However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was surprised to learn there was a $150 consultation fee. This was never mentioned when I booked over the phone. Had I known beforehand, I would have appreciated the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to proceed. I believe patients should be informed of this fee before arriving. I originally scheduled a consultation because I wanted to explore my options for under-eye hollowness, cheek filler, and other treatments. My goal was to gather professional opinions before making a decision, since this is my face and I wanted to compare recommendations from different providers. Before my consultation even began, I was asked how I would be paying. I mentioned that I had about $800 available on my CareCredit account. The doctor immediately responded by asking if I would be using the full $800. That made me uncomfortable because I was only there for a consultation. After already agreeing to pay the $150 consultation fee, I felt pressured to move forward with treatment instead of taking time to think about my options. During the consultation, I explained my concerns and was recommended cheek filler and chin filler for approximately $1,700. When I said I wanted to think about it and possibly seek other consultations, I felt the interaction became somewhat rushed. I eventually agreed to only chin filler and a lip flip. The procedure itself was completed very quickly. When I checked out, my total ended up being around $800, including additional CareCredit fees that I was not expecting. Considering I received one syringe of chin filler and a lip flip, I personally did not feel the results justified the cost. I honestly don't notice much of a difference in my chin, and the lip flip never seemed to take effect. Overall, I left feeling disappointed. I believe consultations should feel informative and pressure-free, and patients should be given time to make decisions without feeling financially committed. I also strongly feel the $150 consultation fee should be clearly disclosed when appointments are booked over the phone. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not return.

The one positive thing about this office is that appointments are usually available quickly, sometimes even on the same day. Unfortunately, each visit lasted only about 5-10 minutes. They would perform a brief ultrasound and take measurements, but they rarely spoke to me or explained what any of the numbers meant. Afterward, I was simply told I could leave without receiving useful information or guidance. They did not properly check in with me, explain how my pregnancy was progressing, or tell me what symptoms and warning signs I should be aware of. Pregnancy is a vulnerable time when patients need communication, reassurance, and attentive medical care. I never felt safe, supported, or confident that my pregnancy was in good hands here, which is why I decided to transfer to another provider.

I've been going to Nail Spa Excel for Years and love love love them! Everyone is very friendly, professional and top notch quality! The salon is clean and I feel very comfortable when there. I highly recommend Peter or Annie for nails and Tracy or Chung for the best pedicures! I always get gel pedicures and they last a minimum of a month! Of course I have my nails done more frequently as I'm always washing dishes, doing chores or crafts and they wear down and the growth is more obvious - but I'm still able to get about 3 weeks out of them! And to those who have complained... I wonder if they bothered to discuss with their mani/pedi person because I find them to be very accommodating and willing to correct a mistake when it happens. unfortunately, although I used to year ago and was great then, the quality I got was not good. it was too late to notice after I left shop since light inside didn't show all the flaws and it was an okay job from a guy named Ben I believe. my hard gel overlay has bumps, the shape is terrible and the design I wanted , was supposed to be a tropical flower with gold in the center, looks more like a deformed poinsettia . Guy was super sweet but tu red flag I ignored when I showed him what I wanted was him saying he will "try", he also asked him to give him a good review to his manager and well it's my lesson learned but you get what you pay for. I'd rather pay a bit more for better work. the quality has gone down tremendously, now that there so many great nail places and to be honest I'm not a fan of plaves that do not use single us items. read more

Holly was the first person to do hard gel on my nails, and ever since, I can't imagine going to anyone else. Her attention to detail and patience are unparalleled. I have seen Lisa for many years and can't say enough great things about her. She is hard to get into sometimes, but anyone that is good you usually have to wait for. I have sent numerous clients to her, who are all high end peeps, and all have been nothing short of totally pleased with her and the beautiful job she does. She takes her time. Pretty disappointed. I rushed out without thoroughly checking bec I was already short on time. Didnt have much time so I carved 1.5 hours to clean up my nails. I got gelx by patrick (?) and nail tech was kind. But his work was definitely not worth their gelx rate $60. There was no cleaning of the hands after nail was applied, glue is everywhere and no clean up after too. Disappointed that they even let someone who clearly isnt qualified or trained well to perfom certain services. But mostly disappointed bec of the time I lost. Manicures are soooo bomb here, my nails always last for a whole month and I've never had a problem with any of them falling off. I absolutely hate bumpy/lumpy or bubbly/fat looking nails and I can always count on my manicurist leaving my nails looking smooth, sharp and exactly the shape that I asked for. I get my nails done by the guy but I've noticed that the woman who also does manicures also has a lot of clients who specifically request her. The only downside to their work is that they do not have a lot of choices in color when it comes to bottle nail polishes. They do have a lot of choices when it comes to gel polish so I definitely recommend getting gel. Price: 5 I pay only $35 for an acrylic full set gel manicure. Pedicures and fills are also very cheap ! This place is perfect for someone who has bills to pay but is still trying to lcute on a budget :) ! Gel pedicure: she was so gentle & the color application was on point, not patchy & it was applied super close to my cuticles which I LOVE. Manicure: I have natural long nails but needed some base to strengthen & help my nails grow. Tim did a thin layer of acrylic on top of my natural nails + manicure + gel color. The color he chose was the exact match to my inspo photo. All was $75 without tips. I would love to try liquid hard gel next time I'm there if they have it instead of acrylic because I like super super natural thin nail bed. 10/10 overall because I know that Tim would understand my preferences better the more times I visit.

I got attended by an older gentleman he was very nice, I was very relaxed and enjoyed the service overall. Pedicure was phenomenal-- very relaxing and the technician was gentle and attentive to detail. Mani was not great. Technician tried to do what I wanted for a gel ombre (which she did state at the top of the appointment, "I will try, but it might not look exactly like this"-- that's fair!) After the attempt didn't work, we decided to do a french tip style. She then rushed through my mani, using a very high speed with the electric filer/ sander, so much so that when I took the gel off today I now have "rings of fire" (see attached pictures). While the mani looked great, I am disappointed more care of my natural nails was not taken, and now I have to wait it out for my nails to heal. For the future I hope any technician that does manis here will take their time, and be extra careful when using the electric filer/ sander on other clients.
