The builder gel became dull and cracked, which is unusual for me. As my nails usually last 4 weeks at other places. On my most recent visit, I called ahead to confirm my service, but the appointment felt rushed and inconvenient to the staff. I was asked for payment before my nails were even finished and felt pushed out before they were dry. She kept making sure they were nice and straight and a perfect square. I got acrylic french tips and she let me choose which shade of pink which I really like the medium pink option that I chose. They warned me that because I wasn't getting dips that the polish may not stay on. I chose a sparkle polish before they told me and it turned out to be the longest a manicure lasted on me--10 days! The pedicure lasted my standard 4ish weeks. While I was there there were three other women getting ready for some kind of event or gala, but otherwise it was pretty quiet and relaxing.
