I bought a thin crust and a stuffed pizza at this location. The thin crust was great, but the deep dish was burn. When I called about it they didn't seemed to be concerned. Considering the amount they charge for the pizza's, you would think they would have better quality. I would recommend not to buy from this location. read more

Pizza from Nancy's is a treat, and always delicious. I ordered online, customized my order by asking them to NOT cut the pizza, and to deliver by 6. Pizza arrived at 5:55 and was uncut as requested. Never had any problems with pickup or delivery and food is always hot and tasty. read more

Food - I ordered a deep dish pizza with pepperoni, sausage, onion, mushroom, garlic and black olives on a side. From the crust to the ingredients everything was perfection. I also ordered chicken wings which were very good and very saucy. Service - I ordered online and everything went well with the process. It was not a horribly long wait but long enough to know they're doing it right. Overall - this is my new favorite place to get pizza. We've had this Nancy's way out west here for a while, but it's tucked in deep off the main road, and frankly, we've never thought about it. As I've stated here before, I'm one of those for whom pizza is NOT a basic food group. I can happily go months without a pie, and I'm good. Every once in a while, though, I get a hankerin' and we order. Lately it's been either Lil' Pops NY style or Elio's divine Wood Fired joint in Addison. So the other night I had a munch on for a Chicago-style stuffed pie, and I remembered Nancy's. Wife ordered a thin-crust. 50 bucks later (!) the pies showed up. When the delivery guy handed the two boxes to me, I wondered if there were dissected bowling balls in there, they were so heavy. My small stuffed (Sausage, Fresh garlic and Anchovy--yes anchovy. don't judge.) was a bit disappointing. There were about 5 anchovies laying on top of the sauce-not every slice had an anchovy. There was also no trace of the fresh Garlic. I get that most folks do not like an anchovy pizza, but that doesn't mean the folks making them should be averse to putting them on the pies. Especially when they charge a premium price for that topping. Another thing that nagged was the dense and heavy crust. To be fair, the crust had a good flavor, but it was heavy and dense. Too much. The same issue dogged my Wife's pie. She found the sauce boring, and the crust was WAY heavy. She et the tops off and discarded the crust. 50 bucks shot to hell... Maybe we've become too attached to NewYork pie, where the crust is very thin, or true Italian-style wood fired 'za where the crust is nice and light. We've sworn off Giordano's and Rosati's. They have gone the way of Portillo's in that "they ain't what they used to be". Lou Malnati's can still be good, but they don't deliver. Nancy's wasn't horrible, but I don't think we'll order from them again. Especially when Lil' Pops opened their takeout joint in Aurora... read more

Ordered a thin and a super thin pizza. Super thin was not thin. Was regular crust. It had barely any sauce and the tomato slices were a light orange color. Terrible. I am now reminded why I haven't ordered from them in a while. Won't be back. read more

Not sure what has happened to this location. The last two times i ordered a stuffed pizza they came completely oozing out and flat. First one thought was a fluke but same on second one. Very sad. Have always loved their pizza. Dont order it much because of high price read more

I loved Nancy's Pizza but the quality and service has really dropped off. I've been trying to cut businesses some extra slack during these times of Covid and shortages of workers however 3 out of my last 4 orders from Nancy's have been messed up. This past Friday was the final straw. After being put on hold for 6 minutes I was finally able to place my order. They told me it would take 30 minutes. I arrived on time and paid, the girl at the counter looked in the warming cabinet and then walked in back, she was back there a good 5 minutes. She came up again and looked at all the pizzas in the warmer again then walked in back again for another couple minutes. Then she came up and said it would be about 6 more minutes...well 6 minutes turns into 10 and she then proceeds to tell me my pizzas are lost and it would be another 10 minutes to re-make them, well it actually took over 15 minutes. All and all I waited inside for about 35 minutes and even after waiting that long they still messed up my order. They claimed they would be issuing me a refund on my card which would appear the next day but as of right now no refund has posted to my account. I'm done with this place, they charge a premium price for their pizzas so service and quality should be a step above. If I wanted this level of service and quality I'd order from Domino's and save myself $20 in the process. read more

Nancy's makes the best stuffed pizza in my opinion. In the 1970's we used to travel to the restaurant in Elmhurst when we wanted the best. Now with the take-out stores we can have it any time we want. When I lived in the Wheaton area we ordered from that location. Now that we are in Montgomery we have a location in Aurora. All good because of consistency. I ordered a small stuffed pizza on Friday night through the "Slice" app. It was the second time I'd used the app and I recommend it. The pizza arrived 30 minutes ahead of the estimated delivery time. As shown on the menu, the small can easily feed 3 people, 2 if you're big eaters. The ingredients were generous and the pizza was hot. The "Slice" app and Nancy's Pizza is a great match. It doesn't get any better than that. read more

