I never even opened the package. When I went in to return it, and actually I was going to exchange and pay extra for a different kit, I was told it looked like it had not just been opened but USED! I asked where the oil or thread wear is? And was told the manager would be in tomorrow. This was right around closing time and they were rude. In an effort to get me out and close the store they would rather ruin a customers experience by saying it had been opened and used. I would not recommend this store or its employees to anyone, even it meant going out of your way on inconvenience to go elsewhere. Not decent human beings and incompetent on the products they sell.

He and his crew have always been courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable about all things Volvo. Justin is not cheap, just not as expensive as any of the local dealers.
