Either he put no effort into the training and learned nothing or was trained improperly. I went to the Advanced store where I always shop and Jordon waited on me. He looked up the info., purchase date, checked the batteries and told me they needed to be replaced.... at NO CHARGE! The warranty was 3 years so my advice is to ALWAYS buy the GOLD Die Hard! Jordon also rolled the new batteries and tools out to the parking lot and we switched the batteries out in under 5 minutes! HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH Gainesville GMC- SAFETY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NEGLIGENCE…read more I never thought I'd have to make a post like this, but my recent experience with Gainesville GMC has left me shaken and deeply concerned. I took my vehicle to this dealership, trusting that I'd receive high-quality service. Instead, what I got was pure negligence that could have cost me my life and endangered countless others. The dealership failed to properly secure my tire during service and do a proper oil change. Simple and routine maintenance on any vehicle. As a result, the tire studs was stripped along the sides unknowingly and eventually completely fell off my car while I was driving down the road. The damage to my rim and the situation itself were terrifying. The thought of what could have happened--to me or others on the road--still haunts me. This is not the level of service anyone would expect, especially from a dealership. What's even more disappointing is how this was handled afterward. Barely an apology with all the "fixing" to ensure things right to be utterly false. I was even misled about the service supposedly being done both times "correctly"--when clearly, it was not. I'm sharing this to warn others about this dealership and their shocking disregard for basic safety standards. I've attached photos of the damage so you can see just how serious this situation was. If you're considering using Gainesville GMC for your vehicle, think twice. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I hope no one else has to endure such a traumatic experience.

Then only one year later I took it back in because I was hearing the noises again in the front and they claimed the axles were completely worn out and had to be replaced again for another $1200. Mind you axles should last many many years. I tried arguing it with corporate as this should've been a warranty issue, only to get completely shut down. So I waited a couple months and then took the car back in. After leaving it with them for over 24 hours and hearing nothing from them, I decided to just go take my car back. And when I get there they claim there's nothing wrong with the car. WHAT!? Yet the noises still persist. They don't answer the phones, have no communication, the place is complete havoc inside, absolutely awful service! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
