Anytime I go into this specific location, the incompetent manager seems like he hates his job and employees. I've heard snarky comments from him to his front counter men and delivery drivers on numerous occasions and it has gotten to a point where I refuse to shop here. Upper management or HR needs to do some serious investigation about this specific store manager as he clearly does not know how to treat others respectfully. My husband was acquaintances with the previous manager and never had any issues shopping here up until recently. read more

It is a huge disappointment coming in the store the new hires and new management are horrible they are not experienced enough to help me with my automotive vehicle! I am a farmer in the area and i already know that I have to go to Napa to get my tractor parts. Seams like the old management and employees were so helpful and knowledgeable. It's worse than the autozone that's saying something because as we all know that store doesn't hire people with automotive experience. So now I will not even go to O'Reillys, not even for coolant or an oil change. It upsets me that this store has fallen. I was a loyal shopper at this store and now I leave it to my last option even then I'd rather order off the Internet and wait for it and then to go to the store. To be honest, this place gets a decent chunk of my auto-related business simply because it's the closest one to me. Of course, I'm happy to drive past a close-to-home business if they have some sort of shortcoming, but this one doesn't. It's got a good selection of parts, accessories and other needs like cleaning supplies and so on. Every employee I've dealt with here has been attentive, polite and knowledgeable. On my last visit, I bought headlights. Since I drive up in the mountains a lot, I want bright headlights so I have a better chance of seeing deer and any other critter that's wanting to cross the road in front of me. The 'best' bulbs for my car were not available in the headlight section, so I asked if they might have them in the back. One guy looked, then the other guy looked, then they checked on the computer, then they checked again because the computer said two packages were in the store. I eventually found the bulbs while wandering around the store waiting for them to search they were in a special end-cap display that wasn't near the light section at all - lol Anyway, nothing against them - point is, they were looking diligently for my bulbs. I will start of by saying this place is SUPER clean and the workers are friendly. But unfortunately I had issues getting my purchase completed. So I heard through the grapevine that the racing oil I like to use(Valvoline VR1) was on sale. So I gave them a call to verify and after being on hold for 5 minutes he tells me he doesn't know of any sale. Couple days pass and I decide to go in to check myself and YEP it is on sale. So I need 8 quarts and they only have 6. He says no problem he will have the other 2 shipped from a different store. 2 days max. Day 4 rolls around and no call. So I call and it was shipped but never got to this store. So he reorders. Sure I get it a few days after that but it shouldn't of been this hard. My business will stay with Napa in town. P.S. they do have a really cool device that looks up your windshield wiper size instead of paging through a big book. Kinda cool. Lol read more

I came here a week ago I needed a back windshield for my rav 4 as soon as I came In the staff looked up and said hello and I was able to walk right up the guy working was very friendly and very helpful and was able to find the windshield I needed for my car and I asked him if he would be able to attach it to my car since I didn't want to break it since I m not very familiar with how to apply a windshield wiper the guy was very nice and said he could help me which was very nice I definitely appreciate when a business will go above and beyond to help customers and provide great customer service I always appreciate this this establishment is very clean and very well stocked with lots of available items and the staff is very friendly and helpful and they help you find exactly what you need which makes it easier instead of having to make multiple store visits I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for anything for your car truck or any car they are very great at what they do with excellent customer service I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for more future visits and more great experiences thank you again read more

