He was with another guest. I went over to the blades to help myself. As soon as he was done he came over and asked If he could help with anything. Told him just needed some new blades and a gas camo. Instead of asking again if he could help, he just started helping. How refreshing! He gave me options and even saved me a few bucks. He then asked if I needed help installing. Never had anyone ask me that. I politely declined but super impressed he asked. Extremely impressed with his customer service.

She didn't know how to check it and said they could check it but I would have to wait 3 to 4 hours. There was another worker and no one else in the store. She was also very rude. She told me that I could go to another store and they could help me. I did and they were very helpful and cordial plus they replaced the battery, no questions asked.
