Dr. Tracy Trinh has been my dentist now for about a year and my first dentist since moving to San Jose. I first visited her for a tooth infection and she was able to recommend me to an oral surgeon who took care of the extraction. I stumbled across Dr. Trinh's office through an Opencare Ad on Instagram, and I am so thankful I did. I've been going to Dr. Trinh's office since the beginning of this year. Dr. Nancy, Dr. Tracy and their staff are so welcoming and so nice! I've never felt comfortable going to the dentist, but I actually don't dread going to my dentist appointments cause both Dr. Trinh's are amazing! They walked me through the whole process of what they were going to do and it made me feel comfortable. I've had cavities filled and extractions done and I didn't feel a single thing. They make sure you are comfortable and good to go before they start. My fear of going to the dentist has gone away because of the whole staff in this practice! You guys are the best!!!! read more

Dr. Nancy Trinh and her sister are the dentists there and they are very gentle. They have nice facilities and follow protocols for the pandemic. Dr. Nancy Trinh is by far the best dentist I've been to and I've had my fair share of dentists in the past. I've been going to her for the past 4-5? years and she's done a great job of making sure my teeth are in good shape. I recently recalled how my last dentist in Milpitas gave me a lot of fillings which I wasn't sure I actually needed. It made me feel more grateful to have found her office because I haven't ever felt like she forced any unnecessary procedures on my teeth...I don't think I've had any fillings since and the X-rays confirm that I don't have cavities so I'm happy. I've been to more than a few dentists in the Bay Area, east coast, and even way out in the Pacific (Hawaii), and I can say that my experience at Dr. Trinh's clinic was among the best I've had. I was impressed by how well she knew her stuff, and how she took the time to explain things to me. I have bruxism and had my teeth straightened in the past, so I wear a nightly mouth guard that doubles as a retainer for my upper teeth. I was seeing her for the first time for the removal of my permanent retainer along my bottom teeth, and she'd offered to consult on my case. They took some X-rays and photos of my teeth which were reviewed by her, and when she did come in to discuss treatment with me, she used a model mouth as well as examples of the retainer I was currently using (upper teeth) and the one she recommended making for me (lower teeth), since the adult teeth can still move. Seeing how the two retainers, one bulky, the other not, would work if I were to wear them at night made me feel much better and reassured. She and the rest of the staff at the clinic were very friendly, and courteous, working with me during my transition between different types of dental insurance, which allowed me to lock in a favorable rate for the treatment. I have a cleaning scheduled in a few weeks which I expect to be just as good given the positive experience of this visit! read more

I was looking for a dentist and I found one close by. I decided to check it out. One word. Amazing! This dentist was the best I've been to. The interior didn't look like a regular boring dental office. The environment of the office was inviting, nicely decorated and it felt homely. Minh, the guy in the front desk, was super nice and courteous. Dr. Trinh was very patient and informative. I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them throughly. Over all great experience. Dr. Trinh is amazing. That is basically all you have to know. I am SUPER anxious when it comes to the dentist. I have a phobia of my own teeth and the dentist. I also have not been to the dentist in 3 years. Dr. Trinh made me feel very comforted and was so sweet and helpful. She understood my fear and was not judgmental, and talked with me to help calm me down. She was very gentle and was very accommodating when it came to my discomfort and pain levels. Dr. Trinh is pretty amazing. I haven't had the best of luck with dentists in the past and I'm so grateful to have found a dentist that provide excellent dental care and is very compassionate. She has a small office on blossom hill road, which is up to date with the latest equipment and maintained well. The front desk staff are also very friendly. I have always been on time for my scheduled appointments and have been seen right away. In the past, I had experiences where the dentist was working on 3 patients at the same time so you would be sitting in the chair staring at the ceiling for quite some time before the dentist came back to you only to leave again after a few mins. Dr. Trinh gives you her undivided attention and I have never been there more than 30-35 mins. She's great!! read more

Best dental office I've ever been to! I was recommended here by a coworker. Dr Trinh takes the time to get to know you personally and explain details of what needs to be done. (I'm a nervous scaredy cat). After neglecting my teeth for years, I came in with a toothache and needed a root canal. Dr Trinh completed my root canal without any pain! She also noticed I was really nervous and had forgotten my iPod at home, so she let me borrow her phone to listen to music while I was getting my work done!! My husband needed an implant after getting a tooth knocked out in a sports accident years ago. Dr Trinh patiently explained the entire process to us. She even took the time to attend his surgery (done with the specialist) to ensure it all went smoothly. Afterwards, when the implant was ready to have a crown, Dr Trinh did everything meticulously and pain free.
