I was repeatedly told that it was "pink," despite my concerns that it did not resemble the color I came in for. I made a phone call because I genuinely wanted a second opinion to make sure I wasn't imagining the difference. After confirming that the color was not what I wanted, I decided I no longer wanted the polish. That decision was based on the final result, not because I suddenly "changed my mind." It's also unfair to suggest that your shop closing during my appointment was somehow my responsibility. Before coming in, I called and let the salon know I was on my way. There is air flowing in through the security gate on the front door to decrease the concentration of nail fumes. The staff are friendly and almost always smiling. They always have the color of polish I am looking for. Sadly, I was not as impressed with the waxing services. My waxer was not very friendly, for starters. But she also ripped the wax off, using only one hand. Without using her non-dominant hand to create tension, this resulted in a very large, unseemly bruise on my upper inner thigh. In addition to being unsightly, it was very painful when she ripped off the wax the first time, when she created the bruise, but even more painful when she went over the area a second time. I will continue to be a faithful patron of their nail services. But I will definitely get my waxing done elsewhere.

He was a little rough and aggressive handling my hands and fingers but nothing painful. It seemed like he was the only doing nails in the shop so I felt like he was rushing.
