It's a very big soup. Two can share it. The taste is good. The waitress was very attentive and helpful.

This place is a nice find in Monterey Bay for those looking for their korean food fix. They got most of the usuals like your traditional bonchons, rice cakes and grilled meats. We wanted more of a small plate of galbi. Seems like they had this all-out grilled meat package which would've been the only focus of dinner. So wish they had a happy middle ground. We ended up getting the kimchi pancake, soondubu and bibimbap. Pancake was a bit on the sharp side, probably because of the kimchi. The soondubu didn't come with an egg, so be sure to ask for one. The tofu was definitely still, probably just the types of tofu that was available to them in the area. The kibimbap was actually pretty good. And the bonchons were spot on. The service here was very friendly. Like many korean restaurants, the wait staff is more than happy to help you prep your food at the table, which is a very nice and friendly touch. Overall, pretty average korean food and very friendly service. Its worth checking out.

We went for a special meal and it was as good as we remembered! We ordered bulgogi, japchae and seafood bowl. The serving were large and came with assortment of kimchi (cucumber kimchi is my favorite). Wait staff were friendly, helpful and point you in the right direction if you have any questions. Still a great place to have Korean!

Always good I love the flavor. I can't complain I always get two orders and break them down and that would be my lunch dinner and maybe sometimes breakfast. Just remember it's spicy so it will creep up on you if you're not ready for it but it's damn good.

Beautiful atmosphere and the ladies working were very helpful and nice! The food itself is the best Korean BBQ I've had thus far. So fresh, and the rice was delicious! My brother and I did the shareable for 2 on the back of the menu, and still took leftovers home! We also tried their wonton soup, and it was so fresh and delicious! I highly recommend trying them out!

1st time here and was such a neat spot for Marina. We tried a bunch of different items and was cool to see the meats grilling. Loved my ramen and the staff were so nice. I like the chicken and pork belly and everything was really fast.

Came to Marina on a Friday night. Marina's restaurants generally close early and we were staying at the Ramada across the street so we decided to try this place. They have 2 seating areas: cook-your-own kbbq grill area and non-bbq area. We opted for non grill since it was late... I have to commend their customer service because it was really good! They took care of us like we were family visiting town. Definitely loved the family feel. Similar prices of food compared to what Im used to back in the Bay (SJ) but they delivered! Their seafood green onion pancake was SMACCCK!!! Such a gem in the Marina/Seaside/Monterey area!

Nice to have a Korean place in Marina. Everything was good. My favorite was the beef soup and the kalbi. Ramen tofu soup is not worth the price. It's instant ramen noodles with some tofu. We will go again! It was busy on a Sunday night and only 2 people handling the tables. There was some waiting.

    Bibimbap

Great service and a delicious fresh bibimbap! The sides were super tasty. I look forward to returning:)

We planned to walk across the street to Grocery Outlet while we waited anyways. Next time maybe we will call to order. Noticed a lot of people did that. And they had catering orders that could be making wait times longer. It's a tiny place not really for eating there. 2 small tables with 2 chairs each. No restroom.

I tried most of the food and I had some mixed feelings: the katsu could not stand alone and needed the sauce, the Mac salad was lacking in flavor--maybe a tad too much on the sweet side. The loco moco was also a bit bland for me. The roasted pork was tender and tasty. My daughter liked the spicy kalbi fries-and my son loved the beef. This is a place mainly for take out. Only 2 small tables inside with a couple of larger tables outdoors. Plenty of parking in a shared lot with other businesses. Food-4/5 Service-4/5 due to the long wait time from the time in between ordering and the time I actually got the food I would come back again if I was in the area.

The restaurant was very busy when we arrived, and we were so happy to see such a wide variety of Korean dishes on the menu. The three of us really enjoyed the food, especially because there were many dishes that are not easy to find in the U.S. Everything was generous, flavorful, and tasted homemade, just like Korean food should. My mother especially loved the kimchi and said it was much better than the kimchi we usually buy at the market, so we even purchased some to take home. Honestly, the food was so delicious that even compared to what we would eat in Korea, we had absolutely nothing to complain about. Everyone who worked there was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our meal even more enjoyable. And I have to give a special thank-you to the staff for going out of their way to safely mail back the cardigan I accidentally left behind. I had only recently bought it, so I was really worried that I might lose it. I was so relieved and grateful to receive it back. Thank you so, so much! Our first thought was, "You know it's going to be good when the outside looks like this and an older Korean lady is serving you." Sure enough, we were greeted by the sweetest older korean lady and gentleman lol, They were both incredibly kind and welcoming to our family. The restaurant felt warm and cozy, and I loved the scripture on the walls. The menu had so many authentic Korean dishes that I've always wanted to try after watching Korean dramas lol The highlight was definitely the #26 beef bone broth with sliced beef soup. It ended up being our family's favorite! Both of our kiddos had the soup with rice and completely cleaned their bowls. For BBQ, we ordered Combo #16 with beef short ribs/brisket and pork belly, which was the perfect combination. We also got lettuce, garlic, and jalapeños on the side, which is a must! Overall, we had an amazing meal and left completely stuffed. The kids were knocked out on the drive home, which says it all! We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area.

The ambiance is low key, kind of has a hole in the wall feel, super casual. My one complaint is that the floors are SUPER slick and a major fall hazard. They have floor carpets everywhere to probably help with that but the tile sections are small death traps. (Yikes)