I had an issue with my air conditioner's charge. This is a simple fix: purchase the refrigerant, fill when the engine is running and a/c on full. I asked a technician to help show me what goes where and he was nice, helpful and (it seemed at the time) knowledgeable. Unfortunately, because the situation was handled incorrectly, my a/c stopped working entirely. Thankfully, the mechanics at Firestone were able to fix it, and told me conclusively that the system was overfilled and soaked with oil. I am not writing this message to disparage the technician who was kind enough to try and help me. My actual issue is how I was treated when I went back to O'reilly to let them know that there was an issue with training or knowledge that needed to be rectified to stop this from happening to someone else. The "manager" I spoke to was insulting to my intelligence when I tried to explain this to her and after several attempts I simply gave up. I showed her the paperwork I had from the mechanic explaining that the malfunction was due to their error. I was specifically told the following: "This never happens, my technicians aren't even allowed to change light bulbs because we could be liable." To which I replied: "I am not asking for liability or compensation of any kind, I just want you to know that this happened so you can avoid this in the future." Her reply was: "Air conditioners are a complicated thing. In my car, there are leaks in the hose so the pressure is never stable." And of course, I was so taken back by the idiocy of that statement that I gathered my paperwork and left. I have never asked for so little and been so disappointed. I am not at all surprised that there are other complaints about the same "manager" on this site. read more

Went in again this month for a bad battery and they asked me to call me the dealer first to double check it wasn't covered. It was covered and ended up saving over 200$. Great customer service! I will never do business with O'Reillys again. My husband ordered a part for his vehicle on Thursday and was told it would be in on Monday and they would call him when it got delivered to the store. Monday came around it was about 4:30p.m. we still hadn't recieved a call, so my husband called to follow-up. He was told that the part was delivered on Saturday, but accidentally got shipped back on Sunday. But the system showed that the part was in the store but unable to be located. The clerk appologized and offered to re-order the part but it would take three more days to be delivered but would give him a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I then called and spoke to the Manager on site, which was in fact the clerk he had just spoken with. I asked what happened with his part and was given a completely different story. He told me that the part hadn't even made it on the truck to be delivered and had been overlooked and or forgotten but was able to call and pull a favor and have it delivered next day instead of the three days my husband was told just five minutes ago. I was then told once more by the same clerk-manager that he would recieve a 10% discount. I agreed, thanked him for his time in explaining the situation and trying to help as best he could. Fastforward to today. My husband goes to pick up the part, a new clerk-manager refuses to discount my husband's purchase and claims the part was delivered on time. I then spoke with the clerk as my husband handed him the phone and he was rude and arrogant. I explained to him that the manager I spoke with last night re-order and offered a discount of 10%. He said well do you know who you spoke too, I told him No, sorry I don't remember his name. But look at the shift log, I'm sure you can find out who was the acting manager last night. He then told me the acting manager happened to be woeking with him right now. I was furious by this point and decided to just go in and speak to him in person. The manager and clerk-manager that assisted me last night were both there. Steve and John are their names. He was arrogant and rude again explaining the delivery process and rambled on about protocol and all this stuff I exclaimed didn't matter as we were already inconvenienced so much and now he chose to add insult to injury and say that arguing about this is dumb and he still refused to honor the discount. I told him have the other guy who offered the discount ring up our purchase with the promised discount and all would be fine. He said No, we weren't inconvenienced as the part was delivered today. The back and forth; the different stories and all the miscommunication is absolutely asinine. The manager explained he had been off for four days and basically called my husband a liar and said the part would be there Monday or Tuesday. I asked then if you knew what the situtaion was why didn't you leave instructions or someone adequete enough to operate a business in charge. He said it's out if his hands and he doesn't do the hiring. He said it was all here in the computer. Please tell me if it was all in the computer, WHY were we given the runaround and a million different stories!? He said if the clerk doesn't read the fine print, they could miss the information and in trying to assist us could assume wrong information, therefore coming up with a fabricated scenario. It isn't about the money, this is about honoring what you are telling your customers. We are long time loyal customers and will be definitely taking our business else where from now on. I will be calling corporate as well, as they were closed for the day when I tried calling before I left the store. I don't know how they can treat there customers like this. It ridiculous and wrong! O'Reillys really should do some extensive training on customer service and hire more knowledgeable, and adequete cutomer service and management. read more

They have officially changed the name to O'Reilly's but they service there is great. I wasn't sure how to install something that I purchased here and one of the customer service guys came out and explained exactly how to do it. The parts are decently priced. I will go here over Autozone any day. read more
