These guys took care of me quickly on a busy Friday afternoon, when I got a flat tire while driving a bunch of kids back to Sacramento from a school camping trip. They couldn't have been nicer, and repaired my tire for free when they could easily have just tried to sell me a new tire, which I would've absolutely bought just to get home. They were professional and kind, and even let me charge my dead cell phone. In an age of abysmal customer service, these guys were so so lovely to encounter.

Jonathan helped me, and even though my tires were still in good health, he mentioned that a level five tread might not be ideal for snow or heavy rain when driving in the mountains. Especially, because the tires I owned were not meant for icy conditions anyway. I just got a job in Nevada City and commute quite a bit. I don't have much experience driving in the snow. Jonathan helped me narrow down my tire choices based on what would work best for my 2WD truck. I visited other tire shops in Grass Valley and Auburn to compare prices, but they all tried to steer me toward additional tire options that had worse reviews online but were in the same price range. Two locations even gave me quotes over the phone for the tires I wanted but then changed the price once I arrived at the store. Or said "you need to add the warranty if you get these" which added $150-200 dollars even though the warranty still meant paying $70-100 if you do need to replace the tire. So, I went back to America's Tires. All the employees were incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate the honesty and great customer service at this location. If you're looking for a tire shop you can trust, go to this location!
