I made an appointment for 11:45 on a Wednesday and told the owner that my mom had to get to work, he said no worries, he has six technicians working today - great. We got there and were rushed to pick a color (as ALWAYS), and then they had us sit for another 40 minutes waiting...? I asked the owner multiple times how long it would take because they were taking in people that came in after us WITHOUT an appointment for pedicures and mom had to get to work. He literally blatantly ignored me twice and third time, laughed saying it'll happen like "magic." He didn't even care to ask when mom had to get to work. They consistently are completely disrespectful of people's time and appointments are useless here. The technicians are not very skilled and can only do basic nails and each time I've done almond shape here, I leave disappointed with the shape despite having asked for it to be fixed multiple times. The other owner does nails well, but very unwelcoming... doesn't engage in any conversation, until it's time to pay where she gets chatty when it's time to ask whether we'd like to tip in cash or the card... lol. We kept coming here because it's in a convenient location for mom and I both which made it easier for our conflicting schedules; however, after the last experience I will not be coming back.

I literally could have done better with drug store nail polish at home. Their only benefit is their employees. My nail artist was so sweet. However, the place is dirty, and they used wet rags more than I care for. I don't know where to go in the South Brunswick area but this place is definitely not it.

She made a suggestion on what to do with the front as she knew we couldn't achieve a fully layered look by the length of my hair. She knew exactly how to cut it, and it came out as I wanted. I have been to this salon before and Kelly always did a good job but I travel for work and have been in and out of the area so I decided to book online with Natasha for partial highlight/dimensional color + tone, gloss, treat w/cut and style the price online was 250.00 and I had to pay 125.00 when I booked the appointment. I went into the salon and Natasha was very nice but she did an awful job on my color. My natural color is light brown but I have been doing blonde highlights especially around my face. I told her that I wanted my base color lighter and golden blonde highlights. I even showed her a photo because I was very definite about what I wanted. Well she did my base color dark, dark brown (darker then my actual real hair color) and blonde highlights around my face but they are so even I have a big clump of blonde on the right side of my band (she cut curtain bangs, which I had and like) that it looks ridiculous. I look like a skunk with this clump of blonde and then dark brown everywhere else. I wanted to be more golden blonde for summer and my hair is darker than it's ever been. When she showed me my before and after pictures, I didn't want to tell her but I liked the before much better then the after. The other thing was she told me that she would have to charge me extra because she had to use more color and when I got the bill she charged $110.00 extra and it's says for Root to End????? Isn't all color root to end???? Really disappointing! I ended up paying 360.00 plus a tip for her for dark brown hair with a clump of blonde in the front?! I hate it so much can't wait to go somewhere else and try to get it fixed. Natasha told me not to worry that next time I'd book "full highlights" and it would look better. When I told her that it was really dark she told me; "don't worry, it will lighten up when you wash it a few times." This isn't my 1st color and I'm quite sure that no matter how much I wash it, it will never be the blonde color I asked for. Unfortunately I will NEVER go back to there.
