentive to their customers which is great, but the whole time I was getting my nails done he was on the phone and kept stopping so I was in there for a really long time. I had my appointment at 2pm and wasn't out of there until 3:50. I came in to relax and to enjoy a spa-like experience after a stressful morning at work, and unfortunately I didn't get that. read more

I got my dip nails done here by Jackie. I got four different colors of dip and she was patient with me as I chose. She took her time completing my nails and she did such a good job! Sometimes dips looks all thick and unnatural. She did a great job making them look pretty and natural. Today was my second time here and came back because loved how my nails came out the first time. They were just gel on top of my natural nail. Decided to give them another try because of my first positive experience. However, I didn't notice how bad my nails were until i was in my car. I am so disappointed because I usually almost never get acrylics and was hoping to have nice long nails for a shoot. I wish i got the ladies name because i have seen their pictures and they don't look bad, except now mine do. I mean this is straight out of the salon, i am so sad!! However i did have a good pedicure experience. Tom was the one who worked on my pedicure and he did an excellent job just like the first time. I asked for a certain service, like "fills" and when she was done painting my super short nails, she did a lousy job and didn't like I pointed out a couple of things I was not liking, she was unhappy with herself, and tried taking it out on me So if my nail technician is rude and does a bad job, I can't ask her to please do the job as I ask her to do it??? That's not really fair or productive, if she doesn't learn how to please the clients, us ladies that come ask for those nail technicians help,v we're to sit and just not ask them to do something like clean the enamel drips on e fingers, without them getting upset and then talk about us in their language? Yes, guys, I know I know. I have the ugliest and oldest looking fingers, but I have to say that this little boutique really knows how to bring my ET hands back to life. I am really into natural nail designs right now and it is super hard to find someone that can do a nice acrylic job. I am also one of those girls that do not have a set nail salon and have been trying different shops all over the place to find the right one to "settle down". So, I stumbled across this shop that is only 8 minutes away from my house. I never got his name, but based off a lot of the other reviews, Tyler, is really the BEST. Even though he's fast, his work is SO good! The nails came out beautifully and not thick like other salons. Another thing to note was, prior to this picture, I had also done a clear set acrylic there and after three weeks I had to get a fill. Getting a fill is always needed because your nails will keep growing out, but my point here is that my acrylics were still in perfect condition! No chipping, no falling off, and they are definitely not weak even though they're thinner and resembles real nails more. I do a lot of heavy work that requires me to use my hands all the time. Furthermore, every time I go, no matter who comes to service me for my manicure or pedicure - they are always able to match every nail inspo I asked for. I just let them work their own magic and have never left there disappointed. If anything, lately I have been leaving there OBSESSED with my hands. I got a acrylic fill, manicure, and nail designs for $43 +$10 tip. I usually tip $5 per person, even if two people were to have done my nails. I feel like during these hard times, these little things can make a difference. All in all, I honestly do not think I will be going to another shop any time soon and am definitely considering using them for my bridal nails next year! read more

I went in yesterday and oh boy. The predicure I got and the lady who did mine was amazing. Took her time. But the man who did my nails, not so much. First i asked for a certain design and they didn't have the powder so I said instead of powder I'll do the color which I thought they understood, they didn't he started just doing them all color when the design I wanted called for two a ombré looki just let it go. Then the man seemed annoyed from beginning he seem very busy which is ok. But because he kept answering calls and talking to costumers who came in he messed up one of my nails didn't fix it acted like he didn't see it then he drilled file my cuticles both pinkies he made me bleed and told me it's because I'm not relaxing the first one maybe but both . Finally after making three appointments I'm writing a review, after spending months asking my coworker who did her nails, her nails always caught my eye and the design stunning. Finally after being disappointed for the third time with the nail shops near my house I figured why not try a new place. Let's just say I have not been this surprised by a nail hop in years! Very clean. Not too crowded. They take your temperature and provide hand sanitizer when you arrive. They use liners for pedicures and wipe down everything after each customer.
