Not great over the phone, the lady is always very short and sometimes downright rude. They really need to update their website, it is confusing and limited. The receipt is a bit confusing as well and you have to guess as to what you account info is if you try to sign up for an account. I usually request a refill online and they call me the next day.

During these difficult times with the increased cost of propane i'm still adjusting to having to increase my monthly payment along with increased gasoline, groceries, utilities, and all amenities just to survive on a fixed income that hasnt changed to accommodate the worlds financial crisis. It now costs me close to $1000 just to fill my propane tank and my house is mainly propane (heat, stove, water heater). Without propane I can't survive in my home. I got a call yesterday that they're now making me c.o.d., even though right now I hav a credit balance on my account, they want $350 just to bring me 100 gallons. If my tank was completely empty it would cost close to $1000 and they would want this amount upfront to fill the tank. No one can afford this on a fixed income that doesnt increase according to increased cost of living. This change to c.o.d. is because I've had finance charges on my account due to balances carried over to 60 days while I'm paying huge balances off. I was extremely angry that the good customer I've always been for all these years wasn't even taken into consideration. I started thinking about other customers like jobless, vaccine injured, elderly, disabled, fixed income, sick, etc who will be put on c.o.d., who have been good customers but hit with financial difficulties during this time of world crisis. I will find a way to pay the $350 because I have to survive and ill pull it from some other utility payment. But if you can get your propane from another distributor I encourage you to do that. This company lacks customer service during these difficult times for all even to those long,reliable, consistent customers. It has become about the money not the good customers which built this business from the beginning and that pay their wages. The one star is not for the company but Juan the delivery driver. He's the best and totally takes care of his customers.

A diagnostic for a noise that didnt exist before and was obviously related to their work? the next day the car died, blowing smoke out the exhaust like an air show fighter plane. Dodge dealer said it was severe scoring in the #3 cylinder from a metal part likley dropped into the open cylinder while replacing the intake manifold. Anyway - dead car. so dont go to these hacks unless you want poor results.

We pulled over and called our RV insurance, but while waiting for a callback, I started calling around town to see if anyone could help us sooner. It was already 3pm, and unfortunately every place I called told me to come back the next morning. Since we were just traveling through in our camper van, waiting wasn't really an option. We just wanted to safely continue on to our campsite. When I called Old Town Auto Service, they didn't hesitate at all, just told us to stop by and they'd take a look right away. We drove over, and they got our Promaster Solis Pocket up on the lift immediately! They quickly found the issue: a small rock had gotten wedged between the rotor and the heat shield. Simple fix, but a huge relief. We were in and out with the problem completely resolved before our RV insurance even called back to say they were still trying to find a technician for us. 5 stars all the way! The staff was friendly, the shop was clean, and they treated us with respect, even for such a small issue. It's a big deal to find a place willing to work on our van without hesitation. If you need anything in Eureka, I highly recommend.

I had had my oil changed at another shop in town, and afterwards, I had a check engine light and an…read moreoil pressure light come on. I brought it in here for a second opinion to figure out what was wrong. The person I was working with was Brian. Brian ran the code, and it said that the oil pressure sensor was stuck in the open position. As he got into the diagnosis, apparently when the other shop did the oil change, a prong from the oil filter had broken off, and was blocking the oil pressure sensor. I went back over to the other shop, and spoke to the manager. The manager called over to Brian to find out exactly what had happened, and Brian went over it in detail. Based on what had happened, the manager at the other shop agreed to cover the cost of repairs to get my car back on the road. My car got fixed with no out-of-pocket cost to myself, and even though it was only three days before Christmas, when I brought my car in, Brian had my car ready the following morning. Two days before Christmas. I highly recommend this shop. They will take very good care of you. Thank you to Brian for getting my car done, and for having my back in this situation. I can't recommend this shop enough.
