My party was seated fairly quickly. Our waitress took all our orders by memory - we were a party of 8! I got the Chicken Marsala: Chicken, sauce, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes, and gravy. I started off with the mixed veggies - they were cooked soft, just how I like them. They were also flavorful! Not just regular ole steamed frozen veggies, they definitely were buttered and seasoned or something. Next, the mashed potatoes. I'm not a mashed potato connoisseur - matter of fact, I usually skip eating mashed potatoes when they're available. These mashed potatoes however were so flavorful! And it was not only the gravy doing all the talking, it was both the mash and the gravy. I was impressed! Lastly, the chicken Marsala. The chicken itself was cooked to perfection, moist on the inside & fully cooked - and with chicken breast, we all know how hard that is to accomplish. The sauce was incredible. I have never had any Marsala sauce as good as that. So much flavor, very savory. Altogether, the flavors worked together and worked perfectly. Her customer service skills were absolutely superior from start to finish. Handling a group that size is not easy, but she moved effortlessly the entire night and never once seemed overwhelmed. Katie was personable, upbeat, attentive, and had an incredible personality that made the whole experience even better. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of, drinks stayed full, orders were right, and the atmosphere stayed fun and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. This was my third or fourth visit here, and all of the waitresses have always been awesome, but this was my first experience with Katie--and in my opinion, she is the gold standard of customer service. She turned a good dinner into a memorable experience. If you visit Falcon's Lair, I highly recommend asking for Katie. She's the kind of employee every restaurant wishes they had!

It is super cute and pretty intimate. It is definitely loud and a tad crowded. Our server was nice and brought out food out very quickly despite it being busy. She came by frequently to offer refills and bring napkins. After you receive your bill at the table, you pay at the front counter. I love restaurants like this because it definitely saves time! I would definitely come back and try some more of their menu!
