During the nails i continuously had to correct the male doing them, still didn't get what i wanted. No charm, no gems, added random shapes, & other random things that were NOT in the picture. I've been going here for many years! They have never disappointed me one time! Everyone is always so nice and kind and they smile and chat with you. They remember you and how you like your nails or toes done and that's huge to me. They do have a newer gentleman that did my pedicure last week and he was outstanding!! My daughter and i went in for some girl time. She got a manicure and I got a French tip pedicure. Her nail polish is streaked and spotty. My pedicure took an hour and 45 min. And the white paint was messed up and the pink part is almost red and looks ridiculous, but at least it's only on one toe. The man who did them would not leave my side. He hovered over my shoulder as they ran my debit card. They said credit card wouldn't work. Felt like I had to hide my password cuz he was so close. I will not be going back. Called prior and was told they only take appointments. When we got there we sat there for about 20 minutes until anyone started the water. My friend got a basic pedicure and no manicure and I got the most expensive pedicure and nexgen. It honestly felt like they were understaffed because the manager ended up doing her pedicure. And we also ended at the same time... The lady who did my pedicure rushed through the whole thing (I'm paying $54... it should be quality) and when I got home I realized she didn't even cut my toenails and they are all different lengths. The gentleman who did my nexgen was extremely rough on my hands. And my cuticles have scabs on them from him cutting me. When he was done he rushed off to someone else and told me to wait 3 mins. 15 minutes later we decided to check out. There was no lotion massage or oil offered for my cuticles so I just did it when I got home. As far as price I would come back strictly for that. I had a gift card for $35, and still ended up paying $65 with tip. Typically when I go to my normal salon it's $70 including tip and I get incredible service. read more

I wish that I could give 0 stars. I don't know how they still have customers. I had my nails removed and my own nails and toenails painted. They don't have heat/drying machines for your nails. I've never been to a nail salon that let your nails air dry. After over an hour just to remove and paint my nails and let them dry, I couldn't get my wallet out to pay before two nails were ruined. She did a very poor job of repairing them. Over two hours afterwards, my nails, hand and feet, looked horrible with lumps and polish was coming off. All I did was go to dinner. Lighting wasn't good enough to see the small details in the salon. Less than a day and my nails look I've been doing manual labor for weeks. I'll never visit this place again. read more

The absolute worst nail salon in the area!! AVOID! My first time here and most definitely my last. My aunt and I went in for manicures together and she was half way done before mine even started! They were really rude and downright disrespectful. One nail of mine was smudged (you can see it in the pic), so I asked her to fix it and she disgustedly said "did you touch something" and could not fix her mistake... she also did not even try to discount the price to make it a little better. The nails look terrible and it was not enjoyable at all. The lady made my aunt bleed and was aggressive with the drill/nail buffer. Will NEVER be back - even if it was free. Yesterday the. experience was the worst I was tempted to ask the nail tech how much it would cost for me to get up and get out of the chair The worst experience ever I will never go back to the salon I spoke w The salon manager and he said to come in and they would redo the service So I felt like it was a fair option and Went back to meet with manager so they could rectify the situation when I went back the manager wasn't there I went back a third time and I had a pedicure and a manicure there when I asked for the manager and begin to tell him that I had come back to allow them an opportunity to rectify the poor service I received he said he would call the cops WHACK!!!!!! I went in to get my eyebrows done and while my eyebrows look great the lady got the wax in my hair. They have you sit in the same chairs as the pedicures so I don't know if the weird angle made it more difficult or what. I don't think I would have minded as much of she had mentioned it to me but the fact I wasn't aware makes it more upsetting. There was also wax residue left on my face afterwards. I was asked what kind of service I wanted and was shown the list of services. I'm a Pinterest addict. I get a lot of inspirations and ideas from there. So I wanted a Halloween theme design for my nail. Now the original design I wanted was with a pumpkin and my nail tech was honest she hasn't drawn a pumpkin but said she was willing to try. I like the effort she was willing to try but I decided to be a pleasant customer and told her how about I put the colors and if she can draw a Halloween theme design. So I let her take the lead and it came out sooo cute! It was a spider and a web. The colors go great. My nail tech's name is Cindy and I found my go to person. The only thing that was missing to get the full 5 star is not knowing they offer Wine. I saw they offer this on the back of their business card. I would of def loved a glass of wine! read more

Had a lady with short cherry black hair and glasses, she was terrible. Paid for the deluxe pedicure and she didnt even attempt to scrub my feet, bc I had some dry skin, this was my main reason for getting my feet done. When I asked her very nicely to do it, she was silent and got up to get the tools she needed. When she was done scrubbing, I thanked her and she didnt even say anything to me. The lady helping my mother looked at her associate and smirked. After that, it was crap. I have been going to this salon a long time. Six months ago I would have given it five stars. Recently they have had a huge staffing change. Many of their experienced staff left. My last two visits for just a basic pedicure were awful. I had to direct them on what to do and repeatedly ask for the manager to get what I wanted done. It felt like the staff were inexperienced. If I am going to pay $45 dollars for a pedicure I want to relax and not have to watch to make sure they are doing it correctly. Sadly, I am now looking for a new place. read more
