As a first time client, the customer service experience was not there. She didn't ask for my name, announce that she was running behind ( I was on time and had to wait 20 min at least for her to finish with a client) or ask to wash my hands (for COVID purposes - I just used my hand sanitizer). When we talked about the services I scheduled for the appointment, she couldn't even remember what I scheduled. I was interested in nail art but was given the excuse that timing might be an issue between simple and detailed art. However, I was on time to MY appointment, so I felt like that was an invalid argument. If we had gone over, I'm sure the next client could wait just like I did. The clients experience should not be sacrificed for poor time management. She also took multiple calls on her phone throughout the appointment and also tended to her own nails while servicing me. Yes, it was during an acrylic nail soak-off (via bowl & use of a nail tip - not my cup of tea) but that goes back to customer service. If I'm your client, especially first time client, you should work to want me to continue to support your business. Regardless of the poor experience, I still left a small tip and enjoyed the music she played on the tv. Besides that, I hope this review will help her improve her customer service skills and salon experience. Unfortunately, I will not be back. Best of luck to Missy. read more
