We usually like the pizza from Nancy's but this time we ordered they said the delivery would be 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour and half I finally called to check on the pizza and they said it would be there any minute. After another 15 minutes I called back and explained that it still wasn't there and they tried saying it would be there any minute. I wasn't dealing with this again asked why and they tried to explain to me they were short handed in which I said they should of told us a longer wait time. Finally after 2 hours the pizza and rest of our food showed up cold and soggy. Called again and they said the best they could do was $5 off on our next order. We use a $5 off coupon off every time we order already and they said they could throw in a 2 liter next too. Whoopi. We wasted $45 on this order. Horrible managing. read more

Had it delivered and was incredibly disappointed. It took well over an hour and a half to get to us. When it arrived all of our appetizers were ice cold. Our food wasn't because it was in plastic to-go containers that snapped together. They gave my wife the wrong pasta and she didn't like it at all. I also found very long hairs in my pasta, which is disgusting. However, up until the hair in the pasta, I actually enjoyed the fettuccine with basil, chicken and spinach. Overall, I would never eat their food again or recommend it to anyone I know. read more

The pizza here is ok but I think I bit to pricey. There is way better pizza for the money in the area. If you are going to have their food definitely go pick it up. The delivery service is terrible here and will take forever to get to your home. The staff is not to friendly either. read more

I love Nancy's Pizza. I've been to one near Rosemont, which has eat in, but most of the locations with which I am familiar are take-out/delivery. We order from a location in Aurora near Ogden. We have had great success with this location. Sometimes we pick, the other times we use their delivery which is Grub Hub. It is so hard to decide which deep dish pizza is better: Pequod's, Nancy's, Lou Malnatti's or Giordano's. I've never had anything but great food and service from Nancy's...just as good as any of the boys. read more

We just finished eating our Nancy's Original Thin Crust sausage and mushroom pizza, and spinach salad with balsamic dressing, which we picked up at the restaurant. Everyone has their own taste when it comes to pizza and crust. I would say our Nancy's pizza was better than average... definitely cheesy :) Salad tasted good as well, and was plenty for two people. What stood out more than anything is that the young man who took our phone order, thanked me for our order after confirming the ordered items and desired pick up time. The same young man, thanked us for our order (again) when we were in the restaurant picking up our order. Personally, I am highly likely to return to a business that genuinely thanks me, regardless if the food is average or above average. Good customer service speaks volumes. I ordered a pizza for delivery on Thursday night at 7:15 and was told it would take 20 minutes. At 7:55 I called looking for my pizza, it's 5 minutes away. At 8:10 I called back, sorry your order is here for pickup. We will charge you the pickup price and give you a free 2 litter bottle of soda and your pizza will be there in 5 minutes. Customer Service is everything and this place doesn't have any! Stopped in on my way home one night, feeling lazy I decided to grab dinner for the family instead of cooking. As I rolled down Eola road I looked up and saw the Nancy's sign. Figured, hey I've never given this Nancy's location a try, I pulled up, parked in front and called my husband to see what he had a taste for. Standard Italian beef, etc., headed on in to look at the menu for myself and the kids and in a rush I asked the person at the cash register if they carried hot dogs. He replied, 'no, you don't see it on the menu because we only serve what's on the menu'; in other words, don't ask me any questions. Although I was shocked, I proceeded to order anyway because I wasn't really in the mood to stop elsewhere. Well I ordered about 30 dollars worth of items and then the person at the cash register made another rude comment as he proceeded to grab my credit card. I told him to cancel my order and went to head out the door, as I was leaving I heard him tell another customer that was just arriving to move faster because it was cold out. Needless to say, I won't be back. I used to be such a fan of Nancy's Pizza in Wheaton and Woodridge, so I thought to try the one in Aurora which is a bit closer to me now, however I COMPLETELY REGRET ordering from here. I will be in contact with their corporate office for the Chicagoland area next. The communication and customer service are both just pitiful. Christina, who was working the front counter seemed very confused. It took nearly two hours to get my small pizza. By the time they were practically ready to give me my pizza I no longer wanted it. The staff was messing around on their phones in the back while I waited to speak to a manager. Then Nico, who was one of the employees messing around on his cell phone, comes out and tells me that he is the manager on duty. He couldn't and wouldn't let me return my pizza that I had already purchased online. Awful experience. Talk about disappoint. There are much better choices right in the same area, including Rosatis and Papa Johns. Longest wait in my life for a pizza, don't waste your time. read more

I'd give no stars if that was a choice. This business stole $32 from my family yesterday and lost us as customers. We have been regular customers at this location of Nancy's Pizza for many, many years. We like their BBQ Chicken Pizza. Last night we decided to try their Hawaiian Pizza. It was delivered, and we left a nice tip. When we opened the pizza it was a disaster. The cheese was clumped together in parts, and there was no cheese in other parts. There were pieces of pizza just with a few tiny bits of canadian ham and nothing else on it. We tried to move some of the cheese to the pieces with no cheese, but the cheese was rubbery and stuck together. We tried to eat it and the cheese was so chewy it was awful. THIS PIZZA WAS INEDIBLE. Something clearly happened. It was not cooked properly. We called Nancy's Pizza and explained our experience. We explained that we have been customers for a long time and that the pizza we received was inedible and we were left with nothing for dinner, yet paid $32. The "manager" checked with the "cook" who said that he "cooked the pizza right". Therefore, they would do nothing to rectify the situation. They said if we wanted to order another pizza they would give us $5 off. They would not cook us another pizza to replace the inedible pizza, nor would they refund our money. We offered to show them the pizza so they could see how unreasonable they were being and how nasty this pizza really was. They were not interested. They would do nothing to correct their mistake. The fact that we have been long time customers meant nothing to them. They gave us a terrible, horrible, inedible pizza, took our $32, and did not do anything to rectify the problem. They lost us as customers. Permanently. We will look to find a new business when we get a taste for BBQ chicken pizza again. On our way to find food for dinner that night, since we now had nothing to eat, we did stop by this location and left their nasty pizza on the take out counter so they could see for themselves. read more

This is a great pizza place. I had a great experience with the counter guy, super friendly, knew the entire menu and made recommendations. He even gave me a discount as a new customer. The food was prepared much quicker than expected and was amazing. We tried their rustic crust which is apparently new and was very good. I ordered a large stuffed pizza the other night for three full grown adults.It was so amazing and so filling we still had enough leftover for another meal the next day. Kim and I like Nancy's pizza but have never order anything else off of the menu. Tonight we ordered spaghetti and meat balls, spicy rigatoni, salad and garlic bread. Everything was delivered hot and fresh. We were pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed it.
