Nice location. Pastries are okay . Coffee is weak and no flavors. Seatings are limited. Clean the tables yourselves.

Stopped by All Purpose Bakery on the suggestion of a friend! What an awesome treat - they have a large selection of hot drinks ! All of their pastries look so yummy Chocolate croissant/. Good - the outer layers were baked just right but as we got further down our croissant layers weren't as puffy but more dense- we could've used more chocolate. Pain Suisse croissant- the very best we loved the flavor combination of chocolate and vanilla cream our favorite Quiche- spinach and ham - warmed it was delicious Carrot cake - you can't go wrong Over all a cute bakery and I will be back to try their other offerings. I was a bit disappointed in the cook of the croissant but it just be today's batch. All other baked goods delicious. Staff very helpful and no problem on street parking

Snap shot of the display! All looks good!

There is something for everyone! Perfect morning stop! Best advice? Take a lot of friends so you can share and try everything!! 3 of us was just not enough!! Be sure to enjoy a savory with your sweet!!

This new bakery/cafe is so good! The croissants, danishes and pastries were all delicious! The service was great and very quick to get our food. They have La Barba coffee which is delicious as well. A good find!

Where to start, these are some of the best croissants you will ever have. And I know a lot of people say oh well I've had croissants in Europe, these are better. The Baker who owns the restaurant is so incredible and has a great menu, but his execution is what really makes his menu shine. Flaky, buttery, croissant layers, different types of croissants and sweet treats, all paired with an amazing coffee selection and a kind and welcoming staff. It doesn't get much better than that. This is such a great space to go grab lunch, morning, coffee, breakfast or a quiet and tasty workspace. If you haven't gone yet, you're missing out!

BEST CROISSANT IN SLC!!! The chocolate croissant is quite literally perfect, no flaws. Wasn't busy on a Wednesday morning but I assume they get busy on the weekends.

A perfect ham & cheese croissant!

Well, I must have loved it since I went twice!! First day tried the BLT as well as a chocolate croissant which is to seriously die for, it is a must. Kiaya (lord I hope that is right) was my server and she was excellent. I had a Pellegrino Blood Orange soda along with my lunch and loved the salad dressing as well! The sandwich was with 1/2 salad and 1/2 potatoes, yum yum. The second time, I had Connor (he will remember Sheldon) who served me. He was awesome. I tried out a blueberry mimosa, an iced mocha and a water (I had been walking a lot and was tired and thirsty, don't judge). Then I just wanted that dang BLT again! I also ordered another almond chocolate croissant (I know, I know, should have tried something else). Well I did get a cookie too! My lunch was taking a little long, so they also brought out a couple of pastry items to try as well, so yum yum! The Chocolate Macaroon was also so wonderful and I cannot say enough about this quaint spot. It did fill up during lunch on the Thursday, so get there early or late! PROS: Main street, easy access from transportation/offices Great selection of homemade pastries Nice choices for drinks (obviously, I tried a few) Super quaint bistro style inside Outside seating under shade and a tree Attentive and exceptional employees (CONNOR) CONS: Parking may be an issue, although some on-street parking available DON'T THINK, JUST GO! Lots of choices.

We were quoted a 10-15 minute wait despite there being multiple open tables everywhere, which already set the tone. The person at the front also seemed like greeting guests was a personal inconvenience. Not exactly the warm welcome you'd expect from a place trying this hard to look aesthetic. To make things worse, several pastries sitting in the front display were visibly burnt. Not "artisan charred" -- just burnt. The pastries we ordered were actually good, which makes the rest of the menu even more disappointing. We tried the soft scramble, pork cheek tartine, truffle tartine, and mushroom fettuccine. Everything looked beautiful but tasted either burnt, bland, or both. Every toast item arrived burnt enough that you could taste it in every bite. Our server came by often to refill waters and check on us, but the service somehow still felt oddly impersonal. Since the restaurant wasn't busy at all, it also made us wonder how attentive the service would be during an actual rush. Honestly, this place feels more focused on looking trendy than serving good food. Stick to the pastries if you go -- it's the only thing worth ordering.