We ordered pizza at 4:30pm for a 6pm delivery and it showed up at 6:35pm and we asked the driver what happened and his response was I'll let them know your not happy. We then called and they put me on hold for 20 min then hung up. Upon call back the phone message stated unable to connect. Very disappointed in there service and the food was warm not hot. read more

Biggest scam in my life. I ordered 2 large cheese pizzas & a spaghetti dinner, I was told $45 total with delivery by the owner to find out she charged my credit card $115. I called back right away after I saw the charges & she started yelling at me because I saw what she charged me & refused to cancel or refund my money. After she was done yelling about the charges, she started to make fun of my mom & I because my brother passed away a few days earlier. I have to mark the charges as fraud because I canceled my order & she's refusing to refund my money. Watch out for this scammer!!! read more

Authentic great tasting thin crust pizza. Sauce is good, not too sweat with a solid crust. I would really like to try the deep dish. The spaghetti is a fan favorite at my house. Last week I ordered food from there. I ordered a beef sandwich and Chicken wings. The beef sandwich was great, but the chicken wings were disgusting. The skin looked like plastic, and the BBQ sauce had no real taste to it. Then, I went to order 4 pizzas last night, and told them I had a buy 1 get 1 free coupon from Entertainment Coupon book. The guy on the phone in a very rude manner told me they would not accept it, because it was not their coupon. I looked on the back, and it had about 15 Nancy locations, but theirs was not one of them. I understand not taking coupons, but the way they delivered the message to me, made me cancel my order and go to another local pizza place. On a Tuesday night, if I was running a business, I would probably not pass on a $75 + order for delivery, but thats me. read more

Looks like the reviews for this place are centered around one specific person - the order taker. Also, the most recent review was almost a year ago. Let's give you an updated / more current review. Here's an update - that order taker is clearly gone. I had no issues ordering. The person on the phone was nice, polite and even offered a discount for being a 'first time' customer. Anyone wary of this place based on the old reviews should ignore them and move forward - it looks to be a resolved issue. History: I've ordered from this location a lot - BUT - back when I was in high school from '97-'01. Mostly centered around a girl that I dated that worked there. After the typically HS break up I still ordered there - food over girlfriends? Nah - just good food. After HS I moved away and so my Nancy Pizza days were over. I've been in the area for a few years now and have taken to those that allow online ordering - it's just easier and always seems to have little error if any. However, my recent experiences with Rosati's and CPA have been sub par. Burnt pizza is not how you run a business - here's looking at you Rosati's and CPA. Anyways, tangent over - back to focus. Pro's: Great pizza. They offer the wafer thin pizza if that's your deal as well as original (my favorite). I'm not a fan of deep dish - it's overrated in Chicago. Give me a beef or dog any time with everything and I'm good. FOCUS - back to it. Their deep dish is pretty good as well. I'm not a fan of that style so I can't tell you how it compares. If you don't like the wafer thin NY style pizza - go for original. Shame on you for wafer pizza... You know who you are. I can't blame Nancy's, they clearly is a demand and they're making money of it - I would too. Bust shame on you NY pizza lovers. I'd rather eat ketchup on crackers - it's the same thing. Garbage Salad: Rock on - it wasn't always in a bread bowl - now that it is, it is muuuuuch better. I liked it before, but the bread bowl makes this salad go above and beyond what I expect an 'everything' salad to be. 10% off for first time orders - I had a new address and haven't ordered from them in at least ten years. Thank God they're still around, btw. They gave me the 10% off for first time customers and I was thankful. Who wouldn't be? Con's: Only one - no online ordering capability. It's not a make or break for me overall but perhaps something that others are starting to enjoy. Maybe a partnership with Grubhub.com would be helpful in getting their name out there. They're in a location that will always have business - WVHS families will always stop there. We always did after HS football games... Parents grabbed pizza while my friends and I loitered at Wendy's chugging frosty's before our metabolisms went to crap in our 20's. Anyways. True, honest, sincere, energetic and punctual people are like gems these days. The Asian delivery person is so sincere and honest. The food is amazing. With tasty melting cheese in mouth with fresh chunks of pineapples. The delivery man bought change for $100 and handed new change for 100. I was amazed. Actually my bill was just $30. Need to be prompt and correct with address, which would new helpful in immediate of hot tasty pizza. Hope to eat more of this Nancy's food. read more

We especially Nancy's rustic crust pizza and consider it superior to the many we have tried that are available in our area. We typically do pickup, but due to temporary physical challenges, decided to pay extra for delivery. Not the thing to do in the post Covid-19 world. Delivery was late and pizza arrived soggy. First time at this location and we've lived here for many years. Pizza was good. Unfortunately the sausage was left off of my side of the pizza and didn't notice until we got home to sit down and enjoy. My husbands side of the pizza had a good amount of each of his desired toppings. Pizza was ready on time and the people at the counter were friendly.
