We never hesitated to leave her in Kelly's care. Whether for a quick overnight business trip, or a two-week European vacation, Kelly was always there to feed, walk, play with and love on our baby girl. More importantly, she went the extra mile. Quite simply, Emmy loved Kelly as family, and so did we. When Emmy was diagnosed with cancer, Kelly never hesitated in wanting to continue to care for her. Of course, this meant lots of extra effort, including more pills than one could count, being extra careful with walks, and the occasional clean-up of accidents. Kelly never acted as if this was any bother - she was just caring for one of her own. Emmy battled cancer bravely for 3.5 years, reaching remission twice. Towards the end, after we suspended treatment and begun focusing on quality of life, Kelly stayed involved. She would come to visit Emmy, and the two of them were like two peas in a pod. The bond they had was special. When Emmy passed, Kelly shared in our grief and was quick to remind us of the love that our baby girl had for us, and the love she had for Emmy. Indeed, there is something special about Kelly. I can't quite put it into words, other than to say I am incredibly grateful to have found Kelly, and would not hesitate to trust her with a family member again.

I dropped my two cats off on a Saturday at ACE Pet Resort while we were going on vacation. I was assured that it would only be for two days (until Monday). I asked to see where the cats would be staying and was informed that I was not allowed to see where they would be kept as it was not a tour day/time. I expressed my concern about not being informed prior to arriving that the cat room would be closed for a portion of our stay and that I was not allowed to see where the cats would be boarded. The cats ended up being in the cat kennel for four days (instead of two days) and ACE Pet Resort charged me the full price for the cat condos even though my cats were in kennels for the first 4 days.

They got to know both of my dogs and me very quickly and always know our names. The facility was nice and clean when I got to inspect it but it is a bit on the small side. Yes, there are facilities with huge outdoor pastures but you're also going to pay an arm and a leg for those. My dogs? They don't care where they are...they just want to play with other dogs and people and get a lot of attention, and that is what they get here. I bought a pack of daycare passes to save some extra dollars and they were one of the better deals in town. There was a place with a better price and facility but they weren't located near the freeway so that was a dealbreaker for me. This place also offers grooming. The groomer is a positively lovely girl. The price is solid and she does a good job. I'm super particular about how my poodle is groomed though so she isn't my regular groomer, but if I had any other breed I'd feel confident taking them here. I was running a few minutes late one night and they were able to accommodate me so that I could get my dogs just a few minutes after closing time and I really appreciate them being able to take care of me like that. I highly recommend this place as a daycare, boarding, or grooming facility for your pups. My dogs practically leap out of the car when we pull into the parking lot here....they love it.
