Had an appointment for 5pm and received a text asking if I could arrive earlier at 4:30pm. I let them know that worked for me. I arrived and Anabelly was still working on someone until 4:45pm. Then when she was free she told me she had one more person's mail she had to fix then get to me...why waste my time then? I left, they have no consideration for your time. Will never go back. The woman cut my cuticles to the bone and they bled. She kept going after I told her that they they hurt and I'm bleeding. I hope I don't get an infection but yeah don't go there they aren't clean either. read more

My appointment was at 5 pm didn't start doing my nails at 5:20pm... the lady cut me and saw that I was bleeding but kept going... not to mention I didn't get what I asked for. My daughter and i went there to get a full set for me and dip for her by the girl who advertises on instagram. We got there and noone said hello or anything. I sat for for1& 1/2 hours waiting and they took my daughter 1/2 hour late. So not only did we not get the girl who advertises, my daughter got someone else who just said "come in" . I finally walked out after that long of waiting. The place has nooo ventilation and they do not sanitize their utensils. I have worked in the business for over 30 years and would not recommend this dirty place to anyone. They washed the utensils with soap and water. No sanitizing stations there. I was looking forward to getting my nails done and tweeting on my phone of how great they were and I was so upset to see that it is a mom and pop place that is not welcoming to others. I do not speak spanish there fore I couldnt understand what they were saying. Don't bother wasting your money. I had high expectations going in based on reviews, but this was the worst manicure I've ever had. The staff was nice, but the lady seemed really rushed and did not take her time at all. She only cut my cuticles and never did the side of my nails where all the other skin/nail is. When I asked her to finish it, she seemed really unsure of even how to. I've gotten so many manicures before, so I know what to expect from the service and this was really disappointing. My nails looked like they weren't even done. My nails have always been flawless and the staff is always overly accommodating. The place is clean and it's has a pleasant atmosphere. I'm visiting from out of town for a bridal shower and decided to try this place after reading the reviews. I wound up sleeping through my first appointment, but they graciously took me for the next appointment. I've had manicures and pedicures consistently and my nails were in very good shape. I regret going to this establishment and would urge others to steer clear. The woman was pleasant, but this is the worst gel manicure I have ever received. My skin was cut in several places, my skin was filed under my nails and is now inflamed and has gel on it. Just a very sloppy job all around. I called the day before to try and schedule a 10am appointment. The woman taking the appointment did not understand me and kept asking me if I wanted a 9am appointment instead. Finally, said ok, I'll take the 9am. I arrived on time and and decided to get the dip powder. The woman doing my nails did not speak English I had to communicate through another employee. There were a few times while she did my nails that I wanted to walk out. I asked that she not cut my cuticle back too much. She told me she had to cut them back further. Then she put one nail on crooked. I pointed this out to her and she basically said my own nail was crooked..regardless,I have never had this issue before. She offered to take the the nail off and start over but by then I had already been there an hour. So, she filed the nail so that it did not look so bad. Once she was done my nails had small dents and bumps in them. I was not happy. I went to pay for my nails and they have the nerve to include the tip in the price! Terrible! I give them negative stars if that was an option! Do not go there for a Dip Powder manicure. I had a 4:45pm appointment on Thursday Apr. 25, 2019 for dip and pedicure. It took her 3 hours to finish what was a terrible job on my nails. Mistake #1, I asked her to soak my nails to remove the dip I already had on while she was doing my feet. She refused said wait until she finished. Everyone knows it takes at least 30 min or more to remove. At 6:00 she starts to soak my nails and Jed frustrated at how long it's taking. At 6:45 she starts the process of applying the dip but she skips the base coat. I tell her she needs to add the base first but she can't understand English. So I had to use "Siri" on my iPhone to translate to Spanish. To further destroy my nails once the color is added she buffs them so hard and so long the color is coming off. My nails ended up not shining and looked uneven. By time I left it was 7:45 and I had to get my nails redone 2 days later because they looked horrible and felt rough instead of smooth. read more

I originally had a 9:30a appt at Waltham Nails but the salon was still locked at 9:45 despite there actually being employees on the inside.. anyway, I shot over to Nails by Reflections and happily there was no wait- I got dip with removal. Two stars because the girl was nice enough and ultimately I came away with an ok manicure. Though many times throughout the service I considered leaving- the tech frequently stopped to use her cell phone, at one point watching a video. And I've never had anyone pick at the lifted edges of the existing dip and try to crack them off. When I asked her not to, worried it would damage my nails, she said "it's easier for me." Despite telling her my cuticles were mostly ok and didn't need much, I still ended up with 6 of them bleeding. I asked for square shape and square I definitely got. I kind of liked the look of the super sharp edges initially, until it became apparent they were catching on everything! read more

I never write Yelp reviews but I needed to write about this place. It was a truly awful experience. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. For both my hands and feet, she did not soak them in water and was really rough. Both my fingers and toes were bleeding for at least an hour after I left the place and now have horrible cuticles from when she cut them. It hurt and stung so bad when I went to the shower after. When putting the gel light on my toes, she secured it with her knee and it was very unstable for the light to dry my toes. She has to redo them twice and blamed it on me for moving my feet. Overall the manicure and pedicure was sloppy. The polish is on my skin around my nail. Also, it's day 3 and it's already begun chipping. I feel really bad because the lady was very nice but I think she has no idea what she is doing. I would not recommend this place. read more

This place caught my eye because the price was sooo good, and now I have been getting my gel manis done here ever since! Every girl is sooo sweet and so talented, I can go to anyone and still get the same amazing mani/pedi! The detailed work they do is just incredible. If you want dope nails for a reasonable price come here! Also the owner is sooo nice and efficient, if I have an appointment I'm always seated w a technician as soon as I come in and if I'm a walk-in I'm seated within 5 mins!
