First time coming to this salon today.. made an appt via IG initially with Vannie however I requested either Hai or Vannie. Hai had a cancelation so I took their spot. Felt like I was treated way better than any other salon. I'm 7 months pregnant & Hai told me that he wants to get started on my nails right away bc since I'm pregnant he didn't want me to sit for too long and be in pain. I appreciated that so much because at other places they didn't acknowledge and I would suffer from back/butt pain. He said to let him know when I'm uncomfortable so I can stand up and stretch a little bit. Hai took his time on my nails, very precised. He says he is picky on how he does nails which I think is a good thing because I'm picky on how my nails look. Overall, he did a fantastic job. I been here several Times for Gel pedicure, And never been happy ...it does not even last a week + every time I go if I do not have a cash they charge you an extra $1 if you pay by card,it is very close to my house so I feel lazy to drive and I always think this time will be better but the last time I paied $60 for Acrylic+gel nail polish and the fallowing day broke !! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I came here because I was close by and needed a pedicure. They took me in right away and started on my pedicure. There was someone also getting a pedicure and she asked for a manicure and they were so rude to her and told her she had to wait since they had an appointment. Literally no one came in and the manicurist was just sitting on her phone the whole time. My pedicure was okay and then towards the end, they literally lathered my feet in oil and didn't even clean it off right. Later I noticed some pain on my left foot and I realized she had cut some of my skin!!! It literally hurts so bad, I am frustrated I paid $40 for this pedicure. Please do NOT come to this place. Lina has miserable energy, she truly has the nastiest attitude I've come across in this lifetime. No woman should go there to relax. Every single time, the service is rushed and Lina is RUDE. I'm not asking for champagne and berries, I'm just asking for her to acknowledge when I say my fingers are hurting and burning from my fingernail is being filed to the skin. She gives ATTITUDE when you speak up and continues putting you in pain. Lina is racist, she will take your money but not respect you.
