I've been coming here for a year now. It was introduced to me by a close friend. She's been going here for a while as well since she lives around here. I have done gel nails and both mani/pedi. It isn't expensive here at all. It can range from 12-18 dollars. I usually bring cash here, there's a bank right in front if needed. I am not sure if they take card. They do other services as well like waxing or eye brows. As for gel nails, I thought they did a good job. It was my first time trying it and they were very informative about how gel nails are different from regular nails done. They lasted for almost a month. After a while, I needed to take them off so I went back and they did so for free. If you leave them on too long, your nails may break easily or become fragile. I broke two nails, because I decided to leave them on too long then suggested. I don't really have much to say about their mani/pedi. It was good too. There wasn't anything that stood out to me. I usually do my own nails. So I would only come here for this if I didn't want to do my own toes or I was feeling lazy. They massage you with lotion after all nails are done. Keep in mind, my price range includes designs they do too. I didn't make an appointment. But you would only need to if you didn't want to wait too long due to the crowd. This was my third time coming here and once again Kathy and Kim did not disappoint. After getting tired of the same ol' colors at my old nail salon I decided to try somewhere new. Due to their great reviews I came into Nail Touch. They quickly acknowledged him and they're customer service is amazing. They are super nice. Kathy did my first pedi and mani and it was the best gel manicure I have ever had. She even shapes the nails just how you want me. (Shout out to Kathy for getting rid of my ingrown nails!) Both Kim and Kathy do a great job with the gel manicure. I highly recommend them both and this nail salon. For their pedicure I get the deluxe. You get a massage and a scrub and a stone massage for 30$. Definitely worth it. Their prices are reasonable, their work is great and their customer service even better! However be prepared for her to be jumping from station to station while she's working on your nails. It took her about 2 hours to do a fill on my current set and apply gel polish. This place was so rude that I ended up NOT even getting my nails done DESPITE desperately needing a fill. My best friend and I both came in, they took her first and I was looking @ their polish choices, when the younger lady that works here (I'm assuming the older lady's daughter) was ready to start on my friend, she very rudely basically shooed me away from the polish wall which is inconveniently placed like 6 inches behind the damn station. I will support nothing of this sort. So, 2 very nice women come in after me and sit down. I tell this rude nail technician that I've changed my mind. She shouts "ARE YOU SU--", in the middle of her talking, I tell the nice women next to me that they can go ahead. Nail lady was S H O O K. She really thought I was gonna let her disrespect me and take all these sneak disses and STILL give her my hard earned coin???? You thought WRONG, sis. Treat your customers with some sort of respect and MAYBE i would CONSIDER recommending this place. I am paying YOUR bills. Please go somewhere that respects you. Also, I hear they get mad and call you out if you don't tip as much as they feel is respectful? I think I found my salon!! Received the best service in ages!! All the girls are so nice!! I got a gel manicure and Pedi. They took their time on me.. my feet never looked any better!! She was Amazing! And my Manicurist was such a nice lady and excellent at her job!!! They talked in English so you don't feel like they are saying stuff about you, the manager was really sweet. Wow great service as soon as I walked inside! Everyone was friendly and immediately asked what I needed. Kathy went ahead to help me as I needed a color change on my toes since my pedicure got messed up a few days ago. They even offered additional services to make my experience better and since I loved their approach, I upgraded my color change to gel nails and also asked for a 10 minute massage. I was in the hunt for a nail salon, just moved back to the SGV area so I wanted some place close to home. I do believe I've found my new spot. I got a pedicure $16 /gel manicure $22. I loved my nail outcome, they got out the ingrown and do everything you need/ask for. It was my first time doing gel nails also, they turned out great!! I also went ahead and got an eyelash perm $30 with them, I'm glad I jumped for it. They're looking great it's been about a week already with them and they're still in great shape. avoid coming here at all cost! one of the nail techs there is rude af. The tatted one that walks out every 5 minutes to smoke her vape. I came here twice, and my grandmas been here a few times. She was mistreated by that same nail tech, constantly telling her to "relax her hands" which is what she kept pestering me about the entire time as well. my grandma who talks Spanish wasn't sure why she was acting rude af, but I am speaking up about it on here because it's not right.