Leona our server - retook our order and kept our water and coffee filled. As they got busy service began to slow- special drinks slowly got delivered - and we had a noticeable wait for our food. But the atmosphere is very nice and our company awesome so it wasn't as noticeable. Food came out hot - which told us the kitchen was busy but our server was delivering the food quickly. Everything was delicious- well seasoned and perfect temperature- soft scramble look yummy - the Benedict so good they made it a yummy meatless dish! The eggs poached well and served with peas a really neat compliment to the dish. Mushroom pasta looked very good and I'll have to order it next time. Funghi pizza was excellent- the béchamel was excellent and melody of mushrooms yummy- crust was good a bit dark on the top but bottom crust good. Overall we weren't in a rush so the wait wasn't too bad - the food is excellent and worth the wait

Their fruit-shaped creations are little works of art--so realistic it almost feels wrong to eat them... almost. Each pastry is fresh, light, and packed with flavor. The pistachio was incredibly tasty, though definitely on the richer side, so it's one you might want to savor slowly. The raspberry had a beautifully balanced sweetness with a vibrant, delicious filling. The lemon was very zingy--almost intensely so--but still delightful if you enjoy bold citrus flavors (just maybe not an entire one in a single sitting). The standout, though, was the mango. Easily the winner. It had such a bright, powerful flavor, and the fresh mango inside made every bite feel special. Everything about it--from taste to presentation--was just beautiful. The only slight letdown was the macarons. While still good, they didn't quite match the intensity and uniqueness of the pastries and felt a bit underwhelming in comparison. Overall, this place is a must-visit if you appreciate creative, high-quality desserts. It's clear a lot of skill and care goes into every piece. I loved the building that the pastry shop was in, as it had a "lunch room" feel to it. There are a few restaurants inside so there are options and there's plenty of seating.

I got a strawberry Mojito without alcohol. They have a fancy name, but I forgot. I asked for recommendations and they gave me quite a few amazing things to think about. I ended up with the steak salad and French toast. They were so good. I want to go back tomorrow to eat it again. I've seen they plated it a little differently on salads. So I wasn't sure how this would be. Every steak was so tender and perfectly seasoned. The shaved brussels sprout was delicious and the avocado was perfect. They were kind enough to change the cheese. I'm still thinking about that salad and beef. The French toast was so good. I wish I took a picture of the bottom so you could see how much vanilla and cinnamon and yumminess was at the bottom of this French toast. While you're doing that, pay attention to the pricing, because it can add it. They were looking like the pastly white guy at the beach while everyone else had a tan The mochi Dubai Chocolate donut was very good. The total was almost fifty bucks.... I told my wife that we could have about 40 croissants for that price if we were in Paris. C'est la vie! Look for a chain - Its pretty good. So of course my wife and I were looking to soak our sorrows in some home-baked pie. So parking was pretty easy around the corner along the street. The pie shop is this long kitchen attached to a super cool thrift shop. That was closed since it was like 8:45pm. We decided to go with the strawberry rhubarb, key lime and apple cobbler. They're essentially little hand pies, like the size of a pop tart. So getting three seems good for two people if you like pie a lot, like we do. We also added two cups of ice cream to go. The girl helping us was nice and engaged conversation when we asked about the thrift shop. Solid service. Once we go home, we heated up the strawberry rhubarb and apple cobbler for one minute. That wasn't long enough so I'd do 1:35 next time. That would ensure the ice cream would melt a bit more. We started with the key lime pie; oh my ... it was epically delicious. This was as good as key lime pie we had in Captiva and The Keys in Florida. Then we dove into the other two. The strawberry rhubarb was 75% crust and 25% filling. I'd love to see more filling there. Compared to a grandma's strawberry rhubarb; it wasn't on par. It was a 3.75/5. Next up was the apple cobbler. A classic. It was pretty much what we expected and so was more on the 2/5 scale. We started so strong with the key lime pie that the bar was set high. Overall a good experience and the night ended on 3 empty cardboard containers filled with crust, melted vanilla ice cream and happy tears of our daughter's new journey.
